Using the Character Analysis Subforum:
The main idea of this subforum is to have a place to focus on characters. Characters from roleplays in or outside the guild, from stories you've written, from stories you plan to write, or just characters you've created/want to create that you don't yet have a use for. You can create a portfolio, a place to store all your character profiles, in this subforum, get help on characters or help others, and analyze characters/practice different character-creation methods in frequent workshops that we'll have. This is not a place to roleplay or to criticize others; it's a way to delve deeper into writing.
Each Person May:

• Have 1 thread to use as a character portfolio where no one else may post.
• Make as many discussion threads as they want about their characters or characters in general. This is not your portfolio.
• Join in workshops (unless specified to certain kinds of characters or other arrangements, etc.). Understand that some workshops will have time frames, so you may have to wait till the next one. Some workshops will be permanent, others will be for a limited time only.
• Help others or give pointers if needed. Our goal is to better our characters and learn more about how to do so.

Formatting:
The formatting may seem confusing, and starting it is somewhat time-consuming. Refer to Examples Character Portfolio to see what I'm talking about below.
Title • (Username)'s Character Portfolio
First Post • Say whatever you like, have a little opening, but below it, include the directory. This will have the page numbers linked to specific character profiles. You will only have this single post on the first page. Then, make 14 more deletable posts (number them so you can keep track) and remove them so that your next post will be, voila! on page 2.
Character Pages • Starting on page 2, you will post your character profiles. You should only have one post for each character. Do not post these on page 1. The header to each character's posts should look like this:
