Personality Traits:Quiet and wisp like, she tends to avoid contact with others, and particularly confrontation. When she does interact it is short and quiet, using proper language and a deep vocabulary to get the point across as quickly and efficiently as possible.
She is rather opinionated though, and due to the fact that she spends most of her time observing others, she has developed a rather matter-of-fact view on people and their own mixing of personality traits. However she rarely takes a look at herself and may find it surprising if someone points out anything negative.
Occupation:Kite maker. Most of her creations are for fun and decoration purposes. Though a few of them are large and sturdy enough to be used as personal gliders, so she gets a wide array of customers.
Hobbies:She values alone time and spends it either drawing up new designs for kites, making said kites, tending/singing to her rooftop garden of foreign plants, or napping.

Family:Her father is from Rosh while her mother is originally from Taia. Upon meeting each other and deciding to start a family, the couple moved to Neim, knowing it's residents didn't favor trouble and tended to opt for a more tranquil life style. Though, their natures being different from the natives of Neim by default they found themselves looked to when conflicts arouse.
Considering their daughter is such a polar opposite to them (quite the natural Neim) they often disagree and argue. In general they are on good, family terms, but Safiya quickly decided to live by herself, mainly so she doesn't have to be constantly hounded on her lifestyle choices. Her father is a mechanic that works aboard a rich nobleman's personal air ship. Her mother takes care of a large flock of bird like creatures native to Neim that are used as messengers to other countries.
She has one younger brother who takes after their mother; i.e. wild and rambunctious.
History: Besides the normal family drama that everyone has at some point in their lives, Safiyah's history is rather quiet and plain. On the outside she is simply a reclusive girl that hides in her house doing her projects. However, on the inside she's an avid day-dreamer that is far more outgoing and active, embarking on all sorts of fantastical adventures.
Perhaps her whimsical flying kites are an unintentional projection of this inner self.
(I realize this part is probably expected to be the longest, but I've become so jaded with deep, tragic pasts that I would like to keep her simple and normal until her encounter with the seed~ )
