The days were getting colder and colder and Steal loved it. Looking up to a sky that had not a cloud in it, he absorbed the sun's rays like a plant. The cold was there to make sure he didn't get over heated doing this, it seemed. Everything about today was just so serene and quiet. Steal had to admit, he loved days like this sometimes. Days where he could just think and sleep lazily and not feel guilty over it. He'd eaten a big meal yesterday and was still pretty full off of it. So today was all about lounging and digesting.
Or so he thought. His ears swiveled as he heard some noises coming through the tall grasses where he laid in a field. Getting to his paws, the male left his rock and headed that direction, curious of what it could be. When he poked his nose in the grass, he got it bitten by a crow!
"Argh, stupid crow!: He said, batting at it and watching it fly off. "Scared me, stupid bird!"
