A peaceful town with their own homes and market live in a sunny area.
In the middle in their town, they have a watch tower. Inside, all the gears and parts that makes it move creates some Zertish oil that seeps out and into a well to store it. People are free to grab some out of it.

Cicero slowly enters the town and begins to search for the oil he was sent here for. It wouldn't be too bad he hoped but what he hoped always went the other way. He sighed as he found out it was in the watch tower. He slowly makes his way inside and begins to gather what he could. The gears and cogs were pretty big so he made sure that he didn't get to close. As he fills a jar or two he begins to leave the tower

Melody approached the town carefully as she looked out for the C.h.a.r.l.i.e that might be around to greet her. Looking around there weren't any people around, which was probably because of the infestation around their town. To tell the truth she wouldn't have wanted t be out either if she was them. "Hm..." Even though there didn't seem to be any of the beasts around she kept her guard up, taking on of her revolvers from the holster and held it so it was aimed up in the air with her arms bent just incase she needed it.

As the small Kainru walked into Gettra town the few people that were there stared at her wondering what the cat was doing here in the town. Once she had made some distance into town a figure in the shadows to her right would quietly stalk her for a few moments tha disappear behind a building. Suddenly a brown firgure would run infront of her across the street chasing a small cat across the street snarling.

Hearing a strange noise her head whipped around and she saw the small cat running pass her, a C.h.a.r.l.i.e chasing close behind it. "Hey!" In a sudden attempt to save the cat she chassed after it, totally forgetting the fact that she had a gun, and grabbed at the tail of the beast. If she was able to grab it then she would pull back on it as hard as she could to pull its attention away, giving the cat a chance to get away.

As the Karuni yelled at the monster it skidded to a halt sliding faint before looking back at the cat running at it. Snarling it would sudden launch it self at her with claws and fangs extended outwards planning on attacking her chest or ripping out her thoart. The other few would slowly edge there way out as she had yelled and started to sprint towards the cat from behind

Melody stopped as she saw the C.h.a.r.l.i.e stop in front of her. Falling backwards to avoid the claws she used her hands to push herself into a flip so she landed back on her feet again behind her first position. Looking down she saw that part of her shirt had been ripped by the claws, a small frown as she looked back up. "Well that sucks....Huh?" Catching a glimpse of the others coming out she quickly grabbed for the gun that had dropped close to her when she was attacked.

The chalire had snarled as she had barely got away from it and started to charge for her again as two of his other brothern would try attack her from the right and her left. They would all start ro close in on her with a second apart fron each other when they would leap towards her. The one who did rip her shirt would try to pounce on her to dig its fangs in while the other two would try to geab her ankles

Melody panicked as she saw all three come towards her at once. Shooting two bullets towards the one to her right she was hoping that at last one would hit it. Concentrating on her claws she extended them as far as she could and put them up so she could block the one in front of her only to forget the one to her left. While she was blocking the other she winced when she felt her left leg get hit. Keeping her balance to that leg as best she could through the pain she tried kicking the thing in the face to get it to maybe let her go.

The chalire that had charged straight at her dodged the first shot but would be nailed in the skull killing on the spot Causing Iit to skid across the ground limp. While she had killed one the one infront of her leap on her with a great force that would cause her to call on her back with thta on top of her because of the one that gripped her leg. The chalire on top would try to pin the gun hand while the other chalure started biting on the calf of the cat

Melody tried her best to stay on her feet but couldn't, the thing was just to heavy for her to hold. "Nnn....gah!" The chewing on her leg was really distracting but taking a deep breath she tried to suck in as much air as she could. Just as her gun hand had been pinned she let out the breath, blowing towards the one that was on top of her. Hopefully it would be a strong enough breath that it would blow it back far enough for her to be able to shoot it. Another hard kick to the head of the one on her leg once she was done.

The chalire had been launched into the air by the gaint gust of wind and hovered there for a few moments before crashing down with a yelp. As this had happened the other two chalires had came out from the hiding in shadows heading for the girl. By the time she had blown the one off they were five feet away and closing with on of them leaping towards her. The shoot would strike the chalire she had blown off in the shoulder causing it to lay there. The foot had strick the head of the chalire but onlt enraged it as it would release and woild start to slash at her face and chest. The pouncing chalire would come from the other side trying to dig into her shoulder

Melody used her claws to block the slash from the C.h.a.r.l.i.e once it had let go of her leg. Pushing hard she threw it back from her, feeling a sharp pain as she did. Yowling out in pain she realized that two of the beasts had latched on to her shoulders. Struggling a bit she held up each of her hands, her claws still out, and struck at the heads connected to her shoulders. There was no way that they could dodge at this distance and she soon felt the jaws go slack as she pushed them off. Quickly standing she turned her attention towards the other she had pushed off and shot three shots towards it, moving as fast as she could towards the nearest building so she could lean her back to it. Her breathing was getting a bit heavier due to blood loss and the struggle, small drops of blood rolling off her leg and staining the ground as she moved.

The chalire on her had been thrown off sparlling against the ground as the two others would have dug into her flesh. The one that been laying down soon started to get up with the crimson in its eyes glowing as it wished for blood even in its wounded state. By the time she had stabbed the two chalires in the skulls it had disappeared int the shadows. The chalire on the ground had regained its footing as the first shot had clearly missed with her shoulders beging wounded her aim while running had been hindered. Jumping to the side it soon started to dodge the next shots before seemingly being scared off by the last shot heading into the building alley ways. Was she safe?

"Huh?" Looking around to both areas Melody realized that they had both disappeared. This put her on edge. She didn't know if they had retreated and left or if they were just hiding and waiting to attack her. She leaned her back against the wall and ripped the arm of her shirt off so she could see the wound on her shoulder. Making a disgusted face she went to lick the wound to at least heal it enough for her to use the arm better to shoot. It tasted disgusting, a mixture of saliva from the C.h.a.r.l.i.e and her own blood. Every once in a while she would look around, keeping her finger on the trigger of her gun incase she needed to use it.
