Polaris wasn't always super great with remembering people. She tried her best for sure, but at the same time she met A LOT of people. And when you only met them once it sometimes was hard to remember all the details.
The senshi of magnetism however had not forgotten about the girl that had once asked her about the BMC however. More then a couple times she'd cast a few minutes of worry for the other senshi.. that she'd perhaps not been cautious enough in trying to study the group. That she'd been hurt by them or worse, sucked into the court!
But she had not seen the senshi again.. not until they both showed up to eye the strange senshi that Princess Chronos had captured. Unfortunately Polaris had kind of passed out.. so she could hardly say much to the other senshi.
Wandering around outside when she'd finally awoke, trying to sooth her still aching lungs, she was a little surprised to see the familiar fuku in the distance, attempting to brace the distance between them.
She waited until she was close enough to not be screaming, and coughed for a short moment before she called out. "Sirius wasn't it...? Crazy stuff huh? I always knew they were up to no good."

Sirius had been more then happy to answer senshi's questions about what happened though her throat had been sore, she knew all too well what happened that night in the church and it haunted her.
It had been that since then the super senshi had avoided mirrors, even as a civilian she avoided them in fear that Ares would recognise her. She kept to herself as often as she could but then when she heard Requiem had been caught... she had to go see, she had to know but Ares had turned up and those scratches on her face were just a reminder of something she wasn't likely to forget.
She turned though as she heard someone and then smiled before looking confused.
"Who?" Sirius was completely confused for a minute. "Who is up to no good?"

Oh... maybe she was thinking of the wrong person? She paused for a moment, trying to recall that meeting ages ago. No.. it seemed right, she'd swear this was the same senshi.. but still.. it was a sensitive subject. One she'd need to broach carefully. Especially if she was thinking wrong. The group was kind of like the boogeyman in the eyes of some.
"Ares and her court. The Blood Moon Court." She offered in a hushed voice, looking at the other girl expectantly. "Didn't you and I talk about it once..? I'm sorry if I've mistaken you."

Sirius just sighed when Polaris spoke. Of course.
"No I did talk to you about it but under false terms. I was a member of the BMC then as much as I am now. We wanted, no, some of us wanted to know what it was we were seen as and it seems that now we will be blamed for what the Dark Mirror Court is now doing." If it wasn't for the fact her throat still hurt and she was still shaken at the whisper in her ear she would have probably exploded.
"You see these here..." She pointed at the scratches on her face. "That was Ares, reminding me that she hadn't forgotten who I was when she rescued Requiem. I am lucky to still be alive." She then turned and looked at Polaris.
"The BMC was never bad, it gave senshi with no purpose a purpose, it gave us a family and a home and it had been going so well till Rota." She paused. "When I spoke to you, you knew of what happened then you said you did. I hope you know where your friend is now, who ever it was who told you. Ares promised to either kill us all or turn us. Thats what these scratches were to remind me of." She was being open, she sounded defeated as she spoke. There wasn't much worth hiding when it came to the DMC, after all the BMC hadn't met since and she hadn't heard from Birhan since she had left her house the morning after it had all happened. She hoped so much they would reunite. The BMC was her home.

If her face could have paled it might have when Sirius mentioned her secret, when Polaris realized the fact that she'd blatantly bad mouthed and even in a way threatened the group to one of it's own members. It was truely amazing she hadn't been hunted down in the night.. struck down by Ares or some band of senshi for disrespecting their team. What an idiot she'd been to be so uncautious. Even if she was just trying to help...
Maybe... just maybe they weren't as heartless as she'd always thought though. It was a very tough pill to swallow.. one that she might never have even tried if she hadn't just learned of their mercy. Or perhaps it was simply indifference, came a sour thought.
BMC.... Dark Mirror Court. Two things. Two different things?
It was a lot of information.. and much of it she was having to try and jump at, trying to put pieces of a blurry puzzle together.
"Ares has left the BMC to start a new court? The Dark Mirror Court?" If that was the truth... the implications were huge..
Had the darker and ruthless members been succumb by chaos? Leaving behind Sirius and well.. whoever she considered as family? The mention of Maia brought a moments worry to Polaris.. but she reminded herself quickly that she'd just seen the other senshi a few days before. Helping cook in Leo kitchens.. she was safe.
Polaris was still a little aghast at Sirius' revelation, and so she felt no great desire to try and argue the goodness or badness of the past BMC, not at this very moment in time. Maybe the future would be better for them actually, what was that saying, once bitten, twice shy.

Sirius didn't mention anything more about the fact she deceived the other senshi and was glad it wasn't really mentioned, in fact the lack of an argument was most welcome.
"Ares hasn't left the BMC as such, I think she believes she is still head of it. I don't know. She went missing, we found out some things about her that the top senshi in the BMC were trying to keep secret for Ares own good, instead it made her crazy and chaos got to her. She appeared at a meeting, Princess Ares. She spoke of how she has been blind and how everything is wrong and she see's the truth now. She took her parallels with her along with Requiem who was in the room, Leto and someone else... I think." Or was it just three? She couldn't remember now. "Anyway she through them through the mirror and then they were one of her. We don't know much about them, we are hoping that they don't remember our civi forms or we will be stuck like this for good." Just because it would be the safest.
"Ares is dangerous, more so then she was before. We use to trust her, she had a vision and was someone worth following but when Rota went wrong she didn't care, a few spoke against her and maybe that's where she went downhill." She had no idea though, she just assumed that it was that.
"Ares is one of the cleverest senshi I have ever known, she really was someone worth following and someone who could lead you somewhere." She sounded sad suddenly, Ares had so much potential and now...
"There are things I haven't told you, we will still have our secrets but you can know that the BMC have a war on their hands, I guess one day you will have to pick a side. We will eventually be us against them. Ares promised to turn or kill us and she meant it." Sirius sounded a little sterner now, making it clear that Polaris may have to just put her past views about the BMC behind her. They would need help, though whether they would ask for it was something else.

If she weren't so blown away and reeling from the revelation Polaris very likely would have been argueing. Who knew, the possibility of it still happened lingered there.
She was a little surprised by how open Sirius to be being. With as secretive as the court was supposedly supposed to be.. and after her deception.. but it spoke volumes of perhaps.. just how worried they were. How much they need 'something'.... whether that something be help or just to be resolved of crimes that weren't necessarily their own.
Her arms crossed as she listened, silently making note of names and information. The information sadly was not changing her views... though.. perhaps the distaste was swaying from the group as a whole to their apparently corrupt leader. How had they not noticed? Every time Polaris had seen the leader she'd felt the need to bristle just from the air she radiated, the aggressive words that she'd heard. She'd never seen the kindness that those within the group apparently had saw, so it was hard for her to buy why they'd even let it get to this point.
But then... she couldn't deny what she'd told Maia that fateful night.
Everyone made mistakes... and everyone deserved the chance to make things right. If they were fighting on the same side.. she herself wouldn't turn them away just because their views differed. That didn't mean she'd sit quietly when the time came and not voice her distaste. But..
"I will always fight against chaos and for the innocent people of Destiny City. If Ares and the Dark Moon senshi are sided with chaos now then I suppose we share an enemy. I can't say that I agree with your group.. or like your group, especially considering the... lack of information sharing you guys usually seem to prefer. But should we be on the same battle field at the same time... you can expect my help."
"And who knows.." She trailed off at the end. At the moment she was finding it hard to believe she'd ever really agree with or get along with a group she'd only heard bad things about. But who knew.. she had forgiven Castor after all. There was always hope. "Maybe one day."

Sirius wasn't being open about anything that the world didn't need to know about and as the BMC hadn't met since, well it was stupid to keep this information to themselves when it would affect everyone else.
One thing maybe Polaris did or didn't know was the change that happened after Rota, the views that had been split. There were reasons that Ares picked a few that night and Sirius wasn't one of them. She had never hidden the fact that after Rota, she didn't trust Ares. She had spoken to Zirconia about it several times, in fact part of her wanted to see that cat again. See if she was still with them or with Ares.
Sirius looked at Polaris and nodded.
"There have been wrongs done, on both sides." She looked very much at Polaris when saying that. "However things will be different. The BMC won't share information, at least they wouldn't. What will happen now will be different to what was. Ares never trusted the white moon so it's hardly surprising she is out to kill us all now. Things will change but please I ask you just to put your past thoughts in the past. We weren't all as you believed in the first place and we aren't now." Though she still believed the Negaverse were better off dead but it was harder thinking that of the DMC, they had been her family in a way.

While she did not feel SHE had ever done anything wrong, which was what she assumed the glance she received was supposed to mean, she nonetheless felt it not the time to argue. It was likely noone would win in that arguement anyway, both probably so stuck in their beliefs that nothing could sway one or the other. But the acceptance that that BMC had done some wrongs.. it meant that they could atleast be on the path to doing better.
If they could be assets and good allies in ridding the Surrounding and Destiny City of the dark senshi then perhaps the other senshi wouldn't look down on them so much anymore. A real tangible oppurtunity for everyone to come together and help each other. Bad things had happened.. but in there was always hope. Would this be the thing that brought them all together in the end. That gave them enough power and force to finally put an end to this war.
Her features seemed to soften a little as the final statement sounded, and she held her hand out lightly to the other senshi. "The past is the past. We only have the future to prove ourselves with now."
Again she found herself thinking that Sirius might have been right. She had made a fool of herself and Sirius had restrained from clocking her on both occassions. And noone had ever come after her. There were bad apples in every bunch, but they might well have been the exception, not the rule.
At last she finally understood the long standing mystery of how Maia could have gotten mixed up with the BMC in the first place.
"Thank you for the information. I'll spread the important things about Ares and the Dark Mirrors to the senshi and knights I know."
"I'm... I'm pretty sure you took my information when we first met. Feel free to call me if you think you need me."

Sirius was surprised by how Polaris accepted what she said. She honestly thought the senshi would never change her view, though of course Sirius doubted the BMC in her head would change much, the negas still needed to die, as now did the DMC. She was sure it was that killing bit that Polaris had never liked too much.
Sirius took her hand though and shook it, smiling and nodding as the eternal senshi spoke.
"Thank you for listening and I will be sure to call if I need to." She smiled again and let out a soft sigh. She knew some of her old team were here now and Sirius was going to make sure that she was in every meeting about the DMC that happened. She wanted to know what they were doing so when the BMC did eventually group together again they would all be ready for them. Ares had to have a weakness somewhere and Sirius was now on a mission to find it.

Polaris actually didn't have issues with killing. She was a solider in this war and sometimes it was something that happened. Until they had another option to work with.. it was the only way to keep people safe.. Running negas off simply meant leaving them free to harm or kill again.
It was the aggressiveness she's always been distasteful of. The aire of storming in preumptively. Perhaps it was naive of her.. and perhaps the BMC were right. But Polaris would never see it that way in her mind. Acting reactively to chaos was justified.. protective. It was why she'd simply watch low level negas and let them be until they actually did something worthy of attack. But going out and starting the attack.. or being overly brutal about it.. And torture.. There was a darkness in that that she just couldn't stomach.
There was a high chance her and the court would clash again at some point, but it didn't mean they couldn't come together at times. As Pasiphae had reminded her not long ago, they were allies in the end. Especially with a tangible enemy in front of them now.
After the shake, she lowered her hand lightly, giving a brief nod. She didn't imagine they'd call unless they really needed her and it was an emergancy, which was fine in her mind.
"Anyway, thanks for clearing everything up.." Polaris offered as they seemed to part. There was a soft frown on her face, but it didn't seem directed at the other senshi, more contemplative then anything. She had a lot of things to think about...
