here is the plot to the roleplay
Anita had been on the US Marshall staff for three years now and was very good at her job. She was the Executioner among the vampires and a hard a** cop to everyone else. She was one of the top paranormal investigators of non-human related deaths, and she was good and relentless at what she did. Xavier on the other hand is one of the things she despises most a vampire. Not just any vampire he is the Master of The City and has his eyes set on making Anita his, but she is reluctant and resistant to his advances. One of her main advantages is the fact that she is a Necromancer which means that vampire tricks don't work on her as easily as they would on a normal human. Anita has just gotten a call for her to come in on a case and look at yet another dead body to verify that it was a non-human kill and for her to get started on solving the case. What she didn't know is that this would be a case that would change her life forever. The main reason this was moved to the Workshop is because there is no character skeleton and therefore no way for players to apply for this RP. Also, it's good that you tried to describe the enviornment and vampires in one paragraph, but there isn't enough detail by far; decribe the organization the main character works for, so that players will know what's what should they decide to be a paranormal investigator in this RP, same with the Vampires; there are a lot of different vampire myths out there, and before players can make characters that work, they need to know what they can do, and where they can go.
Overall this is a good idea, it just needs a little more expansion and structure. I'd be happy to help, just let me know!
