Bounty System (Apply for Bounty Upgrades)

Here is where you will apply if you believe you are worthy to increase your bounty. Once your application is placed it will either be approved or declined. After the decision is made alter your bounty accordingly.

Anything which involves a NPC must be witnessed by an Admiral Rank Marine or higher so that it is not an easy kill (since the RPer will have control over the NPC giving the Marine a chance to protect them).

Also more ranks will be added at a later date when they are created.
