This is the area where all players from the Soul Society can come and discuss things related to Soul Society, their shinigami, divisions, battles, etc. Instead of oocing in the middle of the rp, this thread is used as a substitute for any conversations that you may want to have.

I was wondering the same thing. Maybe you should make an area for the Lieutenants to gather in Soul Society. If you create an area for the Lieutenants to gather, I'll go ahead and message them to meet there.

The Captains might discuss things with the lieutenants after the meeting, I'm not sure. I need an excuse to actually have Daichi interact with his second-in-command.

I just noticed that the Kido list has been redone since I made my character. Does that mean I'll have to go through the Kido list again? Orz
And well, my lieutenant hasn't rped yet so...I was planning to send her a lil PM, but I felt odd since nothing was really happening e.e BUT NOT ANYMORE
