Powers: Like any Bakeneko, his original form is a cat. As well as transform back into his human form. Since he is a Bakeneko, he can shoot ghostly fireballs from his fingers in human form. In cat form from his mouth and front paws. If while in cat form he leaps over a fresh corpse, the corpse will become a zombie. He can talk as well as, obviously, talk to other animals, regardless of which form he takes. He can float around or levitate (basically fly) while in his original and human form. He can walk on his hind legs if he wishes while in his original form.
Talents: Shokatsu is very good at convincing people to do things. He also is a moderate chef and is extremely smart when it comes to mathematics.
Bio: When he was a kitten, Shokatsu lived with a family who had a sickly child. When the child finally passed away in it's fourth year, Shokatsu was no longer a kitten,  but an adult cat. The parents treated Shokatsu like their child since their past one had passed away. Soon however, his owners thought his tail was growing too long. They had heard about cats growing out their tails too long and turnin into monster cats (bakenekos). His owners decided to try and chop off his tail to prevent him from turning into a Bakeneko. Luckily, he was already a Bakeneko by the time and he managed to escape, leaving bitter memories of his loving owners trying to cut off his tail.
Additional Information: Considering he was originally a cat, he is easily distracted by things flying around at low heights, birds, stringy objects, shiny things, something hanging up that's small.
