i havent been sleeping very well lately. i think iam remembering fragments of my past in my Dreams.... and i doubt its Things i would like to remember.
the Dreams are always the same; they start out all happy in a beautiful landscape with green meadows and blooming flowers and all that Stuff, and theres always this Boy in the Distance... I cant see his Face but hes smaller than me, still a Child. He makes my Stomach feel all warm and fuzzy. Then i run over to him because i want to hug and play with him ...but as iam running the whole Scene changes... suddenly there is blood everywhere, i trip on something and fall on the ground and when i look back i always see all those dead Satyrs staring at me from their blank lifeless Eyes... and those still alive trying to reach out for me crying for help. The Boy is gone, iam trying find him but hes not among all those Satyrs...

i started to hunt, my prey were mostly rabits and anything else of that size, i even got a deer once! but that was pure luck and the deer wasnt as good as all the smaller animals i ate, so it was the first and last time i had one of those.
besides that they are too fast and swift to hunt effectively.

i've seen them! humans! and they were only a few days by foot from the village!
for a moment i had the urge to flee and tell cardea about them but my curiousity was stronger.
it was a little village with maybe about 100 maximum of them living there. the forest around them looked horrible, they chopped all the trees in the area down to make place for their fields, it was disgusting.
not even the animals of the forest dared to go anywhere near the human village.

it was early in the morning when i had my first encounter with one of the humans.
the sun was just making its way over the hills in the east.
i had been lurking around the village for about a week now and knew the humans wouldnt get up yet, i had one, maybe two hours to get closer.
i wanted to know what was on those fields that was so important to them that they killed such a large amount of the forest for it.
to be honest i dont know what it was on those fields but it tasted horrible. it was some sort of plant with rather large green leaves and 'fruits' of brown colour and about the size of my fist.
i have to admit i let my guard down when i was trying the fruits, i didnt notice the little girl until she was right behind me.
as i turned around she was staring at me with wide eyes, she was scared but didnt run away. i got up quickly, that girl was only half my size, she made a few steps back when i moved. i knew she could start screaming any minute and that would make all of the other humans of the village come after me. i quickly kneeled down again as an attempt to not appear so big to her, i gave her the friendliest smile i had at that moment. she hesitated, but gaining her trust like this was easier than killing one of those little rabbits in the forest, it was ridiculous. she smiled back at me and came closer, she offered me a daisy she had had in her hand all the time. i dont know what struck me at that moment but before i could realize it, my hands wrapped themself around the little girls neck and started pressing. something in me tried to stop but most of it just kept pressing harder and harder. the girls eyes grew bigger and bigger, she tried to scream but she just didnt have the breath for it anymore, her little hands tried to defend, tried to get rid of the deadly embrace, she was too weak. i could see the life fading in her scared eyes... soon her defence dropped and she didnt move anmore, i let go of her and her body dropped to the ground like a stone. i watched her, she didnt move anymore, for a second i felt sorry for her meeting the wrong person at the wrong time but that feeling soon made place for a pleasure i could have never imagined, i felt so wonderfully satisfied like i never did before. i softly stroke over her cheek, she already felt colder now and the soft pink started to fade from her face, slowly being replaced by a soft blue tone.

again.. i was too fascinitated to pay attention to my surroundings, before i realized, the other humans were behind me, yelling at my direction, they didnt see the dead girl yet, i had to get out of there quickly, i got up and ran. suddenly a loud sound echoed around me, like a thunder in a storm just way, way louder and i felt something flying past me only inches away from my head, i was startled by the speed the small object had, was it a stone? if it was a stone how could the humans throw it so fast? i started to panic and just ran as fast as i could. but then i tripped and a pain worse than anything i couldve think of struck my leg, still i couldnt stop running and made my way through the forest, half crawling, half running until i couldnt hear the yelling of the humans and their weird thunders anymore.

i stopped at a small stream to have a look a my leg, it was bleeding heavily, i mustve lost a lot of blood already. i took some water from the stream to clean the wound abit, as i examined it, it seemed as if something was stuck in the wound, it wasnt very deep so i took all my bravery and grabbed into the wound to pull it out, whatever that was in my leg, doing this hurted more than getting hit by the object.
when i finally got the object out of my leg i felt like fainting, but i couldnt afford that comfort since the humans could still be close.
i held the object in my hand and it clearly wasnt a stone, it was more like metal, like my blade...
after i treated my wound a bit and was sure it was clean and wouldnt bleed anymore i got up and made my way back to the village.
getting hurt by those filthy humans awakened anger in me, sure i killed one of their kind but they killed hundreds of mine. they were to close to the village, i couldnt let them find us and do something like this to my brothers and sisters... or anything worse. i will consult Cardea about this, i would convience her to either help get rid of this scum or to take all the children and move away as far as possible.

either way... i will return and have my revenge on them...
