These modifications were created by various international weapons companies that focused on Aerial Zoids and Missile Defense.

WF-05 Sky Sparrows
Airborne battles rely on ultra-light, fast and agile missiles. Their yields are lower as it's really more important to hit the target than make a big explosion-most aerials have thin to no armor anyway. The Sky Sparrows give any aerial Zoid a set of eight micro-missiles, coming in at about half a standard missile strength. However, the missiles can track almost anything in the sky, and maneuvering will hardly increase your chances of escaping these little buggers. There are two pods, each with four micro-missiles inside, though they are a one shot deal. The missiles are designed to target aerial Zoids though, and so they can't lock onto any ground based target. They have a standard lock on time. Mounts under the wings of the Raynos and Storm Sworder. The Storm Sworder loses some maneuverability as well as its six Sword Missiles.

WF-06 Phoenix Bomb:
The Cluster Munitions are precursors to the Iron Kong's Improved Cluster Munitions warhead, and work on the same basic principle, except that where the Kong's version is carried on a missile the aerials simply carry a pair of dumb bombs. Once the weapons are dropped, they activate an internal sensor that determines the altitude of the munitions. Upon reaching fifty meters, they explode, sending out a rain of submunitions-- enough to coat a 40 meter area in explosive fury. Anything caught in the field will take damage comparable to a single missile for each Cluster Munition dropped; but it takes that damage across the entirety of its body that is caught in the blast radius. It's worth noting that if a pilot drops the Cluster Munitions at an altitude of less than fifty meters, they will impact the ground harmlessly. So don't do that. The Redler mounts them under the wing. The Pteras mounts them under the cockpit. The WF-06 is incompatable with the Isenbeck Redler and the WF-11

WF-08 Point Defense Cannons:
The Point Defense Cannons, often nicknamed "Missile Massacre" is a simple weapon built for a simple, but highly useful, purpose: anti-missile defense. Each weapon is a simple 5mm continuous laser, based on a special mount that gives it accuracy most weapons can only dream of. More importantly, however, each weapon is computer-controlled. That computer uses data from the Zoid's visual sensors to track incoming explosives... and then shoot them down. Simple as that. There are two of these weapons, one on each side of the face, and each can rotate up to 30 degrees, allowing everything in a 60 degree arc from wherever the Zoid is facing to be covered from incoming missiles. The WF-08 is completely useless against other Zoids. The Point Defense Cannons mount to either side of the face on the Blade Liger, Lightning Saix, Liger Zero, Raynos, Redler, Isenbeck Redler, and the Storm Sworder.

WF-11 Medium Gatling:
Like the Light Gatling Cannons, the Mediums are a simple and straightforward modification: 30mm, with a firing rate of 15 rounds per second apiece. They have no rotation and no special features-- they just spray rounds across the battlefield. Their sole purpose was to add extra Air-to-Ground attack for the Redler and the Zabat. While they can be used for dogfighting, they are rather poor at it. One gatling mounts under each wing and are fixed in place. The WF-11 is incompatable with the Isenbeck Redler model and all GBUs a Zabat carries.
