This is our own little chat room dedicated to anything you want to say about the guild. Good or bad, we want to hear your opinions. So if you want to see something added, changed, or even have an idea for plot or a sub story arc. Post it here and as Captain of the Guild I will personally read over these comments. Mods will pop in from time to time and give their own personal feedback to you to deliver any messages I can't give as well as tell you anything we talked about during our meetings if your idea was discussed. So please keep the ideas flowing.

Suggestion; A Seek Thread
Location; Main Forum
Requirements; A monitor; keep main post updated [ I can volunteer ]
Description; Basically anyone can post seeking e.g. a roommate
for their dorm room, someone to RP as a sibling, etc. The Mod in
charge of monitoring this thread will use the very first post updated
with who is seeking what. An example would be;
[ Rose is Seeking; A Male Roommate. Must be Cute ]
- Leave note of interest below. Rose will contact you.
[ Daffodil is Seeking; An Archenemy. ]
- Contact Daffodil via PM with credentials/ideas.
This is so people can just look at the very first post and not have to
negotiate through other previous posts. The information can then be
removed once that person has found what they were looking for.

Suggestion; News Thread
Location; each sub-forum e.g. Campus Town, Academy, The World
Description; News on any events that the particular area would
be 'buzzing' about. E.g. Victor's fight with kidnappers in the
Campus Town area.
Rather than make a new post for each new event, it would just be the
first post that is continuously updated by people who have read over
all the recent posts so RPers don't miss out on important events that
are overlooked by the guild plot.

I have an idea for a plot/activity.
High schools usually have dances so why not have a...a Welcome Back dance? Have it in the campus town where its easily accessed by demons so they can attack. That way all characters can be involved.
And if you go with school dances, there can be bunches more. So there's always a way to incorporate an event.
It also kinda beats just throwing demon attacks around....^^' It can also be bi-monthly or so. Like, every three or four months is a dance. With the dance can come a demon attack/confrontation etc. And it can be expanded out from there...like a school fair too.

I second that [hon's idea]. Also...I was wondering why the demons are all helter skelter? I think they need more organization to be functional. All the demons are on Satan's side and none of them are set to do something? It's like a group with no goals. It becomes dysfunctional and chaotic. Why not have them in some sort of group. Not like organization thirteen or anything like that but usually that's how things are run. The exorcists have their reason for existing and working for one purpose, why not the demons?

Thank you for your suggestions, I plan on thinking these over and using them at some point of time in the guild. For a few of the suggestions here I will be talking them over with my staff to see how they feel about it over all. But again thank you. I hope you enjoy the guild.

I have someone I think should be invited named heru_ryukai. She's literate and a consistent role player. I've role played with her for about a year in various settings and...she's very good.
So...yeah. I suggest a thread to list names of people to invite.

Ok. I’m going to suggest a very unpopular opinion.
But hear me out I suppose.

I’M READY NAO.
Currently, despite promise of “limitations” or “cons” to being a half-breed of human and demon- there are none. There is in fact no reason to create a human character at all with the way things are currently set up. Demons are not only physically stronger but additionally create a better “caster”-type by having a vastly superior pool of qi to work with. And honestly- I want to know why we are doing this. It makes no sense at all. It creates an exploitable loop hole for someone to be able to create a character that essentially excels at well.. everything: battle wise. It would be very possible to create a character that can do both close combat and ranged mage type combat easily because they will likely have nearly double the qi pool {compared to a comparable human of similar class-types} to work with. Why?
Because “supernatural beings are superior in every way?” Right. That makes a hell of a lot of sense.
Don't even bring up qi usage- as for an apparition their "spells" are usually about half or less per spell than the comparable Aria fatal verse. Despite having double the qi pool in most occasions and not potentially being limited by x amount of posts for said "spell" to finish.
A non bullshit answer or even another look into this would make me feel better.
Second, Koga, while this isn’t the biggest deal in the world I have to ask this again. Now that demon weapon information has been released your previous answer to my questions about Secondary knight’s qi being lower make no sense at all. As it is in the current system a secondary knight can not use a demon weapon. So, it no longer makes sense why the qi disparity exists. If demonic weapons are considered to be so strong perhaps Knights- primary and secondary should have their qi leveled to a flat 300.

This wasn't ever about making things "easier" for me. Because I'm going to be completely honest- There is a lot of bullshit I heavily disagree with in this guild. But, these are the ones I thought you'd possibly agree to taking a look into.
This was about seeing some flaws in the system, and it is easy to see the benefits for certain characters. There was never any real explanation to why things are they way they currently are. Other than troll-talk about supernatural-beings being well, superior. And "LOL GO FIND A CREATIVE STRATEGY TO DEAL WITH IT".
/shrug
EDIT: While your, potentially, taking more of stats based approach, it would seem, to this issue. I'd like to point out the only other examples outside of RP is video games. No video game that has separated races/types to choose from that also grants bonuses to being x race or type has ever lumped both physical prowess and magical aptitude into a single "race". Typically when stats are awarded a certain race is either physically strong or weaker with greater magical aptitude. But currently that isn't the case at all here.
Currently due to lack of measure of magical prowess- I use qi to measure it. As, more spells one can use grants them the upper hand in a magic based fight. Yet, demons have an undeniably superior qi pool and also have greater strength than a human. This is the heart of the matter.
And perhaps a better explanation than my first attempt where I honestly expected to get flamed for this idea. (edit 9:54)

I am not going to discuss this issue any further, I don't require anymore reasoning behind your concerns for the guild and what you don't like about it and how things appear to be structured to you as bullshit. I am working on it and will deal with it in a timely fashion. Thank you for your comments and concerns. This weekend you will hear more about what's going to happen about this and the changes that will take place for your character.
