 Mazal had just found her dinner. It was an easy enough catch. She brought her catch back to her resting place. It was in a cave near the tip of a mountain. A river ran in the very back of it. This was one of her better rest stops she thought. There weren't many creatures around, trying to pick at her food. She looked up and saw the sky getting darker as the sun started working its way down.
Since she was young she had always loved the night more than the day. She felt that she could hide easer at night than during the day. Her cave gave her a view of the night sky that was perfect.
She cleaned her kill as she stared at the night sky above. There weren't too many nights where she could just relax. She was always doing missions. It kept her from getting bored, though she had to admit she liked having a chance to do nothing but relax and watch the stares above her.

 The path down the top of the mountain wasn't safe for most, rams and cliff climbing goats really only used it, but the male picked his way carefully down the rocky slopes, the sky seemed so much closer at the peak, that he had no choice but to go there to feel closer to his lost home.
Careful of each step he took, the starry sunset maned male moved down the path. Not overly silent as he didnt think anyone else would be up here, so with a deep breath and a final, linger gaze cast towards the sky, Leto started down the mountain, trying to find an easier spot to star gaze at his once family before he started off in search of his mortal love.

As she was about to start devouring her meal, Mazal heard something. She stopped and listened. Someone was down her mountain. Silently she made her way out of the den and climbed up the mountain to see if she could see the who was making al the noise. She saw a lion, with a beautiful starry mane that almost blended in with the night sky. Quietly she watched him from a distance, trying to figure out what he wanted. Once she was sure he was harmless she went to approach him.
She slowly walked up to him, not wanting to startle him. “Hello there,” she said as softly as she could. “Are you looking for something? Maybe I can help you find it?”
