Maneuvering Classes(Tactics Class) The best way to beat an enemy is to outsmart them. This is what the belief is in this class. No defense can withstand, no offense can get through ...a tactic that is tried and true. Thus, this class is all about strategy and finding ways to outwit one's opponent.

Classroom Professor: (Current) Savvy geijutsuka A pokemon artist, she has always dreamed of drawing every pokemon that exist. Thus, being a Professor comes to her complete and utter advantage with students bringing her new subjects to paint. Though it's a rumor, Savvy didn't start off with a Gengar for a starter pokemon. Her original starter died according to the rumor due to neglect due to her art addiction, and thus came back as a Gengar to haunt her. Surviving students: Jasmine Titannia Sumisu

Classroom Professor: (Secondary)Chase Wilder Formerly a field commander on the front lines, Chase was best known for his perpetual optimism and unusual on the spot tactics. The most famous of these tactics revolving around his use of a Rapidash, a Scyther, and a Weezing's Smokescreen to single-handedly lead a group of enemy unites through a forest, into the side of a cliff, and into the midst of an ambush by a unite of the Strike Team under his command. Events such as these let to him being known as the "Wild Tiger" amidst the more militaristic departments of the Organization. Believing his hands on experience would benefit the younger generations of the Tactics Team, he was asked to assist Professor Savvy in teaching the class. Prefers to be called "Professor Wilde".

::Finally, a door opened and Jasmine walked in... looking around slowly, she cleared her throat, she looked absolutely torn to bits, her dress was now a mess of dust, what was left of it, various rags tied around new cuts and wounds, whilst an older injury saw her hobbling forward on her crutch::
::Lindbergh had done a real number on her, she made a mental note to have to check her legs later as well, she'd been walking a bit, she often practised, but they were starting to ache as well... she'd be happy to rest them, but she had a good mind that this day was not yet over for her::
::All she had to know was that the girl who worked in the pokélot area had told her to report to class... she hadn't told her WHICH class to report to... she had wished they could have issued her with a map or at least a floorplan and arrows, but then that possibly may have undermined the look of the base, who was she to argue?::
::She just had to hope once more that she had found the right area to report to...::
Jasmine Titannia Sumisu, reporting from orienteering?

"Ah, Bonjour."
A voice would declares as a woman whom was behind an easel and a canvas peek from around it's corner. Her pokemon a Gengar was floating just a bit behind her gave one of the nastiest expressions a pokemon could give ...with a single raised finger in the middle of his three.
"My name is Professor Savvy, but you can call me Professor Gei if you like......"
She trail off there as she got her first really good look at Jasmine. Paint smear one one cheek as she rubbed a finger underneath her eye and then she looked again.
"Umm...are you a refugee?"
She asks lightly.
"I know getting here must be hell, but, this isn't the building for survivors to hang out."
The woman would move from behind her canvas with a look full of regret. She wanted to continued, but ....her Gengar floated in front of her face and gave a nasty looking smile.
She would be cursed if she didn't do her job.
"Come along, let's go get you seen to and bedded down with the other refugees." "This is the place where new students apply for the Teams." "So, if you are looking for food, shelter, and new clothing this isn't the place."
She declares sounding a bit more hurried as she turns Jasmine around on her crutch so smoothly that one had to wonder how many times she had had to do it in the past.

((Posting in breaks here, lol, I won't be frequent, but I'll try whey few hours ^_^))
::Jasmine barely had time to blink and take it all in as this artist now had taken one look at her and ratehr quickly decided the raggedy looking girl was in very much the wrong place::
::Well, there was very little Jasmine could say to declare she wasn't right about now perhaps, for a split second, was there a part of her that would have accepted it... be pushed out, have all culpability and deniability, have her own little plot of land, her own pokémon and just... live::
::But as she was turned around, she shook her head slowly, she winced a little as she put one foot forward and stopped, a metal clack beating the silence:: No... Professor Gei- ::The woman said she preferred that, it sounded better at least...:: -I came here because the pretty clerk in the pokélot section asked me to come to class after examining my land.
::She reached into what remained of her sundress and vest, extracting a deed that luckily had remained free of Lindbergh's earlier rampage of talons, fangs and stings and presented it toward the woman::
::She cleared her throat slowly whilst letting her examine it:: ...I apologise for my appearance, there was a... incident... while inspecting my new Lot, nothing to be concerned over.
::But as she spoke, she looked slowly past the artist, seeing the Gengar now sitting and waving a one fingered salute their way... she had to wonder... were all pokémon going to act this way toward her, or was it just posing for the easel of whatever she was painting?::
::She looked back... unsure of what really to do... but finally took off her hat, giving the Professor a better look at her, such pale skin and pale rose eyes, a set of thick glasses were almost hiding her there behind them, her hair was a dusty grey-white as it hung there behind her in lengths, she wasn't exactly picture perfect, that crutch, that dress reduced to rags, the amount of cuts she'd taken, the crutch, the glimmer of metal holding around her legs...::
I would have done more to look better... but I assumed you would have preferred me prompt than presentable right now... I promise I'll see to it in future.
::It wasn't much she could offer, but she tried, bobbing her head ever so lightly in some form of curtsy again, but in her hat, the Professor would see a single Academy ball, it wasn't proof of ownership, but proof enough she had a pokémon at least!::
::So... all said and done... Jasmine had to wonder, if after all that first impression if the woman would just kick her in with the other refugees as well or not!::

The woman stopped for a moment and mutter almost in a stutter. Her Gengar actually starts to snicker, and the woman looks back and gives him a glare that could literally freeze over hell.
"Que? Qu'est-ce qui s'est passé?"
Then she waves it off as she switches back to english.
"No matter ...it doesn't matter what happened?" "Though I don't want your apology ...don't show up in my class looking like that again." "This is the Maneuvering class, we are all about tactics here, and to be honest ...the biggest tactic one can use is appearances."
"Fool your opponent into thinking you worthless and they underestimate you." "Make yourself look important and they will respect you." "If you come in looking trashy ...then the other teams will start to think we are struggling or trashy."
"I will repeat, never show yourself in my presences looking like that again."
"I will also oversee your healing." "Yes, people tend to underestimate a cripple in disguise, but a cripple for real is a tactically disadvantage for this class and their pokemon."
"You will not be the weakest link, nor, do I feel like being targeted right at this moment because you appear to be."
"It goes against my plan."
She was pretty much scolding Jasmine now as she crosses her arms.
"Go home, and get yourself together." "Then come back, and we will discuss your first class."
"Merde!" "Why me?"
She exclaim loudly to herself as the Gengar moves near her and she rolled her eyes.
"I haven't done anything to deserve your curse for a while, so this is just concidents."

::Jasmine bit down, but she didn't cry, she didn't whine or sigh or otherwise... oversee her healing? She couldn't imagine a way to help her... but it seemed more than something worth doing as she waited until the very end, finally and patiently waiting to nod:: Of course, Professor.
::It was one thing at least she didn't care what happened... she didn't have to lie to her about it then at least... If she was being told off like this for her appearance, she'd hate to imagine the punishment she'd receive for her pokémon not obeying her::
::However, as she replaced her hat, Lindbergh's pokéball hidden safely underneath, she looked down at herself and this brought another question up...:: I apologise for impertinence, Professor, but the ladies of the Orphanarium felt it was adequate to only provide one set of clothes for me.
...I lack the tools to repair these ones or a replacement, nor funds to purchase either. ::She was very stiff, very business and monotone, was it a practised etiquette? An act? Or was she really so backwards from living in a stone walled orphanage for so long?::
::She hadn't flicked an eyelash at the derogatory comments about her appearance, or at being a 'cripple', she hadn't moved her eyes more than an inch to see the woman speaking to the Gengar speaking such a strange tongue...::
Is there a place I may find on Academy grounds to procure either? ::...Well... she certainly didn't have any replacements, nor did she exactly have any supplies in her lot... it seemed like Professor Gei's first student would be a troublesome one, whether the girl intended it or not...::

]"Humph, I should have guessed."
"Though that last part isn't so hard to deal with ...come with me." "I am going to take you down the supply room ...they have old clothing there, and surely something that will fit you."
Professor Savvy declares with a flick of her wrist. Her eyes would glance once more longingly at her work, but that would have to wait just a bit longer. Or did it?
"Gengar."
She declares as the pokemon in questions came to her side.
"Take her down to the supply room, and see about her getting fitted with some more adequate clothing."
The pokemon pulled a face at that, and the woman only waves one hand in an absent minded sort of way.
"It not that much trouble, so stop it ...it's not like you aren't bored out of your mind anyway."
She saunters back to her desk and pulls out a key that she flicks to the pokemon as the Gengar catches it, and then looks back at Jasmine with a roll of the eyes.
There wasn't much he could do about it ...as he floats over to her and then lands so that his feet are touching the ground. A quick motion to follow, and he would continue forward on his way as he expected that Jasmine wouldn't be very far behind him as he would take her to the storage room.
Here there was clothing, and other ideas. But, the Gengar made sure that they only approached the clothing as he stood guard about the rest of it. He was simply going to wait for her to pick what she could wear or what she wanted so that they could get out of there.

::Jasmine watched the exchange going back and forward between Professor and pokémon, but it quickly became evident who was in charge here as she was waved on by the Gengar now, she nodded at Professor Savvy as she passed onward::
Thank you, Professor, I'll ensure to be quick.
~~~~~~~~~~
::...Or at least as quick as she could manage, she nodded to the Gengar as she was lead into the store room and saw the supplies there, there must have been whole wardrobes full of stuff, which certainly left the imagination to wonder what had happened to their original owners...::
::But she was thin and wiry, she had no need to worry about things not fitting her... anything too big she could work with and taper later... although she wasn't anything shy, as the Gengar was about to find out, as she began undressing right there and then!::
::...Well... not much the Gengar probably hadn't seen, but still, it seemed there wasn't much inhibition in the first place as Jasmine stripped away layers of her clothes until all that was left was underwear and a pair of metal braces hugging around her::
::She selected carefully and quickly, even despite the difficulty changing... she examined tons of random bits of clothes, until it came to a massive pair of boots, she blinked, looking at the metal... and then her own legs... and then finally...:: ...I think I'll be ready in a moment...
~~~~~~~~~~~~
::It had to have been half an hour, maybe na hour, but then again, she was changing by herself, and then she returned, the hat was the same, she still showed those cuts, she had only changed clothes, not seen any medical attention or not, but they were small, likely to heal quick enough without any::
::The rest of her... was hidden almost, a poncho now covered over her, with a smart collar keeping it in place there around her neck, the collar and the poncho looked like they were from two wholly seperate pieces of clothing, but somehow merged together, it concealed a lot, only the tip of a crutch emerging underneath, then when she moved, the clink of metal wasn't the braces, it was a set of boots...::
...I tried to look as inoffensive as possible, Professor. ::She declared, using the boots to hide the sound of her crutching, moving it back to show a simple skirt with slits in its side, stockings covering her legs underneath the metal, long arm gloves and a tight body undershirt, topped with a vest, along with a brand new belt, pokéball in place, Lindbergh now ready for her... before she'd drop the poncho down again, it was a strange combination, the poncho was bright and colorful, but underneath, all blacks and greys and silver, the colorful and the monochrome, she stod now for presentation again::
...Is this acceptable for classes? ::She spoke again... having to hide exactly how she looked, was it right ethically? If it could save her someday, sure, but it certainly must have taken the girls' ego down a peg or two, if it wasn't already lying somewhere in a corner::
::Nonetheless, she done as told here, waiting for an approval or a demonishing to hurry back down and change again!::

Professor Savvy ...shook her head lightly. A glare would come towards the Gengar whom simply shrugged his very short arms. He wasn't the best pokemon to be talking to about fashion or trends. In fact, she was quite lucky the girl hadn't shown back up in her underwear.
A thought that made his eyes glow brightly.
Professor Savvy drop her glare as she looks back at Jasmine.
"Tacky, but it's alright with me."
The woman shrugs lightly as she smiles back at her. Then her arms would cross.
"So, I guess it's time to make things a bit more official." "Since, you are already ...presentable, I guess, I need to give you something of the class" "Generally this type of thing is given up front, but the materials are a bit rarer now."
"Thus, you have to wait just a bit longer for yours." "There is an Island, called the Island of Beginnings ...it's pretty much the only safe spot left for pokemon hunting." "I need you to find the material I need there ....looking at you and how fragile you are ..I want you to find Amber."
"It a bit tricky to find, and can probably be found in the heart of the forest." "Though you need to be in a place with very old trees, and a lot of luck to find it."
"So, you might have to actually visit that island more than once."
The Professor declares as she goes to fetch three pokeballs from her cabinet.
"So, do you think you can do it?"

... ::She stood there the entire time, she didn't comment much on the observations of her clothing... it was comfortable enough for her... it kept her covered, it was practical as she wanted, she could enjoy it::
::But she followed Professor Gei back and forth as she moved there, always attention upon her as she listened::
::Forest, trees, amber... she took each note mentally without asking her to repeat, again, no blink at the dig of her frailty::
::Finally, she simply gave her best curtsy again:: ...If I did not think I could do it, Professor, I would have let the women of the Orphanage send me into the mines when they planned to.
And I am accustomed to having to work to earn my fair share, I assure you, I'll make up for my shortages elsewhere, direct me and I will do as you ask of me.
::But there was a pause as the woman retrieved the pokéballs, a momentary glimpse of something else on her face, she'd always been so placid, but faced with wanting to ask something outside of protocall, it seemed an almost alien concept to her:: ...However.
Will you please permit me to ask a question?

Mines, so she was from one of those places. The woman thought to herself, she had heard of orphanages ...that had gone that route in order to keep themselves function. Turing their tenants quite rapidly into slaves, but, it was rare and few that manages to get away from such a place.
If the pokemon didn't get them, the cave would, and that wasn't talking about the damage it did to one's body. It generally made them worthless for much else by age 13, so the fact that this girl was standing there ...gave her quite a pause.
Though she didn't stay that way for long as she mutters as if she didn't give a darn about the new information.
"A question, really?"
The woman would pause, but one moment.
"Humph, I guess, this is a class about tactics." "So, if you don't have one question or more, I guess I should really be worried." "So, what is your question?"

::For most of the time talking, Jasmine had kept her head down, kept a loss of eye contact, as if she were a servant before a master, but now with freedom to address, she dared raise her head up to look at the Professor::
...I am curious about the pokémon I battled with Lindbergh in our debut battle.
The battle was disappointingly fast, so I did not get much chance to observe this Buizel, but although there was no visible trainer, it was a real pokémon, flesh and blood, then recalled away.
I wanted to ask, whether or not it has a trainer, or is simply part of a large stock kept for training students.
...My reason being, I would hope to one day approach the owner to request a trade.
... ::She paused a little, the words were strict, but the tone uneven, it seemed she had trouble voicing the question properly, clearing her throat again:: ...I was quite taken by the pokémon.
And while I can't be sure on first glance, I believe it looked very athletic, a strong water type that could be useful.
::...She'd seen the Buizel, she liked it, now she wanted to ask about whether or not it was up for grabs. Why couldn't she be more concise? Was she really that awkward asking for something for herself? Or was it just knowing it was a selfish-sounding request::
::Either way, she still kept her head up long enough to await an answer...::

"Oh mon dieu." "You don't think you might want to try and capture your own first?"
The woman rounds on Jasmine quickly. Hands on her hips as one of her eyes actually starts to twitch. She had afterall been planning to get back to her painting as soon as possible, but it would seem that this girl wasn't getting out of her hair fast enough as she drew one hand between her eyebrows and started to rub two fingers there.
"Listen, first off, yes, the pokemon there are the real deal." "But do you seriously think any trainer that went to the trouble of capturing such a pokemon would bother to just trade him or her to you ...because you ask really nicely?"
"Second, I have no clue whom actually owned that pokemon." "So, you would first have to hunt that person down, and hope to god that maybe ...just maybe they are willing to deal with you." "Then, you have to somehow get a pokemon that they find worthy of a trade."
"Sounds fulfilling ...so I guess you can get to that, and when you are ready I can send you to the island of beginning so you can get your start like all the other trainers in your group."
Professor Savvy declares. The last bit was more than a little bit sarcastic as she held out the three pokeballs to Jasming making it clear which way she thought she would be directing her focus.
