It was the day after she had met Rajih at Makai and she was slowly, casually, with as little rush as she could manage, searching Clarus Arbor. For some reason the thought of there being another wolf mononoke so close to hear had inflamed her curiosity and had sent her out, against her daily routine, to search. So far she had made it about halfway through the small town and had not even found a hint as to where this individual may be, but she continued to search. After all, she trusted Rajih to not lie to her about something such as this, especially since there would be absolutely no point in doing so.
As she walked she smiled at a few of the locals she passed, offering them cheerful greetings and friendly waves as she moved past. Many were milling about in the streets today since the sky was clear as a polished, turquoise gem and the sun was high and warm, yet not hot. It was a day of happiness, of exuberance and fresh air, as well as noise and the echoes of the laughter of children. Oddly being about didn't fill her with anxiety as it normally did. Instead she felt rather at peace and a little happy, despite her continued failure in finding this dark-colored mononoke.
Finally she saw something that caught her attention, causing her ears to perk and her feet to pause mid-stride, resulting in her stumbling a little. She saw feathers fluttering in the wind and circles, each filled with a spiderweb of intricately woven string or cord. Growing excited she quickly moved towards the shop, biting her lip as she peered at some of the dream-catchers on display outside; however, where was their creator? Swallowing thickly, nervously, she hesitantly moved into the store, opening the door slowly and closing it gently behind her, not wanting to disturb anyone.
Kiarei's leather sandals barely made a sound as she slowly wandered through the small shop, worrying her bottom lip. It was difficult for her to contain her excitement; this had to be the person that Rajih had been talking about, or at least the shop. How could it be any one else, after all? It would be far too much of a coincidence for there to be more than one Dreamcatcher shop in a tiny place such a Clarus Arbor. Thus, swallowing thickly, she opted to call out, to see if anyone was in a back room or anything.
"Hello?"she called, certain her voice was shaky and soft. "Is anyone here?"

It had been an uneventful day for the Black wolf. First it had been a nap curled under the chairs in the workshop, there had been no customers at all for the day. Then at the mysterious sound of someone entering the back room, it had followed the sound to investigate. Realizing it was a familiar scent, it relaxed as it entered the back room where all the supplies were kept. Satisfied that there was no intruder, the wolf headed back to the front room just in time to meet the white Mononoke wolf. Giving a surprised yelp, it started to growl at her, blue eyes watching the girl intently.
Graveyard watched in amusement as her familiar woke from its nap and followed her to the back room, always alert for a intruder. "Hello my little friend." She waved at him as she stacked her newly bought supplies for her shop. Part of her wondered how it was, even in dead sleep, the wolf would wake up at the slightest of sounds. She continued to stalk the shelves as her familiar walked away and towards the front of the shop. Humming a little to herself, she pondered if she should make more dream catchers today or just idly sit in her shop. Or perhaps she could go to her back garden and gather herbs specially grown for her medical potions. The day wasn't bad outside, sunny but not hot enough to dampen the mood to go out and enjoy it.
Since moving away from her tribe, her shop had left any room for enjoyable times, though dream catchers weren't popular, the ones bought were paid at a good price. She kept the shop opening by showing both a fair head for the business and yet still enough of a kind heart to pass along gifts to her customers. She had more reoccurring customers then she did new ones after all.
She settled on doing a little of both as she finished stacking the supplies and then meticulously opening each box to gather what she needed. I could probably weave three dream-catchers in a couple of hours or so...She thought to herself as she managed her time table in her head. Though she came off as a flighty character, she was a Mononoke and a young business woman for a reason. What she lacked in outward appearance, she made up in a quick mind and wisdom matched to that of what her people called the most honorable master of the tribe.."Wisewoman."
Supplies in hand, her ears perked at the sound of her shops door opening and the small light footsteps of a potential customer. What followed that was the usual growl of her familiar Savage which had her sighing. How was it the wolf growled at every being it came in contact with? With her arms full she headed to the front room and looked to where her familiar was. Her arm's jolted as she looked at the young white wolf before looking at her with deep lavender eyes.
"Hello U-lv.(sister)" She set the supplies down on her work table before coming to pet the familiar on the head. Savage instantly rested from his growling and returned to a area where he could watch the other girl. Once she saw to her familiar, she looked to the smaller girl before smiling softly at her. "I have heard rumors of the Yin to my Yang in this village." She came closer to other girl, "You are very beautiful, what brings you to my shop today?"

To say that the low growl of what could only be a wolf alarmed her a little was an understatement. She gasped, her footsteps faltering and her hands lifting to clasp against her upper chest. Crimson eyes widened as her ears flattened in clear distress as she looked around for the source, her eyes finally falling upon it after only a few moments of searching. She relaxed a little when she could see the dark creature, but not much; the Witch Eater attack had left her a little on-edge.
However her attention was slowly drawn by a figure in the back, the first thing about her that caught her gaze being her eyes. They were a brilliant shade of purple, vibrant in contrast to the colors of her shop and her clothing. Then, slowly, it registered in her mind that this girl-- No, woman-- Had ears... And a tail. A black-furred mononoke and, if her eyes didn't deceive her, she was a wolf as well. Perhaps her search through Clarus Arbor had not been in vain after all?
Kiarei blinked at the strange word, tilting her head a little at it and managing a soft greeting in return. She watched as the wolf seemed to calm at the woman's touch, relaxing and moving to another spot. Swallowing she looked back up to what she assumed was the shop keeper, biting her lip and taking a hesitant step forward.
"The yin to your yang..." Kia breathed before offering a small, hesitant smile in return, bowing her head a little; she wasn't sure why but it felt like the thing to do. "S-so you... You are a wolf as well."
Mentally she reprimanded herself for sounding so silly; of course the other girl was a wolf as well, she had already deduced that before. However, for some reason, she felt very small and very young around the shop keeper, causing her to shift nervously as she approached. At the question she averted her eyes, biting her lip for a long moment as she mulled over what to say before finally speaking.
"I... I'm sorry to disturb you... It's just..." she trailed off before mentally shaking herself, forcing her gaze back to the other wolf mononoke. "An Academy student told me about you and... Well... I suppose I was a little curious is all..."

Graveyard's ear twitched at the poor girl. Savage had affected her more then Gravy had though and instantly she reprimanded the wolf, glaring at him with purple eyes before meeting the red ones of her sister wolf. She gave another soft...but hesitant smile.
"Yes the Yin to my Yang haha. The white to my black, the moon to my sun?" Graveyard waved her hand, "I could go on all day but...I never expected to quite meet you yet? I have always heard of the timid wolf but I was nervous to approach you myself." She walked over to Kia, looking down at her. A quick grin spread before nodding. "A Wa-Ya(wolf) I am indeed. A predator of the wild as you yourself are." Her tail wagged behind her a little, a show of excitement underneath Gravy's calm and serene demeanor.
"Come my Wa-Ya U-Lv(wolf sister). Do not be nervous, I promise not to bite...hard. Only playfully." Graveyard held her hand out for the other girl before pulling her to her workroom. She sniffed at the mess before looking over her shoulder at the smaller girl, "Sorry that it is such a mess in here. I have been far to caught up in my work to prepare for guest. If you don't mind me clearing some things..." Gravy smiled as she gathered feathers, straps of leathers and other odds and ends for her dream-catcher creations and put them aside, clearing a spot for the white wolf to sit.
"Would you like anything to eat or drink? Though it is early in the day so I am not sure if you are hungry?" She patted her cheek before grinning, "It's rare for me to have company that I don't really expect. Being a Dream seer doesn't help making friends when I know all I can about them already." she gave a low chuckle before cocking her head, "An Academy student you say? I have many of them that come through, It's too bad I can't smell them on you, otherwise I would like to thank the person for leading you to me." Graveyard pulled up a chair before running a hand through her hair. "My name is Graveyard, born of the nomadic dream seer tribe. I am the one and only Mononoke of the black wolf kind from what I hear, and a Ars Lilium that specializes in divination and healing. What is your name?"

Kiarei blinked at the dark-colored mononoke as she spoke, smiling a bit hesitantly at the way that she was being described. She, of course, had been excited to find another wolf mononoke but she hadn't really expected for her to want to meet her as well. After all she was just a simple healer that dabbled in herbalism occasionally and nothing all that extraordinary or interesting.
"I-I... Why? I-I'm not really... Anyone all that interesting..." she breathed, her tail flicking behind her nervously. "I... O-okay.."
She began before gasping and letting out a small, startled bought of laughter as Graveyard pulled her into her workroom. Kiarei peered about the room curiously, taking in all the tools and inhaling the strange smells with suppressed delight. It had been so long since she had met anyone new, since she had experienced something different and unknown. It was... Quite nice, really, to be so accepted by someone she had simply come to on a whim.
"I... Oh! It's no problem at all, really... I apologize if I am imposing." she murmured, bowing her head a little and flushing; she wasn't used to such eager hospitality. "I... Oh, no thank you... I'm fine."
Hesitantly, her bottom lip caught between her teeth, she took a seat, smiling a little at the other mononoke, the look growing less hesitant every time it appeared on her features. It felt rather nice, really, to encounter someone that seemed similar to her... Albeit one that seemed far wiser than she could hope to be. She smiled yet again, feeling less and less awkward with every word exchanged between them, with every gesture. Perhaps it was simply the air that the woman gave off but she felt very at ease in her presence.
"Oh... His name was Rajih." she bit her lip before smiling, bowing her head a little in respect. "I am Kiarei... I'm just a simple herbalist and a healer as well. Though since you were part of a nomadic tribe I am sure you know more of healing than I do."

Gravy was more thrilled at the thought of meeting a new person then to notice that her new friend was more on the skittish and shy side. Sure she had heard that the whited wolf was more of the timid type but....Gravy just never had a problem with getting people to open up, whether they wanted to or not.
"Of course your interesting my dear! Everyone has their own stories to tell and their own way of seeing things. It's meeting people that we find so many things that are interesting." Gravy nodded her head at Kia before his own tail wagged, mimicking the white wolf's. "Come Come, tell me about yourself. How old are you? Did you go to the academy?" she shot off, rapid questions one after another.
"Your not imposing my dear!" Gravy waved her hand, looking around at the ground and the littered supplies. No, she was not accustomed to guest after all. Not many bothered to stay in her shop for long after all, and even less remembered her name. It wasn't that Gravy felt lonely but....she did. She didn't have many friends after all.
"Ah Rajih! The one of darkness and the sea. He had a odd scent about him." Gravy nodded, she faintly remembered the teal haired witch boy but....beyond that, it was totally lost. She didn't even remember why the boy had come to visit in the first place. "Kiarei?" Graveyard said the name slowly, testing it out before the same soft smile came upon her face. "It depends, Healing is not my main magics and where they lie though. Where you seem to think you are little in something, instead you could very talented." she grinned, "One day, you should help me bless the dream catchers in my hop with herbs and healing spells. They do help people."

Kiarei found herself blushing and smiling, bowing her head and lowering her eyes a little in pleasure from the other Mononoke's comment. Graveyard had a way of making her feel good about herself that caused her confidence to grow just a little bit, something that hadn't happened in a while. Normally she was incredibly quiet and timid but she felt very at ease with the Ars Lillium, as if she could tell her anything and she wouldn't be judged for it. It was... Very refreshing, honestly.
"I... Well... I'm 19. I haven't been out of the Academy long but... Yes. I did go there... It seems so long ago." she mused, her tail continuing to swish back and forth in excitement. "When I graduated I started an herb garden near here. I work as a healer and an herbalist now."
What was it that was making her blab about herself when she had originally come here to find out more about this mysterious woman? Perhaps it was because they seemed similar in many ways despite their differences and that she was just so welcoming. Or perhaps it was simply because she rarely left her home in Clarus Arbor and thus rarely got a chance to talk to anyone that didn't stumble into her home.
At the mention she gave a quick nod, worrying her bottom lip even as she smiled at the way that Graveyard described the boy that she had met, the one that had given that gentle, verbal nudge in the other Mononoke's direction. As the Ars Lillium continued on Kiarei felt herself smiling again, wondering if it was Graveyard herself or perhaps something in the air that was making her feel so happy. Perhaps it was a combination of both considering that it was a dream catcher shop; she did believe in the mental, emotional, and physical healing abilities of herbs, whether through incense, teas, or simple spices.
"I... Yes, I'd love to!" Kiarei cried only to clamp her hands over her mouth, startled by her own exclamation, heat rising in her cheeks. "S-sorry. I just... I'm excited I suppose."
