Two words that accurately describe the young adult life of Kaito Arata. Growing up, his academy life was nothing to be excited about, average student to match his average joe way of life. His parents were food cart vendors, selling ramen to hungry passerby's looking for a quick and easy meal. His oldest brother helping out around the house. doing miscellaneous jobs to make a little ryo on the side. Yep, his life was pretty boring. Kaito on the other hand, had a more exciting future ahead of him though. While his family was working the food stand, Kaito would grow up with his eyes set on a bigger prize. Hokage. What a title that was. There wasn't a single kid whom didn't dream of being he Hokage one day. While other kids grew up doing everything by the book, Kaito decided to take another route and do things his way; by traveling the shinobi world and learning his ninja way from several teachers.
