 Kanami sat by the water looking at her reflection, as well as something to eat. The sound of the waves hitting the shore was so calming. and it gave her a peace she never truely had when she lived with her family. her mind saw an old flag in the distance the colors brought a smile to her face, Red yellow and blue, the same colors as the fox who stole her heart. She had met him in secret a few times before. However hadn't seen him in a few days.
she looked up, it was getting dark.
"Ki....where are you?" she murmured in a small voice. He was in Lunarie a tribe where most foxes where Nocturnal, she shifted from place to place Normally staying with her friend Emi.Maybe now that night was coming He would show up... if they were even in the same area now. a sdden ripple made her look down as a fish jumped out of the water then splashed back in with a smaller fish in its mouth.she let out a gggle and continued to watch the water.

 Kishen was finally able to slip out from the tribe. He was going to meet Kanami. She was a shy, soft spoken thing and he couldn't help but to like her. He followed the waters edge and saw her staring into the water. What was she doing? He snuck up near her and balanced himself on his hind legs to cover her eyes with his paws. He made his voice deep. "Guess Who."

Kanami felt a pair of paws cover her face, followed by a deep unframiliar voice.Oh no someone was trying to kidnap her! she sook her hed and cried out."NO MEANS NO!"before donkey kiking what ever was behind her,however she looked around and saw Kishin. her eyes filled with tears and fear."No.... kishi Im sorry Im sorry im sorry dont be mad " she yelled.

"Ooof!" Kishen fell over his chest hurting. " Ok, ok, Lesson learned... No means no." He layed his head back onto the earth, face wrinkled in pain. He looked up at Kana. "It's fine, I'm not mad. I will just have to be more carefull next time." Her rolled onto his stomach and stood. "Sorry for scaring you."

Kana gave Kishin a loving nudge."Its alright just dont do that and change your voice as long as I know its you I wont panic..." Kanami was still nervous around most men, Kishin and rush were currently the only 2 she would talk to and not flip, the latter only because he was Kishin's brother."where have you been?"she asked softly, showing some concern.

Kishen looked over toward the tribelands. "Well, I've been sleeping." He gave her a awkward smile. "I'm just now getting up." He looked up at the moon then at Kana. "Well, the night is ours. Anything you want to do?"

Kanami smiled. "All I was doing was watching the fish...." she yawned. Not used to being up at night. However she had been trying. Kishin was in a tribe that was awake now. Kana usually worrued that in order to be with him shed have to join. So she had been trying to stay awake at night. Unsuccessfully. She had been up since the crack of dawn. Having fallen asleep
while trying to stay awake dreaming she was succeeding

Kishen could tell the poor girl was tired. He knew of an herb that could give her energy. "If you want to stay up I have something that could help." He watched her. "Or we can find a spot and take a nap."

Kanami shook her head."if i sleep then youll be asleep when i wae up." She looked at him with a pout"whats the point then... we d"ont get any time together." She streched trying to keep her eyes open. "If yhe herbs will help ill try them" she stood up and then teetered onto kishin before shaking off."eek...im sorry!"

"Ok stay here I'll be right back." Kishen slipped away into the tribe grounds and took some flint and a large metal container. He carried them nack to where Kanami was. "Will you help me find some sticks and dry leaves to make a fire? I'm gonna make a drink from the herbs." His tail wagged slightly.

Kanami nodded then started to look around for supplies for the fire. when she found some sticks covered in dry leaves, she placed them in a small pile. she looked at her work and nodded."there we go."she smiled then went to look for Kishen. her tail wagging. wondering what he was making for her.

Kishen took the sticks and put them around the metal container which was filled with water. Then he took the flint and clicked them together until a fire started. "There." He cleaned off a few select herbs and special leaves and tossed them into the water. "Once the water gets warm it will start to get the effect and taste for the drink." He smiled then laid down by the fire, the pattted the spot next to him. "It's gonna take a while so come rest while it gets ready."

kana padded over and curled up next to him."so what will this medicine do exactly she knew some medicine had side effects. and some herbs could easily be used to ones advantage, although she knew kishen wouldnt do that to her....right? right?!

Kishen looked from the pot, then to Kana. "I wouldn't call it a medicine... It's more like an energy drink." He heard the liquid in the pat start to bubble. It wasn't quiet ready yet. "The only thing you have to worry about is 'the crash'." He nodded. "It only means you'll get really tired after you've been energized for a while."

Kanami smiled."Oh, alright then thank you." she looked over to the pot then back at Kishen."so is it fast acting?" she asked her gentle face still focused on him."and ow long til the crash...?" her nose smelled the liquid."It smells kinda funny." she giggled. will it taste bad?" she continued to ask about the energy drink with increasing curiosity.
