Yes they are. Men love sex and aren't necessarily attached to the idea of a relationship.
I am speaking very broadly of course and in a very general sense. Of course there are exceptions and blah-di-blah not all people are alike, we're all unique beautiful snowflakes blah blah.
If a woman went around a bar asking men for a free quickie in the bathroom, I bet it wouldn't take too long for her to get someone to say yes. Have a man do the same and watch him get kicked out of the bar

Well, that's not exactly a man's fault as much as it is testosterone. Just because we're sentient and conscious doesn't mean we aren't bound by our biological laws. A man's sex drive is, on average, higher than a woman's because our biological purpose is to fertilize and pass our genes on as much as we can. In this day and age, that's seen as socially unacceptable.
