Hidden away on the water-front side of Earth Country's highest mountain, a peak extends out housing a building of stones that keep records of all Shinobi History. The history stretches out for as long as the establishment of the five great nations with every great event, whether known or not, that has ever happened... all written upon stone tablets that fill up the building itself.
