It was a sunny day and the air smelled of the rain that had come and gone overnight. The trees and the grass has collected dew and it was a wonderful enviroment. She was outside of the home she and Pavi had chosen letting the sun wash over her feeling warm to the core. She was smiling every now and then checking her belly and prodding it wondering what would come from all this. She hoped her brother would settle down and raise a family but she still could not picture him a father without laughing. He was very protective and strict foals needed someone playful and willing to have fun. She clused her eyes and embraced the sun once more.

The white stallion sighed deeply as he walked through the woods with a large stallion following closely behind him. He didn’t know he had all this family out there until he met Gabriel. He showed him things and taught him things he never thought he would know and from that moment on, he was going to be in the lives of his family. He wanted to know what else was out there and who was out there. His eyes were open now.
Letting out a sigh, he stopped his moments when he turned around to see Gabriel looking into the distance at something. He knew the stallion was a tracker so maybe it was something that was going to harm them, but he doubted that.
“What is it?”
He asked lightly as he joined his cousin’s side.
“Your sister..”
The large stallion growled out lowly in his throat before making his way towards the female. He didn’t hate her nor did he want to harm her. He knew everyone was different, but also there were right and wrong choices. As he neared her, he could tell she made a wrong choice. He flicked his tail to the side and let out a low hiss as he eyed the mare.
“Adalyn..”
He murmured out as he stepped aside revealing Hania Shen beside him.

She was not expecting a vist from her brother nor from the strange he broughr with him. She herd someone say her name but it was a voice she had never heard before. As she opened her eyes she saw aa stallion towering over her before he stepped aside and she saw her brother. Who was this stranger?? Why had her brother found her and broguth this strange with him? Was he a friend..? He looked odd though she would admit almost like her family..her long lost family..there could be no possibly way that this was a relative..could there? She looked up at the two stallions now towering over her and she frowmed wishing she had her mask with her but it was inside the cave. She sighed and sloowly rose to great them walking forward and touching her face to his. She then eyed the strange with wary eyes not sure what his intent might be and why they were even here in the first place. She hoped this was not some lesson he was trying to tach her. SHe could make her own choies and she had haddent she? She could see that the bigger one was glaring at her in a way but she would not back down or let that scare her. She smiply snorted at him and resumed doing what she had been soaking up the sun and anjoying every minute of this day.

Hania sighed at Gabriel before moving closer to his sister. He knew she would be confused at the larger stallion that came with him, but he felt it was time she knew as well that they had family out there. Whether she accepted it or not was her choice.
“Sister..you..”
He examined her closely seeing her belly was a bit on the big side making him shake his head some. He couldn’t believe she was pregnant already. He knew the day would come, but he didn’t think it would be so soon.
“Your pregnant?”
He asked tilting his head and eyeing her through his black mask. He would never abandon her, not now. She needed family more then ever at the moment. He knew this.
“Oh and sister...this is Gabriel. He is our cousin.”
He told her in a calm tone.
Gabriel looked down at the small mare seeing her full belly making his eyes narrow slightly before he looked away at the forest. His nearly white eyes beamed out through his mask with anger inside him. Anger for his cousin and being reckless, but he wouldn’t let her know it unless she did something else that was...stupid.
He stepped a little closer to her and shook his head lowering his body slightly so that he wasn’t towering over her too much.
“Are you sure you can handle the responsibility of being a mother, young mare? Are you ready to bring life into the world?”
He asked her in a deep, but soft tone of voice. Even though he looked rather menacing he was trying his hardest not to be angry today. After all it was his first meeting with his cousin.

She nodded at her brother her eyes once again closed. She knew he would never approve of this all the more becauce Pavi was only a fling but she loved him and she always would. She sighed and smiled to herself but was suddenly jerked out of her thoughts "Wht did you say this stallion is..? I do not beleive such claims..Our faimly is gone i see them as spirits.." she frowns at him her eyes searching him for anything that might say this is a joke. She looked at the other stallion and snorted "Gabe is it..? No matter how much you might look like us i refuce to beleive were realted" she stares at him her eyes unblinking for a moment. She snorted at him again "Of course i know what i am doing..Or else i would not do it" she frowns at him "I have always wanted a family to reply on besides my brother.." She hoped she was not comming on rude but this stallion had the nerve to ask her questions like this.

Hania Shen let out a small sigh from her words since he himself thought the same thing until he realized what he was seeing was a lie. There was no way Gabriel was a spirit when he could nudge the bigger stallion and not go through him. He just needed his sister to believe this now.
“Sister…I once believed that too, but he is our cousin. He is not dead and he tells me that we have an aunt that is alive as well. I haven’t been able to meet her yet, but I do believe his words. For once I feel like we are not alone with this sister, but the gift me and you share….we are the only ones in the family that have that ability. He has assured me that it won’t be passed down to our children either. We were the ones blessed with it and will be the only ones.”
He nodded to her and at first he didn’t believe it either. He was like her. He didn’t believe a word, but after he stuck around him some he realized how much Gabriel knew and how much he didn’t know.
Gabriel let a soft growl exit through his muzzle from the mare’s words. Just because she was pregnant and his cousin didn’t mean it would stop him from hurting her. He had the anger of a rhino when threatened and the strength of a grizzly bear. She wasn’t anything special.
“Believe what you want, young mare, but I am your cousin. If you want to think that your family is dead or gone then keep believing it if it makes you feel better. I honestly could care less. It’s your choice anyway if you want to be part of ‘your’ family and your twin brother has made that choice.”
He shrugged and was being honest. Justice was the same way even though she wasn’t directly in the bloodline she was doing what she wanted. He knew Faith wouldn’t care since every action was followed by a consequence.
“No new mother knows what they are doing with their first batch of kids. It’s a learning process and I highly doubt you know everything when it comes to parenthood. Unless you have been living alongside a mare who has given birth before.”
He looked away from her and let out a small yawn.
“Relying on your brother isn’t always a bad thing. He is your twin and the only true family member that you believe relates directly to you. I bet he would give his life to protect you as would I. I pretty much was born to give my life for the both of you since your ability is so special.”
He told her and shook his head.
“Sometimes you need to depend on others instead of trying to be so independent.”

She snorted once more but could teel her brother was telling the truth and she had a feeling in her gut that the spirirts would tell her this was the truth. She did not want to beleive this stallion was related to her she had been alone with her brother for as long as she could remember and now all of a sudden he pops up?? Where was he when they could of used a helping hand?? "The kids will not see the spirits..I am glad but somewhat saddened by that news..they have helped me in times of need.." she turns her head back to the other stallion and stares ar him. "Where were you when we need you? If you claim to be family why have you decided to show up now of all times?" her eyes are cold and locked on him "Family or not we stick by each otjhers sides..I did not agree with my brothers choices but i have come to accpect them..where were you during all this?" her words are meant to be harsh she wants to strike a blow to him and his nature. "I have never givemn birth but i have survied a skinwalker attack..is that not enough experiance for you??I have leanred many things on my own and have come to accpect my own reality" she glares at him "It would of been nice to know you then..Who knows when i might need someone else to lean on..:" she is half muttering now her voice mostly to herself shaking her mane out "Depend on others? Ive never had the need to..I trust my brother but you must prove this is the truth..if you really are related to me..show me a sign" she startes at him waiting for something to happen.

Hania looked to his sister and knew that she was having a hard time believing that they had more family out there then just the two of them. He didn't believe it at first, but Gabriel did show resemblances of himself and Adalyn. He just wanted her to know they weren't the only ones out there now. It felt better knowing they had others to rely on.
"I was saddened by the news as well sister, but when you think about it...it makes me and you even more special. I think we should use what we have to enlighten others and maybe have them learn about it."
He was more the type to teach others about what he saw and what others couldn't see. He wouldn't just keep it to himself since there was no need to do that now.
"Sister...he was looking for us all this time...I don't think we were that easy to find and where he says the rest of our family lives....that is a long journey."
He said to Adalyn in a light tone of voice. It was the truth, but he knew Gabriel would speak for himself.
"As your brother has stated...it's not a walk in the park to get here. Where your family resides is far and deep in the forest. It's not close and it's not an easy passage. The forest gets darker and it's hard to see enemies at certain points of the day. I have showed up because it took me a long while to find you and I am happy to have found you now of all times even though...I am a little late. So just because I am late on finding the both of you means I don't accept him for what he is? No I accept him for what he is and you for what you are. I'm not saying I agree with what the both of you chose and more then that I'm not really sure how the others will take it, but your family. I'm not speaking for everyone in the family since I know a few will be displeased, but don't assume young mare."
He snorted at her feeling his tail flick behind him a little uncontrollably.
"Surviving an attack is very different from having children. I'm not entirely sure your mature enough to embark on that motherhood part of your life. You can't be if your comparing birth and motherhood to a skinwalker attack."
He tilted his head to her a bit trying to think of away at first to prove to her that he was related. It wasn't as easy as it sounded.
"You expect me to prove that I am family when I don't possess the same power as you. You can choose to believe me or not. I honestly don't care, but once you turn your back on the family don't expect us to come right back and take you in. You will never see your mother and your father or the rest of your family. Your children will be accepted, but you won't. So it's your choice. I can't prove that I am your cousin. It's impossible without the power you possess, but if you compare physical features then we are similar."
