Selene and Danielle are the last two girls to accept the dare at their friend's slumber party. They've been dared to enter the upstairs bathroom on their own, with only a single candle for each of them.
There they shut the bathroom door behind them and gaze into the mirror and do as the others have done. They repeat the name of "Bloody Mary" ten times, turning in circles for each recital. They then wait and nothing seemingly happens.
The girls look at each other and laugh at the ridiculous nature of the game, and leave the bathroom and head back downstairs to their friends. The first to the bottom of the stairs, Danielle shrieks in fright at the sight she sees before her -- all of her friends are laying on the floor, slaughtered!
She turns around at Selene's scream and at the end of the hallway was a ghastly pale figure of a woman, clad in rags and her dirty hair hanging down over her face. Both girls could see that this specter had no eyes in her sockets.
Bloody Mary had indeed been summoned -- the doors and windows all slam shut!
