Lights out in the arena followed by the beginning of Lacuna Coil's 'Enjoy the Silence' would bring GBL onto the stage. Wearing his dark blue attire and feathered hat, he took his famed bow before making his way to the ring. A Pay-Per-View that held a little fame to GBL, he was making his way to the cage in hopes of seeing his record remain strong just as he hoped someone else's would. Entering into the ring, he placed his hands along the metal of the cage with a rather eerie smile to him.

As GBL's music faded into silence, quick but steady rhythm of guitar and drums started through the sound system, signaling the start of 'Surrender' By Dropkick Murphys. half of the house lights changed to a dull blue, and the crowd began to cheer, knowing who was about to enter.
"I was at my weakest state,
And you kept me pushing on; You gave me something to believe in.
And it keeps me standing strong!
These lessons that I've learned; These things I'll carry on!
And when you're gone I'll honor you,

When the first lyric of the song played, Brody walked out onto the stage, silencing the crowds doubts and grabbing a respectable cheer from the crowd. He stopped near the edge of the stage and looked over the crowd, his ever-present smile stretched across his face. Dressed in his usual T-Shirt, blue jeans,sneakers and gloves, he stopped near the edge of the stage and looked over the crowd, his ever-present smile stretched across his face. He barely remembered what had happened at the show before, but that wasn't going to stop him from enjoying this one. Finishing his 'scan', flung his arms out to the side and started forward, getting his shoulder's stretched out for the match. With every few steps, he stepped to one side of the ramp, catching a few hands as he walked.

At the edge of the ramp, he started to pull at the bottom of his gloves while he looked into the ring at the nights opponent. He'd faced GBL only days ago, but couldn't remember his style. He had taken a hard shot to the head, and he wondered if he should even be competing. Snapping out of his head, he started towards the stairs and entered the ring, taking a quick moment to point out at the crowd on the second step. Once he was through the ropes, he looked across the ring at GBL, trying to decided on what kind of fighter he was. Stepping forward with little regard for safety, Brody offered his hand to GBL, trying to get a quick handshake as a mutual sign of respect, even if neither man really knew the other.

Seeing the hand extended out, GBL reached out to shake the hand, having no problem in doing so. Soon after, he would take a step back and kneel himself down, hearing the bell chime out. The kneeling stance being one of GBL's more known 'moves', he was eying his opponent, wondering how to set up the end, already.

Brody pulled his arm back and took a few steps backwards, getting a reasonable distance away before anything started. But as soon as he stopped, he noticed GBL go into a crouch. Now this he remembered, and he also remembered what happened when he tried to take advantage of it. Deciding to keep his place, Brody pulled at his gloves and cracked his knuckles, trying to look like he wasn't quite ready to begin.

GBL couldn't help but chuckle as he shot back up to his feet with a slight hop. The male seemed to have a bit of dance to his step as he shuffled back and forth with small hops. Before long, he made a step forward to try and lock-up and snatch Brody in a headlock.

Brody had no problem with accepting GBL's headlock, and soon found himself staring at the mat with his head in a vice. Thankfully, the match had barely begun, and his head was in the right place. He attempted to force GBL off his head with a simple forward shove.

GBL was simply forced off as he stumbled forward and into the ropes, He would bounce off and begin a run back at Brody.

Brody snapped his torso into it's normal position as soon as his head was free, only to see GBL bounce right back at him. Putting his left foot forward, he turned his torso and put his shoulder forward, hoping to catch GBL with a simple shoulder block.

With the shoulder block, GBL was placed flat on his back once more. His eyes stared up at the ceiling with a sort of 'that was unexpected' look.

With GBL on the ground next to him, Brody did the sensible thing and lifted his arm before falling towards his opponent, trying to catch him with a short elbow drop.

With the elbow drop hitting, GBL would latch onto the arm and try to wrap his leg around and adjust to try and quickly catch Brody into the gogoplata he refers to as 'Enjoy the Silence I'
