Baking: Rory's entire life revolves around his baking and confection business. He was hatched in his trainer's kitchen and learned to foster a deep love for creating different types of sweets as he grew up. The moment he was human, Rory worked hard and bought his own little bakery in town so he could bake and create sweets for the masses. Being able to run his store and bake all day is the one thing that brings Rory utter joy in his life.
Singing (badly): Rory can't sing to save his life. He has beauty, brains, but sadly no talent. He'll warble with the best of them though and shake his booty to whatever song he's singing to. He likes to tell people that his off key tune making is what helps him make especially delicious sweets. People seem amused by the lie so Rory keeps right on singing. That, and he just loves belting out the chorus to his favorite songs. Maybe he'll learn to be a proper singer one day, but for now, his attention is completely on his baking.
Taste Testing: Not only does Rory enjoy sweets, but he enjoys all kinds of food. He likes to go out on weekends to new restaurants, just to try their food. A lot of the time he heads to his old favorites to simply enjoy something familiar and delicious. Surprisingly, he does this alone. Tasting for him is an experience akin to sex and is something that is very intimate. Only his closest of friends have ever been out with him on one of his tasting extravaganzas. That isn't to say Rory can't just go and eat out normally with his friends. He does so. Frequently.
Secret: Rory collects nail polish. In fact, he hoards it. He turns into a compulsive buyer whenever he's confronted with the tubes of sparkly, colorful goop. Thankfully, the nail polish does get used, and while Rory's closet may be full of shoe boxes overflowing with gloss, he does manage to go through enough for it not to be a problem. His love of nail polish comes from the belief that one shouldn't have to permanently alter themselves to look good. With nail polish, he can change the color of his nails as often as he likes.

Rory is bubbly and cute, generally smiling at anything that walks. He has this magnetic charm about him that can be really endearing to some people and really irritating to others. Rory can be very sharp when he wants to be and sometimes knows exactly what a person wants to hear. This can give him the image of being personable and friendly. However, this ability to dance social circles around a conversation can be a real put off, especially when Rory is in a bad mood. His words can easily carry barbed insults even while he's smiling brightly at you. His cute exterior hides a sharp minded little spitfire. The cleffa refuses to let himself get pushed around by anyone.

Rory doesn't care what anyone thinks about him. He can walk boldly into most situations without flinching and isn't afraid to bare himself to anyone. He holds little regard for conventional methods and does things his own way and in his own time. Rory can't be rushed, pushed, or otherwise concerned into doing something that doesn't want to do. In this way he can be very stubborn, his confidence giving him the ability to ignore what anyone tries to say against him. That doesn't me he's without feelings. Anyone can be hurt with cruel words, even someone who seems to be 100% confident.

Rory is a creature led by his emotions. If he sees something he wants, he buys it. If there's a man he thinks is cute, he'll have no problem walking up to the cutie and chatting him up. Rory's impulsiveness can get him into trouble, especially when he acts before he thinks. More often than not, Rory will end up back tracking to remedy whatever situation he's cornered himself into. While his impulsiveness can be regarded negative, a positive spin can also be placed on it. He's not a completely selfish douche and will occasionally stick his neck out for someone he really cares for. If a loyal friend is in danger, Rory won't hesitate to jump right in and help, especially when knows said friend would do the same for him. This doesn't happen too often as Rory doesn't grow super close to people. He's a choosy of his friends as he is with what color nail polish to use. When he makes a true friend, he believes they should be cherished and protected.(-)Selfish
Rory likes to take care of himself. If he doesn't think a person is worth it, he'd hardly spare the time of day if there's not something in it for him. He refuses to let others take advantage of him and has learned the word "no" very well. Obviously, he does not share well, so don't even think about asking to borrow one of his cute tank tops. For the most part, Rory looks out for his own interests and will be the loudest one in the group when it comes to petty things like which movie should be watched and where to go to eat. This is one of Rory's biggest downfalls and he needs to learn that sharing is caring and that letting someone take the reigns for a while can be a benefit in and of itself.

Overly dramatic, Rory can easily blow a tiny thing out of proportion. He'll whine long and loud over how he lost his favorite color of nail polish to anyone who'll listen, acting like its the end of the world. At least, it is the end of the world until Rory finds something new to pique his interest. This flare for the dramatic also translates into his relationships with other. Fights tend to be bigger and louder than normal ones, as does all the fun he's a part of. Thankfully, Rory can be easily diverted from his pouting and doesn't even hold a grudge for very long. H I S T O R Y On the marble counter of the Sweet Treats Bakery, Rory was lovingly hatched by his trainer, Martha, owner and chef of the bakery. The cleffa didn't have a hard infancy and his days were filled with laughter and baking. Because he was so young and small, the only kind of battles he participated in were playful fights with Martha's other pokemon. Most of Rory's time was spent in the kitchen with the elderly lady while she filled her store with delicious baked goods. He even got to help sometimes, and by helping, he go to lick the bowl clean. It was during this happy time that Rory fell in love with konpeito, adoring the yummy, bite sized stars.
Years later, Rory's life turned dark. Martha had already been elderly when he was born, so it didn't come as too much of a shock when she grew sick. The other pokemon his trainer owned had explained it all to Rory and while he understood that death was part of a human's life, it still came as a blow to him when Martha finally passed away. All the pokemon on Martha's team mourned her loss as well as the closing of the bakery that she loved so much. They were taken in by Martha's son, Paris, so as to not have to be subjected to the Poke Pound. They were all unhappy, especially Rory, to be leaving the safety and familiarity of the bakery.
It was after Martha's funeral that the tentative new home the pokemon had made with Paris was turned upside down. The bakery was left to Paris, but he had no way to run the shop. So, the bakery was to be sold.
It was the night of Marth's son's decision to sell that Rory had the dream. The cleffa's wish to save the bakery was so strong that the Musharna had saw fit to grant it. Rory was resolved to work and keep the bakery he loved so much alive. Rory was startled senseless the next morning when he woke up as a human on the floor of his temporary room at Paris'.
His transformation to a human was miraculous and Rory, along with Paris and all the other pokemon, could barely believe it. Rory clung to his wish though and begged Paris to let him run the bakery, just as Martha had done in her life. After much begging on Rory's part, Paris finally relented, but only on one condition, Rory would have to run it on his own. Paris gave Rory a bit of money as padding until the bakery was up and running again. However, after that, it would be all up to Rory. Rory was determined though and he knew he could keep the bakery afloat.
So, after asking for the help of his pokemon family, Rory took up residence in the bakery once again. He remembered all of Martha's recipes and started baking all of her sweets, slowly starting to experiment on making his own. After he'd successfully made his first cream pie, Rory had never looked back from the baking business.

Concerning Charismatic - Dictionary.com has the following definition:
1. a special personal quality or power of an individual making him capable of influencing or inspiring large numbers of people
2. a quality inherent in a thing which inspires great enthusiasm and devotion
Which I don't see detailed in your description at all. Thus I believe that the word you are looking for is simply 'Charming' or 'Pleasant'.
Obviously, he's not a good sharer <-- Should probably be 'he's not good at sharing'.
Also your Selfish trait is very close to conflicting with your neutral trait, as the positive part of your neutral trait doesn't work well with this. Why would a non-selfless person, a selfish person, save anyone? May just want to tweak the wording a little in both traits to make sure they don't conflict.
The history is okay, but it feels rushed and I feel you could flesh it out more, give more info on the actual dream, more details onto your character's reaction. Right now it feels more like a rushed summary of a story told at a restaurant or something and feels like it's missing something.
Go ahead and take a look at what I mentioned and you'll be well on your way to approval.

I totes agree with the first point. I was actually waffling between just charming or charismatic.
Concerning the point on the conflicting traits, I can see where it could get sort of muddled. However, the point I was trying to make was that while MOST of the time Rory looks out for himself, he isn't a total douche. He will help someone if he's invested in them, like a really good friend, a lover, or his mom or something. So he helps out when it's important but is selfish when it comes to the petty things lol. I think writing this out help me figure out how to word it better. /shotshotshot
AAAAND for the history. From what I was seeing of the accepted people, most of the histories were just overviews. But I'll try to beef it up. 8D

Alight, everything but the history seems fairly solid, so I'm mostly going to focus on that. The first was more of a general crit to kinda gently nudge you in the right direction which worked for the most part so I'm going to get more specific and as a very important question about your history.
Why weren't the Pokemon taken away when the old woman's remains were taken care of?
I mean, someone did come and take the woman out of the bakery to at least be properly buried, correct? If the Pokemon prevented them from doing so, why would anyone permit the Pokemon to remain at the location? In the Pokemon universe I'm sure there are more than enough trainers that could apprehend and/or subdue Pokemon that needed to be moved. I am sure there is a 'pound' for abandoned Pokemon or a way for Pokemon to find new homes. Why were they not taken to this location? Why did the locals permit these Pokemon to be destructive?
These are the biggest problems that I have with the history at this point in time. When I said it felt rushed, I meant that it didn't have enough details to explain everything that occurred properly. I believe if you address the questions above in the history section then this profile will be ready for approval.
