Minions are an important part of any antagnists arsinal.
They are the horde that stands between the protagonists and well... everything.They work hard just to die usually only a few pages or chapters after their introduction! (maybe the lucky ones live for a book or two).

Lets give them some apriciation!

Make a minion and give a brief discription/character skeleton.
(name, race, job description, employer, stuff like that)

STORY! The People Who Kill Minions
From the perspective of a minion (maybe not the one you made if you do the tektek) write a short story about a day of the minions life including the 'heroes'/people they have been hired/brainwashed/bought to stand against and/or the villian who employs them. As the title says the minion will or will be about to die at the end of the story so even if it's the minions first day of minioning it will certainly be the last.
