Arctic was born into a rich and powerful family in Edinburgh Scotland.
At the young age of five his parents pushed him to be a perfect by sending him to multiple proper etiquette schools for young men,and other schools what his parents thought would be in the bests interests for him to go to.
What Arctic really didn't mind sure its was boring as watching grass grow but he never spoke out against his parents when they we're enlisting him into the schools.
But soon after his second year of university Arctic just disappeared one day along with a very large amount of money from his trust fund.
