It's simple self-restraint. It'll be easier later when you have bills, because you know you 'need' to pay them, but before that it's a little tougher since you don't have any financial obligations.
So you have 3 options:
1. Don't carry your debt card/checkbook/etc.
2. Turn it into a savings account so you'll get penalty fees for withdrawing.
3. Open a savings account and have an allotment sent to that account, where a) you'll still have money to spend, but are also saving, b) you'll still be penalized for withdrawing so often, that should discourage you from doing so and c) it'll teach you how to manage your money, responsibly.
Three is the best option by far. Also, since you don't have bills, I'd suggest allotting a majority of your pay checks to your savings. It'll be harder to save and 'live' once you're out on your own.

Congrats on becoming the new guild leader! Legendary will be missed, but I hope you bring good things to the guild.
