main thing I noticed in the drawing of the three friends, is a very common mistake. Simply put, your hands are backwards, it looks like the persons left hand is reaching out when it should be their right (thumb on the inside, pinky 'closest' to the viewer)
Everything from the waist up looks quite good, but the heads are a bit disproportionate, they could stand to be a bit smaller, and the legs can be a bit thicker/fuller and longer, but this of course depends on the style you're going for

For the person standing alone same thing, body is in proportion nicely! Nipples could stand to be a bit higher and the left shoulder (the one holding the weapon) is stuck out a bit too far. Legs are a bit on the thick and short side, which is fine if you're going for a more 'cartoony' look. The head and neck are too large.
Excellent job! Keep at it

Been meaning to fix the hands, but I havent yet. (Darn my laziness with hands! lol)
It definatley doesnt help when I'm right handed and can only use my left as a drawing reference, have to try and flip it, and as you can tell, doesnt work out very well.
Im trying to learn realism, getting sizes right is hard.. and I though the one's face stuck out to much
xd Thinks it been slimmed.. a smidge ^^;
oh, you say that much know, but wait till you see my ugly faces (My scanner makes them worse ^^')
Actually its not a weapon, its a garden hose
xd And its my first real time drawing a bare chested male, and doinng the arm in a way like this.
Sounds like I didnt do to terribly bad for being my firsts if I just have to adjust those small things!
Thanks ^^
