BEGINNER ISLAND With the loss of the original academy, and with the entire organization forced underground ....the training area has changed as well. An Island of beginnings, it seems to suit the needs of all three teams. Thus, it has become the perfect place for training the new generations. Though deep within it's center there is a hidden secret. One that has the potential to bring a new power to the academy, but by that same token ...it's a secret that can threaten to bring about it's destruction as well. Yet, reaching that center isn't easy, and the danger here grows greater as one goes further and further inland. Who will be the one to succeed, and who will vanish on these island shores never to be seen again? For an Island of new beginnings also means that it's an island of endings as well.

Rules
- There are three sections to the Island, each containing three different types of pokemon, Common, Uncommon, & Rare. To reach each of the three rings, you must post ten times, and each time that you post you must roll 1d20.
- If you Roll any number higher than 10 ...you will encounter a pokemon to fight & defeat. If you roll a 1 you will experience have to battle the Guardian of that area.
- HP does not reset/heal after battle, so each battle you fight will take a greater toll on your pokemon.
- Once your pokemon's HP reaches 0 your pokemon will faint/ If your pokemon's HP is knocked below -7 your pokemon will die. Thus, knowing when to leave a battle is your best chance of survival, and avoiding unnecessary conflict can save your life.
- To capture a pokemon, you must roll 1d20. The number needs to be higher than the pokemon's Capture Rate.

ISLAND RING ONE Morning Area (12am - 8am) Clockwork Cavern This cavern only exist in the early morning hours. A creation of poison and steel energy, as the greenry is seemingly killed in an instant in this place. The pokemon that were trapped here were those that resisted both types ....and instead of being thrown into the river of time ...has remain hidden in the darkness of this place. A simple cave by outward appearance, the entrance stands as the first hint of what lies within. The mouth of the cave is covered by a giant clock face, shattered and rusted by time, it still continues to tick on. 1 = Area Guardian 11 = Cottonee, Lv 2 12 = Magnemite, Lv 2 13 = Klink, Lv 2 14 = Flabébé, Lv 2 15 = Nidoran (m) or (f), Lv 2 16 = Clefairy, Lv 2 17 = Seviper, Lv 2 18 = Trubbish, Lv 2 19 = Pawniard , Lv 2 20 = Mawile , Lv 2 Afternoon Area (8am - 4pm) Purgatory DesertThe desert only exist in the afternoon hours as the powers that had created the cavern vanish and the earth actually shifts as the heat of the day intensify. The area that had once been rock turns to sand as fire and ground seem to rule this place. A desert that expands as far as the eye can see exist during this time. A place that had been scorch beyond recognition by the blazing heat of this island itself, and the fire that rest at the island center seems to have risen from underneath the ground to create this hell on earth. This is the perfect place for the creatures of the grass and dark types pokemon who love the coolness and greenery of the forest that only exist at night. [I am guessing I am in the evening area based on the time] Athena stepted off the boat looking at the darkness of the forest ahead of her, it was late and she needed to find a healing pokemon. She walked a short distance into the forest. looking around she saw many places in the dark pokemon could be hidding, She held victors pokeball close to her chest as she would walk farther into the forest. She wasnt scared in fact she was excited, looking for a new pokemon to train and maybe some more. She had three empty pokeballs so there was three chances of adding a new member to her team.

When nothing appeared to hinder Athena she continued walking. She watched the path she was on to make sure she didnt trip on anything, that would have been disastorious for her to fall flat on her face and be attacked by a pokemon. She listen to the breeze and the sounds of the forest. She would love to find and catch a pokemon soon. As she continued to walk she came to a fork in the path left or right, the right as darker than the left and being the fool she chose it.

Athena looked at her bellsprout and to the much larger Wigglytuff. She gulped as she could tell it was much stronger than her Victor, "Ok victor watch the its moves closely and when it gets to close to redirect its attack dodge the attack." Athena was thinking her moves and commands to victor through but she wasnt confident in her skills as a trainer anymore.

Already they were in defense, he wanted to snort at such a posture, but instead he made his first step towards them ....with a smirk on his face. One finger coming towards the Bellsprout as he looked to be trying to flick him away as he figured that a double slap would probably simply leave a huge stain on his fingers.
A flop of his ears ....would come into his face then as he blew it away, and the wind died down and his bandana went down ...flat against his back. Those blues eyes seemed to be laughing even as he did the move with such a serious expression ...it was hard to take him seriously .....since most Wigglytuff are so cute.
This guardian was no exception.

As the wigglytuff came towards Victor, the bellsprout would watch very carefully as the double slap came his way. Right as the slap would smack him hard in the face he would duck and streak to the side, this would surprise both pokemon and trainer as the both thought the wigglytuff would have been to fast to dodge'Ok that was great victor now hit it with a vine whip" Victor quickly came over his surprise and shot his vines out to strike the wigglytuff in the back of the head, the vines would hit square in the middle of the head as the bellsprout had aimed there, that is if the wigglytuff didnt move fast enough to dodge or counter the move

::As the boat reached land, Jasmine took her time getting off, but she seemed to have at least better balance getting out than into the boat, she'd trudge slowly across the beach, looking down at a coast of rocks rather than sand, before about turning slowly, the rest had been good for her legs... she felt ready to trek a little more now, but she wouldn't leave without at least offering the Lapras a wave::

::But now... she turned again, her hand fumbling over Lindbergh's pokéball, as she looked at the island before her... she had no idea what to expect, but she knew her task at hand... amber... amber... trees and forest... but what sight would her eyes fall upon first?::

The Wigglytuff ...tries to avoid the attack ...as he saw it coming. This little bean sprout was surprisingly agile, and now he was discovered that this pokemon wasn't as easy to put down as he thought. His feet would push backwards to try and give himself some room to avoid the attack ....and his ears were press against his skull as he glared dangerously. The bandana on his head whip backwards with his movements as he tries to steady himself, and his eyes narrow horribly as he recognized what sort of trouble he might actually be in.
This was impossible, he was the guardian of this place, and with one well place hit he could make a smear out of that pokemon.
He chide himself as that thought grew too vivid for him. He fought it away as he picture the death of the Bellsprout, but in that moment as the whip came into view ...all other thoughts were dashed to pieces. He hadn't jumped quite far enough .....as he saw it coming closer and closer.

[caculating dmg (16-3+6-8 ) 13+-2= 11 dmg wigglytuff's HP 11 right?] Athena beamed with pride as Victor's whip hit the wigglytuff square in the face. Victor's vines would smack with vicious force leaving a red line down the middle of the wigglytuff's face. "Good job victor now I want you to keep out of its reach and keep a close eye on its attacks." Athena ordered victor. She was sure her luck wouldnt last but she was pepped up now as she herself keep her eyes on the wigglytuff, maybe she could catch this pokemon or defeat it and gain exp for Victor.

The lights that seemed to dance in the sky above only illuminated the beauty of the place in front of her. The trees that sway in the wind, the way that the sounds from the pokemon within seemed to create an alluring melody that promised everything beautiful and wonderful. It seemed a paradise until the moment that one step within and those trees that looked majestic would suddenly seem to be hallow and dangerous. As things move without being seen in the underbrush and every leaf in the darkness seemed to tremble as some unseen forces pushes it.
The leaves of the Cherubi stirred in the wind ....as the pokemon watched the strange girl pass. A girl that didn't walk like everyone else ... a girl that seemed quite strange as if she was in pain. The pokemon wasn't used to see those type here, this island when visited was always visited by those that seemed too strong. Those whom hunt, but didn't seem to be the hunted.
It gain the interest of the pokemon, and she wanted to test if this was merely a game they were playing with him.

::Jasmine took a deep breath, the reason she looked in pain was obvious as she pulled her hat down a little further, the sunlight was too harsh for someone with skin like hers, she needed shade... and as harsh looking as the forest may have been inside, she welcomed the shadows::
::She made her way slowly and steadily, then looked up to see how well covered she was::
::She looked at the Cherubi with such a blank expression, blinking for what may have been half a minute, before finally she adjusted her glasses with her free hand and smiled to the hanging red creature after finally realising it wasn't hanging fruit!::

::But she thought on it, diving headlong into battle would only bring on the wrath of the forest... for now, she would play it safe::
::She saw no need to battle yet unless attacked... besides, who could attack such a cute pokémon right off the bat?::

The attack would pretty much snap him back to reality ...as the pain sparked in his eyes. The pain that made his entire body go cold ....the very fact that he had been hit ....even the bandana stood out like a flag in his pain. Though it quickly shifted from pain to anger as the pokemon would decide that if he wasn't going to take another hit ...he would take away that pokemon's ability to make him hurt ...then...then he would tear this Bellsprout in two. But first, he needed to concentrate ....he was going to make sure that this pokemon couldn't use that same attack again ....as his eyes glowed blue. The power that crept into him would seemed to fan out ...as he used Disable.
He would put a stop to all of this.
