* ~:: Sand Trap - The Infamous Amago Haruhisa Incident ::~ *
(Location - Yasogami High School - Recreational Fields)

Cold Afternoon, June 26th, 2012. Yasogami High School - Soccer Fields.

User Image

Cold air, dripping rain...all of those things vanished in a matter of moments. Footsteps like the chimes of a grandfather clock echoed in the air at the approach of a man who looked upon his target with all the disdain of a man who had lost everything...staring at his retribution. His vengeance. High in the sky above the sun began to beat down upon the school angrily, a dry, arid feeling that was entirely out of place in this sulky environment falling upon the students, sweat licking skin, the afternoon crawling forward with an eerie sort of calm that was just begging to be broken. And high above, gray eyes with a hateful, indignant gleam glared upon the Yasogami High School Building with ill intent. This had once been his lands, rightfully, but it had been lost centuries ago to war and deception...how came his hour to reclaim it. That pompous b*****d that had stolen it from him then...now he sat like some fat, satisfied feline upon the throne of the country and expected that nobody would be able to challenge him? But that fool had a weakness and it was so, very obvious. Did he think that he could just betray him again in this new world and get away with it? Did that man, that b*****d Motonari Mori, really think that he could hide away his weakness in this place and expect that he wouldn't FIND it?!

High above the school a man stood with a tide of ominous energy flowing behind him and a team of shadowy companions. His lips curled into a smirk as he raised his hand, the very earth on the field beneath him seeming to rumble to life at his call.

"Well, well, I'm glad to see so many interesting people gathered here at this school today, your parents must be very proud...but this land of fantasy, every grain of sand and grass, they're mine. You're all just squatters on the territory of the Amago Clan, and so...it's about time you started to pay your rent."

Like an arrow loosed from the bow the tide of sand suddenly shot forward and into the windows of the school it crashed, shattering glass everywhere and gripping several of the students before they could react, pulling them out onto the practice field and encasing them in a shell to-the-neck of crushing, gripping sand that could destroy them at the drop of a hat. Leering at his work, the sand retracted from the rooms, leaving the remaining students to look out the window at a man who stood atop a tide of the granules that had attacked them, smirking down with a sense of absolute satisfaction. Behind him, all his shadows watched with varied expression. This was their moment of triumph...no more hiding in the shadows for their like! Their moment had been perceived...and now they would take what was rightfully theirs!

"Listen up! Cause I'm only going to say this once. My name...is Haruhisa Amago, and I am the once and rightful ruler of these lands! Every last one of you is a willing puppet of a false Lord, and I'm here to take back from him what's rightfully mine. ...And, his," he lifted one of the sand grips and a student rose to his side in the air, suspended, crying as a grip of sand squeezed him terribly and made him yell in pain, "All of you have exactly one hour to find and bring me the girl called Koroko Minori. Hand her over, and this will go smoothly. If you don't...I'll kill poor Taro Tanaka here and a new one of you every ten minutes until I have her. ...In the meantime, why don't you all just come out to the field here and relax! Nobody has to die here today. ...They just might if you don't cooperate. It's not that bad, right?" His wolfish smirk belied his honesty...there was a satisfaction about his actions that he couldn't quite hide. This was checkmate on that b*****d...he'd finally taken something back from him that mattered. Now once he had her in his possession, he could hold it before his eyes and watch that damned mask of his shatter. It would all be so satisfying...

"Oh, and don't bother trying to run or hide. My men will be checking every corner of this place for Koroko and any stragglers. If you try to run, or you try to smuggle her out of here, you're dead. Fair's fair, after all..."

With that said, his followers scattered to all corners of the building, swift and dangerous, their powers notable even to the stronger ones present. This was serious business...the normal students hid or began to file out as directed in fear. There were, of course, those who would fight or who would try to run...but would they be successful? Could they really protect Minori from such a dangerous attacker?

This is the Tale of the Infamous Amago Haruhisa Incident! ...Um, how did it go again?

Chaos. Everything had turned into a complete chaos in such a small amount of time.

What was it? Just minutes ago, the blond had been fixing up her things, getting ready to leave school...possibly talk with the white haired girl sitting some places away from her, to apologize for her reaction that morning. Yeah, it had been just a few minutes. Rain ceased, an intense heat replacing the cool breeze that slipped in through the opened windows, the entire weather changing into a complete desert. She had looked up from her things, her green gaze shifting to the field outside, only to have a fraction of a second to react to the threads of what looked like sand coming in their direction. Confused screams, cries of help, shattered glass raining down the floor, footsteps running out the room... And with horror she had seen how these tendrils just snatched people around her like rag dolls, pulling them out the windows, sand just wrapping around them in a suffocating prison.

She remembered standing up, knees shaking...walking up to the shattered window, to notice a group of men in armor that remembered her of the Sengoku era ...men taking innocent students hostage. Haruhisa Amago was the name of the one responsible for this. And in that moment...Minori couldn't really understand much of his reasons, or maybe they really sounded irrelevant. Her heart pounded on her ears, and it was impossible to focus on anything else but the collective hysteria. That was, though...until the man gave out his terms to leave the students go. Everything had felt silent inside the room...and a sickening weight sunk on her inside, as a chill ran down her spine, feeling eyes falling on her.

"...Listen," And now, here she was, trying to connect the points; to understand what was it that this person wanted...why attack the whole school... Why- "We need to get them out of that sand prison...and find a way to get you all out of here..." She could feel her voice shaking, and she probably sounded as sick as she felt, but still she went on, her mind thinking furiously. What was she to do? What was on everybody's mind? It would be easier to just hand her over to this person...and end it up with it. Would they keep their promise, though? Could they really be trusted? Would they really... "We can't give in to them...We need to think up a plan." She was tired of being the victim. She wouldn't give in without a fight anymore! Last time...last time someone really important had been snatched away from her. She wouldn't let that happen this time! No more! "Go hide. Stay away from windows... And I'll think of something. If... if the hour is almost up and we are still in this same situation... ..." A grave sigh escaped her as she turned towards the window once again. "I'll go. I promise."

Hopefully, there would be others fighting...Hopefully there would be enough time.

I may know the answers..

Though one question I still hear..

Nix Gallen

Location: Class 3-1

| ♖ ♗ ♘ ♙ |

Nix was gathering her things, getting ready to speak with Minori inorder to apologize for walking off earlier. It was rude of her and there was no reason for her actions.. When suddenly the loud sound of glass shattering and students screaming could be heard. Thanks to her quick feet she was able to move away from the tendrils take her fellow students down to the soccer field, trapping them in some sort of sand prison. She moved over to the window, peeking over the edge to listen to the strange pink samurai's speech. By the sounds of this it looked like he was claiming the school for himself. Something about a false lord and him being the rightful ruler. Though what caught her attention the most was his demand for Minori.. Right away the student knew that wasn't going to happen, not if she could help it.

Nix felt that now was the best time if any to truely use her powers for the right reason. There was no running away, lives were at stake and Minori was in the cross hairs of the enemy. Speaking of the blonde female she quickly located her and heard her speak to the other students. The fear was clear in her voice but there was something familiar about her. The other students were running away but she chose to stay.. Perhaps she was like herself?. So the student walked over and placed a hand on her shoulder. "Minori, I'll help you out.. There's no way I'm letting you deal with a bunch of psychos like that. We have to calm down and think of what to do in order to save everyone. I highly doubt he'll let them go if you hand yourself over. He was cold-hearted enough to capture them in the first place.. And we can't jump down there because we would only get captured by the looks of it. Though the quickest way to end this would be to beat that guy down there.. What do you think? I can tell by looking at you this isn't entirely new to you." Yes.. She could somehow see that her fellow student had some kind of experiance with this like she did last night.

What twist of fate has brought us..

No this was bad, no this was horrible, no way was this happening! Tobikuma had just arrived in Inaba and already things were looking grim, the ground all of it was turned to sand! How was he going to find the treasure now!? He had gone through ten holes already digging up absolutely nothing, but Tobikuma didn’t stop he thought that if he were to put his mind to it he would accomplish anything! Which meant that he would find this treasure one way or another, he could sense that he was close and was nowhere near on discovering that the treasure was nothing, but lies; that didn’t matter though Tobikuma was destined to find this non existing treasure in the school. Now that was going to be harder now the soil was no longer soil, it was pillars and pillars of sand! Every time he tries to dig more sand starts to slide in to take its place no matter how hard he would try to get the job done Tobikuma couldn’t break through the sand! He wasn’t ready to give in yet, he wasn’t raised to be a quitter, what he needed was to get the help of others to get this treasure. It was perfect, the help of one’s fellow students would get him more friends than what he would expect, but if he were to leave he would forget where he was digging and the hole he already made was piling back up pretty fast. So he decided to make a sprint for it, going around the school to find more people, he was heading to the field unknowingly, desperately trying to find someone. Approaching the field he was already in luck, there was a person standing there, a student? Looked a bit old, but that was better than nothing, Tobikuma came running in with smiles and waving out “Hey!! Hey!! He-Whoa!!” He lost his footing already, and before you know it he fell face first into the sand, hard enough to make a muffle thud. He was never used to walking in the sand, there was no sand in the place where he was from, just land and lots of it.

Slowly he got up, sand clinging to his face, “Hehehe, I tripped.” he said as if it was just an every day type of thing, quickly he wiped the sand away with his shirt and got right back on his feet. He approached the man known as Amusa, and already by the sight of him Tobikuma mouth dropped. His eyes sparkled going woo and awe, Amusa just looked so…so….so cool! His armor, the way he presented himself, he was something that Mom had taught him in his home classes. “Oh wow! You’re a samurai!” he cheered, he examined him at all side like he was the finding of a century, “So cool! I didn’t think the samurai were still around ya know? Aw This is awesome, this is sooo awesome, this school has everything!”

Mataki Hito
Student Council President

"It won't come to that. I'll go out there right now and speak to him. You've gotten wrapped up in too many people's problems already, Minori." Mataki walked past Minori as she made her statement of conviction, looking out the window to get a clear look at their attacker while not looking Minori in the eye. If she was willing to muster up that much determination, then there was no way he could let her sacrifice her own safety for he or any others. Yasogami High was his responsibility, and he would be turning over in his grave before he allowed Minori to come to harm when he'd given her his word again. A hand rose up as Mataki patted Minori's head, ruffling the blond's hair with a serious look before breaking into a bit of a grim smile. "I'm sorry for everything that's happened Minori. I kept a lot of secrets from you, but I promise this time. I swore I'd never let any harm come to this school, any of it's students, or especially...my friends. I know I haven't been a very good friend to you, and I've drug you into my problems a few times already. But I'll make sure everyone's smiling in the end this time." Mataki said, giving her an enthusiastic thumbs up along with a smile, trying to hide his own inner wince behind the paper thin enthusiasm he showed her. Before Minori could try and dissuade him or ask to come with him however, Mataki turned and quickly walked out the door, nearly running in his haste to get down to the soccer field.

"I am Mataki Hito, the Student Council President for Yasogami High! Haruhisa Amago, I demand an audience with you!" Mataki shouted, exiting the club door and approaching the soccer field without any hesitation. Mataki stopped after stepping onto the field a few yards, giving Amago a bit of room so he didn't think they were about to do anything hasty. Still, he had no intention of backing off right now either, not when there were people's lives on the line. Mataki had a small, ornate fan in his hand, but it was obvious from his grip he wasn't about to swing it on a dime, and to most a fan would hardly even be a conceivable weapon. It was only a tool for his spells, and those weren't going to save anybody as long as the situation was stalemated like this. "You're going to release the people you've held captive! They're my personal responsibility, I won't see any harm come to the students of this school!" Mataki shouted, pulling a golden sphere that resembled an apple from his sleeve as he told Amago his purpose, waiting for a response after that.

Location 3-1?

What was all this noise rubbish? All he was trying to do was use the restroom, but the all this noise and madness happened. So some crazy samurai was claiming that he was going to search the school for one person so he could, what? Hold her as a bargaining chip against that new Mori Shogun fellow. Even he didn't think that was a good idea. What would stop history from repeating itself and Mori coming again and crushing Haruhisa Amago's forces again. Well um no matter all that, with a slight yawn he pulled open the door to a class room, it was what he thought he was his class, but then again. He looked at the people in the class as he closed the door. "This isn't my classroom." He said rather confused, but not exactly distressed. So, one of these girls was the one those guys were looking for. This was odd, didn't expect that to happen. Guess that's what happens when one spaces out. "So, um ello there" Karu shrugged a bit confused. "So I heard some ancient samurai were looking you." Karu never did have the best sense of the severity of things, but he knew this not exactly good, not at all. So his crappy little joke was just to try to bring some peace of mind, he might as well hang around these people they seemed like they had a bit of a plan, better than him.

A small, unsure smile curled at the corner of the blond's lips as she felt a small weight on her shoulder, the supportive hand of the white haired senior helping her relax if only a little. "Thank you Nix, I really appreci-" Her words died down in her throat as she listened to another voice joining the now mostly deserted classroom. "Mataki..." She followed him with her gaze as he moved over to the window. Did he say he'd go outside? "You don't have to do that! It's too dangerous and-" Her words were interrupted again, this time his hand ruffling her hair slightly, making her frown. What did he want to do? She knew Mataki was strong...she had found out that time in his home, but... but somehow, she felt she couldn't let him go on his own. Felt that the strength of this man wasn't something to take for granted. "But-" He hadn't done anything wrong, hadn't dragged her into anything, like he had said. And secrets? W-well, everyone had them. She had her own secrets, and she couldn't say she'd been completely honest with him either. "No, you've always been there, you are a good friend, Mataki. And we'll go with you-" But before she could even finish, he was already gone, dashing out of the classroom and towards the soccer field.

A frustrated groan left her lips. That idiot. Green eyes shifted to the window once again, watching the violet head walking towards the samurai, a knot forming on her stomach. There was, though, a new strength somewhere in there as well. Nix was here supporting her...Mataki was out there risking himself. Her hands curled into fists, before she turned around, facing the snowy haired girl with determination in her eyes. "Alright...We can't let him get hurt as well. And staying here won't do any good. Let's go." The blond started moving towards the door, just the moment a stray student walked care freely inside, having apparently got the wrong room. The girl didn't even stop, taking the guy by the shoulder, pulling him along with them. "Yeah, that's me... Now let's get out of here..."

Her hand held her phone tightly, fingers furiously typing a quick message. Where was Ame? Syr couldn't feel her presence in the school...

Nix Gallen

Right when Nix thought things were going to calm down.. They didn't. Mataki had to walk right past her and get Minori all worried again. He knew those samurai were dangerous and yet he jumped right down there and directly challenged the man who was pulling the strings! He should've stayed with the group and plan like she was suggesting. Now things got even more complicated since one fellow senior was down on a battle field, another student entered the room, and Minori was starting to walk off to who knows where! So the student quickly caught up to Minori and grabbed her hand, pulling her to a stop.

"Hold it! I'm happy to see you so determined but we can't go charging into this like we are. You saw how many samurai scattered away from the leader down there. They are probably searching all over the school for you, Minori. So I suggest we at least take the time to look around and watch out for those guys. We all want to help the others but keep in mind you can't do that if you get captured! Now.. Please listen to me.. At least stand here with this man here and I'll walk infront to check things out. That way if an enemy is there then you have the chance to run away.. Now where do you want to go first? You seem to have some sort of plan in mind since you took off so suddenly." Or at least Nix hoped so.. If the blonde senior walked off in the spur of the moment then they really needed to make a plan. If they all rushed into this situation with guns ablazing then it would only make the situation that much worse. The lives of their fellow students and Minori's safety hung in the balance.. Even though she was scared out of her mind she had to keep a level head.

What twist of fate has brought us..

Karu felt himself tugged along with the blonde haired senior. "W-wait, seriously." He forced himself free as he ended himself out of his carefree attitude. Letting out a long sigh as he heard the snow haired one call out to Minori. "You know, she's right." He said his voice a bit more stern than how he first acted. With a short smirk made a short gesture, perhaps showing he was thinking or something along those lines. "As much as I'm normally an follower of cutting down the leader of a group and the rest would easily follow suit." he cleared his throat a bit as he continued. "This time, I'm pretty sure it won't work, and this guy doesn't exactly seem open for negotiations besides the one he's offered that still involves us handing you over." He gave a small smile cracking his knuckles. "So I propose we go about this a bit more, strategically, If anything, he's got to have few of his finest men making sure no one can get out of the school so if be can, say dissuade them from trying to take you as part of their plans, now I'm not saying these have to mean fighting them, some people can be talked down, others can not, I just say we go about this a bit logically." with a short shrug his smile returned. "That's just a theory I have, but it seems like a good course of action"

Out of school, huh?

Well, Ame sure was lucky. The blond couldn't help the small twitch upward of her lip as she shook her head, despite the dire situation she found herself in...perhaps it was the pressure, making her laugh at the possibilites of this happening; no matter, her fingers quickly pressed down the buttons to come up with a rushed answer. But, luck or no luck... she would need Amelia's help...at least from the outside. She couldn't help but wonder what 'magic' was this...was it something to do with the new object she got back then? Or... ... "Hm?" Minori stopped, her mind returning to the situation in hand, being pulled back by her companion. Sure...perhaps she was moving on pure instincts here...perhaps she really didn't have a plan. All she knew was that...she couldn't stand still...couldn't wait and hide as others risk themselves. Not anymore. "I know." the girl mumbled, her eyes narrowing slightly, Syr's power moving around the school like a sonar, different presences bouncing back to her, as she moved. Well...instincts, yeah...but she wasn't moving completely blind. "There's someone upstairs...another downstairs...near the entrace..." she paused, trying to focus, "the other two are a little bit farther away...maybe the gates and the other building...And of course, Amago out in the fields" ... ... "A-ah, or at least, that is what I would think. Block all entrances, right?" Sigh. What to do, what to do? She knew they couldn't just run off attacking these people...She didnt' want her companions to get hurt...And attacking could get the hostages harmed, as well... Talking with them, though... Would Amago listen?

"We need time... to distract Amago, anything...for him to let go of the hostages." She said she wouldn't give herself in...but, why did she keep moving down the stairs to the second floor...what was she to do? Would talking to him give the others enough time to help the trapped students? She wasn't sure...wasn't sure of what she was doing. If only Soji were here...

"So five of them in total?" Karu gave this fact a bit of thought. Four of Amago's strongest man and then Amago himself spread around the school grounds. What would be the best course of action. "Thing's sound relatively quiet Minori-san, but I think I heard something down where the club rooms are." He announced a bit to the blonde and the snow haired seniors. He wasn't sure what their plans were but he was making at least one suggestion. Then something hit him, she just called out an idea about how many of Amago's men were in the school grounds, and relative locations how'd she do that even. "You, just pulled out the locations of more or less all of Amago's men, how'd ya do that, magic?" magic was just a joke, perhaps there was some explanation, but he couldn't think of one right now.

Captain of the Avengers - Balmung of the Azure Sky

"Avengers, move out!" a deep voice boomed as the silence in the courtyard lingered, the confrontation between Mataki and Amago only having just come underway. It was a sudden interruption, the time that had passed being quite little, but for the children who were trapped within the coffins of sand waiting to crush them into paste, it was the sound of salvation. Like a streak of white and silver and pristine gold there was a rush out of the sky upon white wings, angelic feathers trailing in the wake of this thing that lashed across the soccer field like an arrow loosed from the string of its bow. Several metallic sounds like the swinging of a sword through metal were heard, a spray of brown sand erupted into the sky and fell unceremoniously across the fields, returning to the earth from which it had been wrought. No doubt the reincarnated samurai in his distraction would now find himself surprised at the sudden attack, the release of his prisoners. And yet there was nothing he could do to stop the impossible speed at which the intruder had made his move, already crouched on the near side of the prisoners between the sand-wielder and his bargaining chips, broad sword held tightly out to one side of his body with a strong grip, wide white wings spread upon his back like some majestic thing. His eyes looked up and his white hair flowed gallantly in the breeze, this heroic savior a figure well-known to all of the students as a man who had once promised to protect this town from the supernatural threats that ailed it. He was the hero...the former General of the Embryon...Balmung of the Azure Sky. And in one swift move he had released the prisoners and set himself as a wall between their kidnapper and their escape, power practically radiating from his body as he stared down the pink-armored warrior.

"Run to the opposite side of the school from the club building...now!" the general commanded the students who were likely caught in-shock at what they were seeing before their eyes...a hero like out of some anime swooping out of the air to free them from their prison, to protect them, leading them to safety, "My man Kabuto will lead you to safety from there...and I will stay here and guard your retreat. Move!" Having delivered his orders, his attention immediately returned to the samurai standing before them, his anger already evident in his face. He could feel the sand preparing to move at his will, so Balmung stretched out his power in an instant and with a blast of blue energy, a Megidolaon spell, the sand was scattered again, more time bought for the escaping students. A coordinated attack, here and all over the school...the first act of the Avengers Initiative. It was a risky gamble, but if there was any team in this country that could pull this mission off without any human casualties, the Lord General of Embryon was sure that it was these people who could manage it.

"Amago Haruhisa, you and your band are hereby guilty of treason! But not only that! You are guilty of endangering the lives of innocent children, all for your selfish ambition to revenge! You've even convinced your followers of your 'noble' intentions, but that's hardly the truth behind the matter, is it? They were nothing more than unwitting pawns...and so, you're not only guilty of treason against your country, but against your own soldiers. And that is UNFORGIVABLE!" the winged warrior grit his teeth and aimed his broad sword at the samurai, his eyes focused, "Therefore, I...Balmung of the Azure Sky...will be your opponent. And by my hand...you will receive your judgment!"

Tatsuya Suoh, Shadow Persona-User of the Avengers

No sooner had Balmung's entrance on the field come than a streak out of the blue sky of red and gold spiraled towards the windows of the school and were there glass, there would have been a tremendous shattering as a suit of armor the size of a man swept into the school building and landed heavily upon the floor, the suit retracting to reveal a head of red-brown hair and searching, serious eyes. He moved as he had been directed towards the source of all this chaos, the impetus that had driven these samurai to make their move, and in search of his own new friend. And it didn't take him long to weave his way around the corner and into the group where Minori had been hiding, spotting her amongst many unfamiliar faces. She was blond like he remembered with those green eyes, the ones that the shogun had described in great detail, but he didn't need to be told what she was like. Nothing could make him forget her face after that night more than a week earlier beneath the Tower of Demise, the tears that she had shed at the loss of her friend and surrogate brother, nor the face of any of the members of that team that night. They were engrained into his memory, a reminder of all that he had done wrong and the pain that had been caused by the remaining essence of his former evil. Now he had a chance to make up for these things, however. This was the reason why he served that man, the reason why he was here. That, and he could never leave a friend to be taken away like this...and after what that team's silver-haired leader had done to safeguard his soul, any friend of Soji Seta's was a friend of his own. It was with that thought in mind that he made his way to the group and took the hand of the girl in question.

"Minori, come on. We're getting you out of here to a safe place," the organizing member of the Avengers assured her comfortingly, before turning his eyes to the others, "I can only take her with me, but the rest of you should be able to sneak out the side of the school now. Head to the wall opposite the club building...we have a guy there who should be able to guide you safely out into the town. Once you're clear, run and get somewhere safe. ...Move." Never one for a lot of words, he said the important information and then didn't hesitate, pulling the blond girl by the hand (not too hard) with him until they were near one of the blown-out windows that the sand had entered at the outset. Down below he could see that Balmung was already standing before the sand-samurai, ready to engage. Elsewhere, he was sure that the others were prepared to make their own stand...which meant this was their window to escape. "Hang on," was his only warning as he suddenly wrapped a hand around her waist and let the shadows form around his body into his red and gold armor suit, before firing out of the window like a rocket and lifting into the sky over the heads of the chaos below. This was precisely why he had made sure to forge the suit with a flight function back in the Data Dungeon World...well, for situations like this, and because flying was just pretty damned cool as a way to get around.

Yes he had changed a great deal since his encounters with Soji Seta, but there was still a trace of his wry humor left inside of him. He was earning his redemption with every day that passed...cleansing the stains that Nyarlathotep's chaos had left upon his mind...and the world.

Nix looked at Minori as she seemingly almost pinpointed where the other samurai were hiding. Normally she would look at the blonde like she was crazy but after all she saw last night.. It was definitely possible that maybe the senior had a strange power like she did. Now wasn't the time to be asking that. Right now they needed to get out there and distract that guy before it was too late. "Alright, Minori you-" She stopped when she heard a loud voice ring out. An iron-clad man showed up and saved the students in a blink of an eye. He also challenged the samurai leader head on inorder to serve as a distraction. As if that wasn't shocking enough another iron-wearing man crashing into the school. Everything was getting more and more insane by the minute! The man casually walked over and took Minori, pretty much ordering her leave the school and seek safety.

Before Nix could open her mouth and object he literally flew off with her friend.. How powerless she felt at that precise moment. She had a plan in mind to help Minori distract the samurai and free the others but obviously it wasn't good enough. No matter what she did those two men would've swooped in and solved the issue in the flash.. Making all she did for naught. Even with this new powers of hers Nix still felt useless. She couldn't help anyone.. Minori was already going to rush into battle herself but all she did was hold her back! The confidence she had at Kusuri's house was snuffed out, making her second guess herself. What if she wasn't good enough? What if Minori hated her now because of how little help she was?.. Perhaps those people were right..

"You heard that guy.. Lets get out of here. Everything looks under control now. We'll only get in the way.. Minori is safe and that's all that matters. That man said to go to the wall opposite of the club building." Nix said as she walked into the thrashed classroom to fetch her backpack. Without a word the student marched out of the building and to where Tatsuya instructed. She remained silent the entire time as she left the school. The student needed to go somewhere to clear her head.

Rosealine Miina, the Busty Senior
And, as if taking things on cue, a certain red haired female grabbed hold of Karu's arm, leading him away.
"This way Karu, it's not safe." Rose called, dragging the boy away without much say on his part, and leading him away. She had been laying low, in case someone had went to ambush the group, and as such, she was able to react after the people were taken away, and the hostages saved. She didn't want to lose anyone else to the chaos. Good timing too, seeing as she hadn't studied or prepared for the class that would be held after lunch. Not that people in danger was a good thing, but....if you needed more time to study, couldn't beat an interruption like that, could ya?
