Island Five
Is home to a multitude of Fifth Gen Pokemon, more so than the other islands combined. You could say that the other islands broke off from this one as it is the largest and most heavily populated of the five.

It is here where the monochrome tower is located. A massive structure that breaks through the clouds above and descends deep into the earth as well.
They say that long ago two mighty Pokemon were sealed at the top and bottom of the towers and that they would remain sealed for all eternity...unless something wakes them up...
