i know it has alot of cards but this deck has raped a cyber dragon deck, a koaki meiru deck, a fast synchro deck and a worm deck it is great and my deck is still not complete.

Too many cards (the decks you claim to have beaten are probably just as shitty if not shittier than this (aka. Crap decks)).
You might as well take a stack of vaguely similar looking cards and call it a day.
*Good hero decks focus on just a few EFFECT hero monsters (even neos alius is technically effect, although gemini). Focus is the biggest thing to remember in building a deck. Even I know that.

This is a very bad HERO deck. As Labyrinthknight said, just because you beat other decks with this doesn't mean your opponents decks were any good. they were probably just a bad as this one is. Most of this needs to be scrapped.

Not a good deck at all... (this one)
I would come up with a way to win, take out and add in cards to make the desired way of winning become available in every duel, and play test , Play test Play-test till every weak point if fixed.
I made this deck lately( and got bored of it) My deck was made to get 'Shining phyinex enforcer' on my first turn/2nd turn. if it worked(80% of the time it did) The deck would keep him alive and thus pound in enemy's face.

This is a fail, having one card of each card in your deck means the chances of drawing it are lower than the cards that have more then one. Over all this is the second way to lose and be a Noob on the game.(not saying anything) -Your deck lacks true strategy, by this I mean a way to win other than luck and your Yugi moto skills to 'Heart of the cards'.(lol) This is in self means a Auto loss, and the fact you stated you went to a regonals with this pile of crap and beat a deck(S) is just you blowing smoke.(unless you play kids who have never played before.) Sorry if this sounds harsh or mean , I don`t intend it to be but its the honest truth of things. I can say some of the other people in the guild can even correct what I am saying, I am not pro but I am very good at the game and skilled/Knowledgeable enough to play with meta decks and win or come very very close to winning.
