Reiatsu Appearance: Koto's Reiatsu appears void, as if absent of even life itself. When serious, it is said to suck even light in.
Personality: Koto is usually against authority and is confident in his own abilities. He bores quite easily which usually causes him to seek thrills and get in trouble in the process. When fighting he appears so cold that that the other Shinigami Captains had previously called him "The Void."

Physical Appearance: Koto is quite slender however has a fair bit of muscle to him. He is built for speed and strength. On the upper left side of his body he has a wired tattoo that seems to be many swirls however many see it as a black hole.

Extra Weapons or Items:

Gas Mask:
This gas mask is a relic from Koto's previous life as a Samurai. It covers the bottom half of his face. and will prevent him from breathing in any poisons, toxins or harmful substances when worn. Koto usually wears this when going into battle so no chances are taken. The mask is made of metal and is almost impossible to break.

Metal Gauntlets:
Many Samurai wore gauntlets lined with metal while fighting. These hard leather gloves were lined with metal so that the wear could effectively grab any sword with their bear hands. To these day Koto wears them while he fights, so that he may improvise when necessary.

Sheath:
This is the sheath of Koto's zanpakuto which has been modified immensely. It has a thin sheet of clear metal coating the outside to strengthen it; the frame is also made with metal as well. This is done for two reasons: (1) Koto can use it in battle if he so wishes. (2) Extra training weight.

~Zanpakuto Information ~


Zanpakuto Name: Munashii ~Void~
Zanpakuto Appearance: Munashii's unreleased form is that of a Kusanagi and has an unbreakable 45 inch blade. It's hilt is onyx in color and posses a firm grip allowing Koto to easily perform fancy maneuvers.

Shikai Appearance
Shikai Release Command: "Devour Everything, and Leave Nothing, Munashii
Shikai Abilities: Koto's shikai allows him to manipulate the size, mass and shape of his zanpakuto at will. This has a max length of 15 feet, and a max width of 5 feet, however the longer it is the harder it is to use. The sword does not change shape from its unreleased state until Koto wills it to.
Shikai Attacks:

Dim Mak - Death Touch [Shikai]
This technique requires that Koto touch his opponent with either his skin or his zanpakuto. Once two posts have passed all reiatsu the victim uses will contribute to the growth of the tattoo. As soon as five posts have elapsed a black hole will appear under the skin where the tattoo was placed. After two additional post Koto's opponent will be completely consumed by the black hole. This technique can be stopped by removing the entire tattoo from the body by either burning it off or cutting off that portion of the skin.

When this seal is placed on anything inanimate (Trees, rocks, walls, ground, etc) it expands using Kotos Reiatsu. These seals can become a black hole whenever he wishes. Furthermore, during these seals can travel as long as they have not turned into a black hole. They can even travel between surfaces: Person to ground, wall to ceiling, etc.

Kuroi Hiru - Black Leech [Shikai]
This ability causes a black hole to appear in the sky which feeds off of the reiatsu in the air. For a set amount of time after the black hole is created all of the reiatsu it absorbs is put towards achieving its maximum size. After enough time has passed (two additional posts) it will have reached a self sustainable size and all of the reiatsu it gathers will be sent to the caster. The maximum size of this black hole is half a mile in diameter. The larger this black hole is, the more reiatsu it sucks in. Koto cannot use kido while this is active, although he does have complete vision of everything under this while its active.

Ni Garandou - Two Voids [Shikai]
This is a technique which creates an initial void portal wherever Koto chooses. Once he enters the void a second portal will open in which Koto will exit from unharmed. These portals can also be used to transport opponents or allies.

Mugen Kuuhaku - Infinite Space [Shikai]
This technique allows Koto to create a black whole which uses its gravitational pull to suck in anything from kido spells & zanpakuto techniques to weapons and opponents. The gravitational pull is strong enough to pull anything koto wishes in, this excludes humans, Shinigami, etc. When attracting humans, shinigami, etc the pull is strongest when they are within 2.5M/8 Feet. Things that are sucked in and stored within this space can be expelled at any time via the same kind of portal. These portals vary in size and can even suck up and store anything. For example: Explosions, Nature and Wild Life, etc. Whilst something is stored it is suspended in time.

Bankai Incantation: "Erase their name, s**t-su-nen"
Bankai Ability: Once Koto's zanpakuto reach its Bankai form he can freely manipulate its size and shape without a weight restriction. However the max length and width restrictions still apply. In this form his zanpakuto is malleable. Aside from this, Shitsunen's special ability is that it can harm the opponent both physically and spiritually, and can switch between the two with a command. When given the spiritual command Shitsunen can do spiritual damage or even absorb reiatsu from the opponents aura/body and transfer it to the wielder. The sword does not change shape from its original state until Koto wills it to. Koto can use his shikai abilities while in Bankai form.
~Bankai Attacks:~

Gokuin Tobikomi - Seal Jump [Bankai]
This technique allows Koto to place a black hole tattoo on any opponent or surface. Koto can jump to these seals at will.

Maruchi Dim Mak - Multi Death Touch [Bankai]
This technique builds on Koto's shikai technique Dim Mak. In bankai this technique can place more than one seal at once, however 1 post must be waited in between each placement. The seal grows to max after one post and becomes a black hole after 4.

Atae - Gift [Bankai]
Koto can place a first seal on his opponents body, followed by a second seal on another body. Atae gradually transfers a portion of the opponents reiatsu to the wearer of the second seal. This only starts to happen after two posts and lasts for four more after that. After each post following the second the amount gradually diminishes.

Yunizon - Unison [Bankai]
This is a technique which may only be used in combination with Koto's Shikai technique "Mugen Kuuhaku - Infinite Space." By placing a black hole tattoo on the opponent's body he can establish a connection between the void and the tattoo bearer. Once enough time has elapsed(One Post) the connection is complete. With a complete connection Koto can combine one or more objects properties or qualities with the tattoo bearer.

For example, if Koto's void contains an explosion than the tattoo bearer will gain the properties of it and become a living bomb. If he chooses to add in more than one thing than the way they effect each other will be applied to the target. This techniques tattoos can be placed on anything even if it is not physical(So things like barriers can also be effected.)

Ankoku Kyuu - Darkness the Gathering [Bankai]
Whilst a full black hole is in the sky, Koto can take control of his opponents shadows and force them closer to him. To initiate this technique Koto must have touched the opponents shadow with any part of his body and place a white tattoo(Instead of the normal black). To get rid of the shadows tattoo, the victim must get rid of their shadow, at least temporarily. This only controls from the waist down, Koto must stay still.

~Hadou~

Hadou #1 – Rank D – shō ("Thrust")
Pushes the target away from the caster

Hadou #4 – Rank D – Byakurai ("White lightning")
Fires a bolt of lightning from the caster's finger. Can be used as a sustained blast by stronger individuals, and it can essentially be made into a huge blade.
Incantation: Guardians of war lend me your strength, god of the storm Susanoo lend me your magic, and break my enemies!

Hadou #8 - Suu Kyomu ("To breathe in Nothingness" )
Forms a pocket of space around the enemy. Able to suffocate them in moments, with little chance of dodging. Cannot be used to kill.
Incantation: A dwindling of space of time. Erupts, and destroys your very vein to life. With pain, realize the helplessness

Hadou #38 - Joseki ("Expelling Out" )
The user expels their reiatsu outwards. But the level of reiatsu is multiplied by three times, and when doing this Kido allows for the user to break free from many sealing Demon arts. Also this reiatsu is hostile, instead of simply surprising weaker enemies, it also blows them away within respect to their own reiatsu levels.
Incantation: Tremble in futility, Anubis seeks golden scepter and the pure council. So engrave the rewards on the platinum tablet of Ra.

Hadou # 98: Meteor Rain
One of the most powerful and dreaded kidou there is. Only known by a few shinigami and only allowed use in sparse situations, this can be deemed one of the forbidden arts.

When activated a ominous black cloud forms above the user’s head, the cloud stretches out for about 100ft and cloaks everything in darkness. A great crimson rift is then seen in the clouds, giant flaming balls of rock about 1 yard in diameter each then starting to rain down. The specific number is unknown but it is said to be almost over 100. The meteors destroy everything within their reach, leaving only a soot-covered wasteland.

Incantation: "Children of the stars rage down onto the earth, and ravage the land. Converge and meld, ripping through the now doomed planet. Separate the heavens and the earth, crumbling everything into eternal nothingness. Hadou #98, Meteor Rain."

Hadou #99- Heaven's Punishment: Worlds End
After chanting the very long incantation (required even for captains, except for the So-Taicho) the caster raises one hand in the sky. A glint from the sky can be seen before it gets bigger and bigger and bigger. The glint is a multicolored energy ball that smacks into the spot that the caster designates and explodes, creating a giant mushroom cloud like an atomic bomb. This spell causes total destruction that nearly no barrier can absorb. This spell is so destructive that it has been designated as a forbidden spell for anyone not a captain in the Gotei 13. Even then, it will only be used as a last resort.
A direct hit (unlikely) would be fatal, as would anywhere within 200 feet of the blast site. Severe damage would go out to 500 feet. Moderate damage out to 1000 feet. Light damage all the way out to 2000 feet.
Incantation: The rulers up above are unhappy with you, they know what you did and what your victims have been through. They decree that you need to be punished and I am the punisher. Right here, right now is where your saga ends. Look up in the sky and receive your life's ending.


~Bakudo~

Bakudou #1 – Rank D – Sai ("Obstruction")
This spell is used to paralyze the target. Rukia uses this on Ichigo upon their first meeting.
Incantation: Chains of eternity, bid my call, obstruct!

Bakudou #2 - Tsume no Neko("Claw of the Cat" )
A sealing skill that binds a users feet to any surface. Like a wall, or ceiling.
Incantation: Tread where I am not. Feel what I have not. This is the goal of the greatest, and I shall be their pawn in this goal.

Bakudou #7 - Aegu ("Breathe Hard" )
Forms a sealing of air around the user, allowing them to breathe in areas of dangerous air, or underwater.
Incantation: Go where not, be what you aren't. The gods bestow you this gift.

Bakudo #8 Seki (³â, Repulse)
Creates a round shield that seems to temporarily paralyze and repel whatever strikes it.

Bakudou #9 - Geki ("Conquer" )
Surrounds the target in a red light that restricts movement to the single area.
Incantation: Disintegrate, black dog of Rondaniini. Look upon your burning soul and sever your throat.

Bakudou #15 - Kinbaku ("Bind Tightly" )
The enemies’ arms loose usage. The binding lasts three posts.
Incantation: Your souls sword loses use. And weeps at it's spawner's pettiness.

Bakudou #81 – Rank A – Danku ("Splitting Void")
Creates an energy barrier in the form of a rectangular wall. According to Byakuya, it is capable of stopping destructive spells up to #89. However, it is also said to be forbidden by Tessai the former kido captain.
Incantation: unknown/none.

~Fenrir~

[ Alsvid ]
To attain a heightened speed over the enemy it takes a certain knack, the ability to keep a smooth and continuous flow of reiatsu is the key. Instead of relying on the short bursts of shunpo, a constant state of momentum can be utilized in order to increase both the range and speed. Exponential growth, by executing flash steps back to back the flow of their bodies can be streamlined and thus hastened.

An optional use of this Shunpo is also attainable with the Fenrir soldier’s superior use of this Shunpo-

In the most direct way, the user gathers twice the amount of reiatsu they would for a normal shunpo, meaning they basically perform two shunpo’s simultaneously. The strain on the user’s body is great, as the speed they’re traveling at is double what they’re normally used to. Preparation for this double shunpo becomes non-existent after rigorous training with it, meaning they can travel at twice their normal speed and distance in the blink of an eye.

Because of the negative effects on the body going beyond your limit causes, Alsvid can only be used three times at max every battle. Furthermore, Alsvid cannot be used back to back, if done the user’s legs will surely split apart from the strain rendering them handicapped temporarily.

[ Skoll ]
And on the other hand, you have what others consider being the most important thing in a battle as a Fenrir soldier. That being pure, undeniable supremacy in terms of personal firepower. Pound for pound a Fenrir soldier is expected to overpower their peers with their overwhelming destructive nature, a no holds-bar attitude driving them beyond the normal level.

Delivering an attack against not one, but many enemies at once is the pinnacle of supremacy on the battlefield. Manipulating their own fierce reiatsu around their weapon of choice (sword, fist, hammer, etc) and with their weapon encased in this energy the user confirms their targets. Once confirmed the user forcibly discharges the casing of Reiatsu around their weapon, what is formed then is six fist sized spears of energy. The spears each have a simplistic homing ability once forced away from the user and each one can have a separate target or can all converge onto one before exploding.

The range the spears can travel is limited to 10 meters in any direction from the user.

Formation and discharge of the energy is expected to be done swiftly and in the middle of combat, meaning a skilled user can swing away up to three of these in one turn.

[ Va'darr ]
The primary advantage a Fenrir soldier has over their adversary is the dominate battlefield awareness, their overwhelming power meant to crash head on into the foes defenses and crush it. For those facing Fenrir soldiers without their defenses up face attack strength unrivaled, as pound for pound a Fenrir soldier is expected to hit harder than his foe at an equal level.

For this the sharpening of their reiatsu is performed forcibly before launching a strike, through training and honing of their instincts they control when to unleash a defense crushing blow. Mechanically this reflects itself as a single boost to the damage dealt with the cost of their reiatsu per use, delivering a flash strike capable of destroying barriers at up to 1 to 1 1/2 times greater than their own strength.

Furthermore, if a Fenrir soldier attacks using this technique while masked, the power is increased and in return can destroy barriers up to 2 times greater than their own strength.

[ Hati ]
As a battle drags on and the steady accumulation of emptiness builds up, a soldier of Fenrir isn’t afraid to let loose a little and give into the burning drive to destroy. That desire which resides within them thanks to their inner hollow is utilized as beneficial to a Fenrir soldier, as they thrive on pure destruction and have the perfect tool in which to create such a thing with.

The Zanpakutou, it is with their kai attacks do true Fenrir soldiers wrought the most damage onto the enemy and the ground they stand upon.

As their emptiness increases as does their more primal and destructive nature, taking this to an advantage Fenrir soldiers train themselves to allow that raw power to fuel their Vizard Kai attacks to burn hotter.

~Hollow~

[ Mask ]
A Vizard is able to materialize the tool of their hybrid power: the Mask. A mask is individual to a Vizard and is the physical form that grants them the extra power that makes the race feared. Once the Mask is placed upon a Vizard’s face, a reiatsu boost is granted.The Reiatsu boosts affect the base reiatsu of a Vizard, and thus the zanpakutou release boosts stack upon the change in base reiatsu when masked.

[ Mask Shielding ]
Bodily harm can seemingly be ignored while wearing their masks, as demonstrated by Ichigo's Hollow during his unwilling transformations. The Hollow mask can only be maintained for a certain period before its effects wear off: Lower class can only hold their transformation for short periods (eleven seconds at first), while the other Vizard have seemingly no limit to how long they can last..

[ Power Augmentation ]
With the acquisition of the mask via the subjugation of ones inner Hollow. A Vizard gains access to a additional and separate source of power, in addition to the Shinigami powers one already possesses. The accumulation of both powers together greatly augments the powers of the Vizard beyond what a Shinigami and/or Hollow alone would be capable of.

[ Vizard Shikai Attack ]
The Vizard is able to administer a more unique attack influenced by it's hollow powers. This amplified technique is munch greater than power than Vizard's normal shinigami shikai technique.

[ Vizard Bankai Attack ]
The Vizard is now able to force both it's hollow and shinigami powers fully into submission on a mastery level. Allowing them to manifest both powers into one single technique.

[ Subconscious Defense ]
When not wearing their masks, Vizards are protected from attacks by their masks. The mask can also absorb a single potentially fatal attack or three less intensive assaults. This ability cannot fully block and/or deflect attacks that are larger than the size of the Vizard's mask. Probably the closest thing to a counterpart of an Arrancar's Hierro.

[ Demon possession ]
Not being a very well rooted organization, resources have always been scarce for the Vizards. Because of this the vizard have developed Demon possession to posses those humans who have little to no spiritual powers thus giving them total control when no gigai is present. Even though the humans have no spirit powers the subconscious will eventually push the Vizard out, so it can only be maintain for a short period. Even with this draw back it proves successful since a Vizard can jump from human to human through touch bypassing the time limitation. But rumors have it that more powerful Vizards can maintain it for longer. After a possession the human remembers nothing and they have the feeling that they had zone out for the allotted time.

[ Cero ]
A high powered energy based attack that can be fired from the Vizard’s hand. There is no limit to the number of times Cero can be used, but as with most Vizard techniques it has a drain on the user's reiatsu. Cero removes a certain proportion of the Vizard’s reiatsu, amplifies it and expels it as an attack. Cero is a Reiatsu based attack, which binds together a Vizard's Shinigami Reiatsu and his hollow powers.


~Stealth~

Suterusu # 32 - Toku (Hide)
This is a technique which is used to completely hide all traces of the users reiatsu from anything that could possibly detect or interact with it. Toku was first developed for spys and stealth missions.

Suterusu # 52 - Gansaku Shazou (Faked Images)
Gansaku Shazou is a technique which allows the user to completely change their reiatsu level at will. This allows them to fool things sensing them or even make an opponent underestimate them in battle.

Suterusu # 72 - Rei Yume (Ghostly Dream)
This is a technique used by members of the stealth core to infiltrate and/or spy. Whilst this technique is active the user is completely invisible as well as transparent. When in this form they cannot interact with the physical world and it cannot interact with them. Sensors cannot detect shinigami in this mode.

~Healing~

- Chiyu # 17 - Tentou Megumi (Heaven's Blessing)
A technique is used by medical shinigami to create a green aura of reiatsu which allows them to heal any wound in three steps. This technique can be used on the go.

Post 1: The wound is cauterized and all bleeding is stopped

Post 2: The wound is stitched back together

Post 3: All traces of the wound are completely removed

- Chiyu # 37 - Kumo Koigokoro (A Spiders Love)
Kumo Koigokoro is a technique that was created to deal with the poisoning of Shinigami on the battle field.

Part 1: Isolates the source of the poison or disease to prevent it from spreading. This can be done while on the go.

Part 2: Removes any trace of the poison or disease all together. This portion of the technique must be done while stationary and requires a cut of any size on the body.

- Chiyu # 58 - Tenshi no Itonami (Angel of life)
An enhanced version of Tentou Megumi which is only used by higher ranking medical shinigami. This technique casts an green reiatsu aura which recovers all wounds on the body, however it cannot be used on the go.

Post 1: All wounds on the body are closed/cauterized.

Post 2: All traces of the wounds are completely removed.

~Other~

[ Utsusemi ] - Cicada
A movement which allows the user to move at great speed leaving an afterimage behind.

[ Shirei Hatsuri ] - "Command Bypass"
After achieving Ban Kai, the release phrase for Shikai is no longer necessary. This Technique allows the user to simply release his or her Shikai instantaneously through a higher bond achieved with his/her Zanpaku.
Shikai - Initial Release - B Rank): The first possible stage of release of a zanpakutou. To attain it, one must achieve interaction and synchronization with their zanpakutou.

[ Bankai ] - Final Release
The second possible stage of release of a zanpakutou. Attaining Bankai requires the materialization of the zanpakutou's avatar, and forcing it into submission, which usually takes at least 10 years, even for skilled Shinigami. When Bankai is achieved, the wielder often gains a 5 to 10 fold increase in fighting strength. Even after attaining Bankai, 10 additional years of training are required to master the zanpakutou.

[ Manifestation ]
A shinigami’s bond with his zanpakutou is so strong that he is able to manifest his zanpakutou spirit into the world. This signifies his readiness to begin training for Bankai.

[ Flight ] - B Rank
Simply the power to fly by creating a floor of your Riatsu under your feet. It is usually something most cant do though, and humans almost never figure it out.

[ Kyoumon ] - Mirror Gate
A high-class barrier that reflects attacks from the outside. However, it is easy to break from the inside.
Incantation: Mirror forged and folded, reflect all you see, protect those away from your sight, but never shun the light.

Konsou ] - "Soul Burial"
One of the Shinigami's inherent skills. Konsou entails the liberation of a Plus soul by stamping the kashira of the Zanpakutou upon his/her/its forehead, whereby the said Plus soul will be safely transported to Soul Society.
Requirements: None

[ Reiatsu Noukan ] - "Spiritual Pressure Perception"
The heightened ability of a Shinigami to sense Reiatsu. Its potency and maximum range grows as the user’s Shinigami level rises, and may become advanced enough that he or she may be able to single out the signature of a single entity within range. A target may choose to mask their signature, making their exact location difficult to ascertain. However, the presence of a strong fighter in combat is unmistakable.
Requirements: None

[ Reiraku Takan ] - "Spiritual Thread, Deep Perception"
A special sensory skill reserved only for Shinigami whose capabilities have matured markedly. Reiraku Takan allows the Shinigami to deeply focus upon the spiritual signatures of all surrounding entities within a certain area and manually compress them all into different-colored "threads." The maximum range of this ability is the same as the Shinigami's highest Reiatsu Noukan range. This technique only identifies race, unless the target is within Reiatsu Noukan's range for precision.

Colors are as follows:

White : Normal soul, Plus soul, Quincy
Red : Shinigami, Unmasked Vizard
Black : Hollow
Dark Red : Arrancar, Masked Vizard

[ Chikaihou Shinou ] - "Earthly Law Mastership"
Being dead is far different than living as anyone in Soul Society can attest to and one can sometimes bypass the physical laws of movement that one is normally accustomed to. [ Senkaimon Koshutsu ] - "World-piercing Gate Summoning"
The skill of opening, safely traversing through, and closing the Senkaimon allows the user to travel between Seireitei and the Living Realm. This entails drawing one's Zanpakutou, contracting it with an existing Senkaimon in Seireitei, and thrusting the weapon slowly through the air. A spatial distortion will appear where the Zanpakutou is "inserted," whereby the Shinigami will rotate the weapon like a key, hence opening up the Senkaimon. Note that in most circumstances, a personal Jigokuchou is required to safely travel through the Dangai. While the gates may appear anywhere in the living world as the user wishes, the gates within Seireitei are limited to specific fixed locations.

Zanjutsu:

[ Karappo Kiwa ] - Emptiness Edge
An ancient technique that only the truly talented figure out and only the exceptional can master. It is said that Koto and his brother Sai first invented this technique in their lifetime; it is unknown who, if any, know it now. By pouring their hearts into their sword a defence mechanism is activated that some mistake for magic. Koto or Sai will either block an opponent's strike or meet it with their sword and upon doing so it will be violently reversed. Much like the Emptiness series of techniques a phantom blade will be released, however it will be released from the back of their opponents sword instead. In this respect the attack will aim for a similar place to where they were aiming on the user. This techniques blades are sharp on both sides and must be dodged.

[ Rei ] - Ghost
This technique is one of the master techniques forgotten in Samurai lore. Using thing technique gives the Samurai true mastery over their sword, by allowing them to control it's tangibility. People who have mastered this technique can

[ Hakabakashii Azukari ] - Quick Draw
This sword style was one of the main reasons that the Samurai and the ninja were so deadly in combat. A master of this style can draw his sword, kill, and then place it back in his sheath without anybody noticing. Koto and Sai have been masters of this technique for so long that even modern captains cannot keep up.

[ Tama ] - Bullet
Tama is a simple technique in which the user will thrust their sword forward at a high speed. Once their sword has been thrusted forward a bullet of air will be sent flying. This bullet will have all the cutting properties of the sword itself, and can easily break through flesh.

[ Yure ] - Vibration
This technique can only be used by focusing ones energy directly through their muscles. By doing this the users sword can cut through flesh, bone and muscle with ease; even a nick will cause a cut clean through target.

[ Hanshoku ] - Multiply
This technique is a more extreme form of Yure and again involves muscle vibration. Once the user has mastered Yure they can multiply the amount of attacks they put out. When this is in use, one slash of a sword will put out three-four cuts. These attacks can be focused around the same area or towards different areas if the user so wishes. This is done to make the opponent pick which to block. If this is combined with Hakabakashii Azukari and Hien then the result is destructive. This cannot be used with Kaze.

[ Kaze ] - Wind
This technique focuses air particles into a visible slash. When the user swings his sword a crescent moon shaped projectile of air is fired at the opponent; the air inside this crescent moon is deadly because of how fast its moving.

[ Hien ] - Flying Swallow
This technique allows the user to extend the range of their sword beyond its normal specifications by focusing reiatsu into it. The reiatsu will extend the length and width of the sword; these extensions are invisible.

[ Zanzoken ] - After Image
This technique can only be mastered by a true swordsman; one who is adept in both speed and power. The masters sword will leave after images behind which will stay for four seconds before fading. These after images have the same capabilities of the sword itself, and can be blocked; they are created by the swordsmen at will.

[ Izenzoken ] - Before Image
This technique can only be mastered by a true swordsman; one who is adept in both speed and power. The masters sword will become so powerful that images will appear. What makes this special, however, is that they appear before the initial attack has taken place. These images have the same capabilities of the sword itself, and can be blocked; they are created by the swordsmen at will.

Yoruichi is also skilled with Flash Cry, a technique that combines hand-to-hand combat and Kidō. It concentrates high-pressure Spiritual Energy around the body, allowing it to be fired at opponents. It can also be used to instantly neutralize an opponent's movement

[ Senka ] - Flash Blossom
A special Shunpo technique where one moves to their opponents back. Directly attacking and sealing one's "Saketsu (鎖結, Chain Binding)" and "Hakusui (鎖結, Soul Sleep)" in one strike. The movement is so fast that an opponent may not be able to tell whether he was attacked from the front or the back and even an outside observer may find it impossible to tell what the movements are.

[ Utsusemi ] - Cicada
A movement which allows the user to move at great speed leaving an afterimage behind.

[ Tatsujin Utsusemi ] - Master Cicada
An advanced movement which allows the user to move at unparalleled speed that is capable of leaving not only after images but before images.

[ Bakushin ] - Dash
A quick push off of the ground (or air) allows one to effectively move out of the way an incoming attack or close a distance gap between an opponent. This technique only pushes the user about 1 meter (about 3 feet) in the direction they are moving.

[ Tobikomi ] - Jump
Shinigami are generally more capable of jumping distances that would be considered "superhuman" when they were still alive. The highest a normal Jump can reach is about 5 meters (about 16 feet).

[ Tei Waku ] Air Slide
Much like the Dash technique, Air Slide is initiated when the user pushes off of the ground and in a certain direction. However, Air Slide allows one to "glide" across the ground or up a steep surface.

[ Tei Houkou] - Air Walk
The user collects spirit particles at their feet and is able to remain airborne or gain effective footing when sent flying by an opponent.

[ Kontan Tobikomi ] - Soul Jump
The user collects a fairly large amount of spiritual energy at both of their feet then releases all of it at once, sending them flying at high speeds in a single direction. This is generally used to get a higher vantage point or to get atop of higher buildings. This technique is more effective than Jump because it can send a person 15 meters skyward.

[ Idou Senkou ]
This technique is actually quite simple for those who have conditioned their body for high-speed combat movements and have a decent level of control over their reiryoku. Idou Senkou is a technique that can be used by channeling your reiryoku through a specific part of the body to increase the muscular reaction impulses so that the user may move that part of the body at speeds that rival Shunpo (Flash Step). This technique can be very tiring to the user because constantly increasing your muscle reactions strains those muscles. Even for those who are used to high speed movement find that this technique should only be used if they are having issues landing a hit on their opponent(s).

[ Seiten ]
This technique is almost exactly like Senka with the exception for the fact that a Kido is cast instead of the user striking their target with a weapon. So the user casts their kido spell in the instant that they use a high-speed movement similar to the Shunpo technique.

[ Tei Ken ] - Air Blades
Essentially, this technique is a combination of Air Walk and Shunpo. The user applies air walk to hover over a surface then performs Shunpo. This technique is advanced in comparison to a normal shunpo because unlike shunpo it does not require any steps; therefore, there is no friction in the movement. So Air Skate is actually faster than Shunpo.

[ Rei Senkou ] - Doppleganger
The user moves so fast that they are able to create 2 doppelgangers to fight alongside them for a while (two posts, including the post of activation). The doppelgangers can use anything known by the user while in existence.

[ Hateshinai Kokyuu ] - Endless Breath
This is a technique in which only true martial arts masters can utilize. It is said that Koto achieved this during his lifetime and was one of the few to ever do so; he continued to use this once he became a shinigami/Vizard. Through extensive training one can obtain true mastery over their entire body, even its aging process. Hateshinai Kokyuu allows the user to halt their aging process indefinitely by simply choosing to stop aging.

Samurai in Feudal Japan were calm, intelligent and disciplined. It is because of this that they achieved this technique the quickest in their lifetime. As time passed, however, the use and knowledge of this rarity became lost in legends. Koto and Sai are said to be one of the few masters of this technique left, as they attained it during their lifetime long ago.

Touketsu Mugen ~Frozen Dreams - Unreleased ~
Touketsu Mugen’s unreleased form is an elegant katana with a black sheath and bright orange cloth wrapped around it. The hilt is colored and wrapped in the same bright orange cloth and the guard is an intricate and custom design. The blade itself can cut through most substances very easily and is normally abnormally cold. All who see it marvel at its beauty.


~Shikai~
Touketsu Mugen ~Frozen Dreams~
Shikai Release Command: "Freeze all you see and plunge it into an eternal slumber, Touketsu Mugen!"
Shikai Ability: Touketsu Mugen’s released form is basically a long icicle which changes the terrain to a thick layer of ice and snow upon release. However Touketsu Mugen’s structure is malleable by will of the user, it can reform its shape, get bigger or smaller and much more at the will of the user.

Once the terrain is changed everything gradually begins to freeze unless it is constantly moving. While in this state Aisu can move extremely fast on the terrain slowly encasing the opponent in ice. However with each strike dealt by Touketsu Mugen will freeze whatever it hit's instantly; this ice will spread like a wildfire. The temperature is a constant -157 and because Aisu's reiatsu caused he snow whatever it touches he can locate.

Shikai Attacks:

[ Souhou ] - Touch
Using this technique Aisu can apply ice onto whatever he touches, effective freezing it. Of course the drawback is that he must make contact.

[ Touketsu ] - Frozen
This technique creates a layer of ice around Aisu's skin. It protects him from damage, but can be removed with enough force. (One Technique, One Sword Slash, Two punches.)

[ Kiri ] - Mist
This technique creates a mist around the area to accompany the falling snow. Using this basic mist, Aisu can either hide himself or use it for the base of more elaborate surprise techniques.

[ Ichi ] - One
This technique is the most fearsome of Aisu's Shikai, as it allows him to merge with it. When this technique is active, Aisu's body and clothes turn a snow white, and allows him to travel within the snow on the ground, hidden.

Bankai Appearance:Sleeves are longer and wider, they hide his hands. His hood now fully conceals his face and all that was once white is now a frigid ice blue. Wings of Ice also form on his back and can be accompanied with armor if Aisu so chooses. The interesting aspect of this bankai is that because Aisu controls its components, he also controls his bankais appearance and features. His clothes, skin and hair are snow white.
Bankai Terrain: Upon activation the once calm terrain of his shikai will turn vicious causing an uncontrollable blizzard to rage. The ground will be covered in a dense layer of ice and snow far thicker than is thought possible. In fact, to anybody who is not more than used to this terrain movement becomes painful and shunpo becomes nearly impossible. Not only will snow rain down from the sky but large chunks of hail and even rain as well; Hurricane force winds only make it more barren. The temperature is a constant −273.15 °C or −459.67 °F (Absolute Zero) and because Aisu's reiatsu caused the conditions whatever they touch he can locate. The snow/ice is also unmeltable at this temperature.

Incantation: "Gaze upon the frozen terror! Ban-Kai!"
Bankai Ability:
Aisu's Bankai is more of an extended form of his shikai Touketsu Mugen carrying over all of it's powers. His control of ice is heightened to an unimaginable level in which he cane even alter it's form. In this form he can alter/manipulate the state of the ice(and any of it's forms) at will ( Ice, Water & Water Vapour). As with his Shikai Aisu will gain a massive speed boost while on this terrain, however this time the difference is that his speed greatly exceeds even the fastest Master Shunpo. Everything he controls is completely malleable even his blade and his armor and furthermore is un-meltable. When controlling the other states/ forms of Ice (Water, water vapor, etc) they will be much colder than normal because they have been forcibly altered from this form. As such, it is said that the hottest fire would not be able to melt/evaporate any of the forms as well. He can convert foreign ice unto his control if it comes within 2m of his body.

Bankai Attacks:

- Shiro no Meirosendo (Ice Release: Maze of the White Death) [Bankai]
In what may be considered Aisu's ultimate technique, ice will begin to rise around the opponent, and suddenly, a brilliant flash of white light will occur. When the light ends, the opponent will be trapped in what is essentially a maze of a thousand crystal ice mirrors, and Aisu can attack from any of them.

- Mobius (Ice Realese: Frost Monarch) [Bankai]
This technique is utilized only in Aisu's bankai form and is possible because of the constant snow and cold temperatures. The constant snow from the blizzard is literally everywhere and with every snowflake that touches the opponent they will freeze a bit more. However this freezing will not happen on the outside but the inside of their body; this can be changed if Aisu wishes. The deadliest aspect of this technique is that their blood will freeze and their organs will shut down.

- One With The Storm [Bankai]
A special move unique to only Aisu's bankai which allows him to literally travel with the ice and snow instantly and intangibly. Essentially wherever the snow, ice, etc touches he can reach in a literal instant.

- All Seeing Snow [Bankai]
A technique that literally gives Aisu the ability to see everything. By knowing the weather and what obstructs it Aisu can map out everything around him and distinguish it accurately. Some say the snow/ice has eyes, as this is truly one of the ultimate forms of tracking.

- Barrier of Mobius [Bankai]
This causes a barrier to form around Aisu which has three layers and forms in a complete circle (extending underground as well). The barrier itself is made up of millions of unmeltable razor sharp ice shards that are constantly moving and spinning at the fastest speeds. While this barrier is active Aisu takes a conservative defensive style, as the barriers surrounding him can easily turn even steel or flesh into shredded bits. If a barrier is destroyed, Aisu can use Reiatsu to reform it once again with concentration of course.

Hado:

Hadou #1 – Rank D – Shō ("Thrust")
Pushes the target away from the caster

Hadou #4 – Rank D – Byakurai ("White lightning")
Fires a bolt of lightning from the caster's finger. Can be used as a sustained blast by stronger individuals, and it can essentially be made into a huge blade

Incantation: Guardians of war lend me your strength, god of the storm Susanoo lend me your magic, and break my enemies!

Hadou #8 - Suu Kyomu ("To breathe in Nothingness" )
Forms a pocket of space around the enemy. Able to suffocate them in moments, with little chance of dodging.

Incantation: A dwindling of space of time. Erupts, and destroys your very vein to life. With pain, realize the helplessness

Hadou #24 - Enfun ("Burial ground" )
Two large slabs of earth rise from the ground, and smack together like large hands. even if the target avoids, the breaking rocks, still pose a great threat of hitting the enemy.

Incantation: Exodus, Judge of the plains, and of these lessers. What is your ruling?

Hadou #26 - Kottogurusu Bota ("Cutting Glass Drip" )
A storm cloud appears above the enemy. The storm drops shards of glass like rain, then disperses.

Incantation: Minds eye, blind the foe with boundless pain. Let their body shrivel and be reduced to sand.

Hadou #31 – Shakkahou ("Red Flame Gun")
Attacks the target with a red blast of fire.

Incantation: Oh ruler, mask of flesh and blood, all creations of the universe, fluttering of the wings, ye who bears the name of man! Scorching heat and disorder evolve the transposition of the southern sea barrier.

Hadou #38 - Joseki ("Expelling Out" )
The user expels their reiatsu outwards. But the level of reiatsu is multiplied by three times, and when doing this Kido allows for the user to break free from many sealing Demon arts. Also this reiatsu is hostile, instead of simply surprising weaker enemies, it also blows them away within respect to their own reiatsu levels.

Incantation: Tremble in futility, Anubis seeks golden scepter and the pure council. So engrave the rewards on the platinum tablet of Ra.

Hadou #54 – Haien ("Incinerating Flame")
Completely destroys a target by burning it to ash. Only the most powerful can use this without having contact with the enemy body, and almost no one can use it with out the incantation.
Incantation: Lord of the underworld, grant me power of sin, and fire. Scorch the floor, burn the fire, shine bright, scorn the light!

Hadou # 65 - Raikoho ("Thunder Roar Cannon" )
Fires a massive horizontal wave of yellow energy at a target. Like water, the skill breaks past inanimate structures like buildings and rocks, going only for living beings, except shields, as a shield is easily able to stop the strike no matter the strength. The wave will simply move past it.

Incantation: Sprinkled on the bones of the beast! Sharp tower, red crystal, steel ring. Move and become the wind, stop and become the calm. The sound of warring spears fills the empty castle

Hadou #90 – Rank S – Kurohitsugi ("Black Coffin") Forms a box of black energy around a target, which is then pierced by dozens of energy "spears", lacerating the one inside from head to toe. Its appearance and function is reminiscent of a common magician's trick, as well as certain torture devices used during the Spanish Inquisition.

Incantation: Oh dawn of ages hear my cries, I cast forth to the Harold guardians from the other side. Imprison him, destroy him, and annihilate him!

Hadou # 98: Meteor Rain
One of the most powerful and dreaded kidou there is. Only known by a few shinigami and only allowed use in sparse situations, this can be deemed one of the forbidden arts.

When activated a ominous black cloud forms above the user’s head, the cloud stretches out for about 100ft and cloaks everything in darkness. A great crimson rift is then seen in the clouds, giant flaming balls of rock about 1 yard in diameter each then starting to rain down. The specific number is unknown but it is said to be almost over 100. The meteors destroy everything within their reach, leaving only a soot-covered wasteland.

Incantation: "Children of the stars rage down onto the earth, and ravage the land. Converge and meld, ripping through the now doomed planet. Separate the heavens and the earth, crumbling everything into eternal nothingness. Hadou #98, Meteor Rain."

Hadou #99- Heaven's Punishment: Worlds End
After chanting the very long incantation (required even for captains, except for the So-Taicho) the caster raises one hand in the sky. A glint from the sky can be seen before it gets bigger and bigger and bigger. The glint is a multicolored energy ball that smacks into the spot that the caster designates and explodes, creating a giant mushroom cloud like an atomic bomb. This spell causes total destruction that nearly no barrier can absorb. This spell is so destructive that it has been designated as a forbidden spell for anyone not a captain in the Gotei 13. Even then, it will only be used as a last resort.
A direct hit (unlikely) would be fatal, as would anywhere within 200 feet of the blast site. Severe damage would go out to 500 feet. Moderate damage out to 1000 feet. Light damage all the way out to 2000 feet.
Incantation: The rulers up above are unhappy with you, they know what you did and what your victims have been through. They decree that you need to be punished and I am the punisher. Right here, right now is where your saga ends. Look up in the sky and receive your life's ending.

Bakudo:

Bakudou #1 – Rank D – Sai ("Obstruction")
This spell is used to paralyze the target. Rukia uses this on Ichigo upon their first meeting.
Incantation: Chains of eternity, bid my call, obstruct!

Bakudou #2 - Tsume no Neko("Claw of the Cat" )
A sealing skill that binds a users feet to any surface. Like a wall, or ceiling.
Incantation: Tread where I am not. Feel what I have not. This is the goal of the greatest, and I shall be their pawn in this goal.

Bakudou #5 - Shinobiashi ("Soft Steps" )
Morphs the ground, making it softer, and malleable. Allowing for two skills. The first allowing the user to shift the ground, making the enemy loose their footing. And making them fall. The mud then grows over them, and binds them in place. The other skill, allows the ground to be used to make a wall for defense.
Incantation: The earth bends to the will of those with the strength. The demonstration, of this is at hand. Welcome Armageddon.

Bakudou #7 - Aegu ("Breathe Hard" )
Forms a sealing of air around the user, allowing them to breathe in areas of dangerous air, or underwater.
Incantation: Go where not, be what you aren't. The gods bestow you this gift.

Bakudo #8 Seki (³â, Repulse) - Creates a round shield that seems to temporarily paralyze and repel whatever strikes it. Incantation: unknown/none.

Bakudou #9 - Geki ("Conquer" ) Surrounds the target in a red light that restricts movement to the single area.
Incantation: Disintegrate, black dog of Rondaniini. Look upon your burning soul and sever your throat.

Bakudou #15 - Kinbaku ("Bind Tightly" ) The enemies’ arms loose usage. The binding lasts three posts.
Incantation: Your souls sword loses use. And weeps at it's spawner's pettiness.

Bakudou #32 - Yukashita ("Under the Floor" ) The user makes wind behind the enemy that forms a large swirling, transparent square. In the shape of a floor-board, the board then tumbles down upon the enemy, pressing them into the ground, binding them to the floor.
Incantation: Dogs of the Mother Earth, extend your reach from the heavens and crush thy foe with your beauty.

Bakudou #58. Kakushitsuijaku
A demon art that allows the user to track and locate anyone within a large radius, but first requiring an elaborate ritual to paint scripture on the ground. Requires training from current or former 3rd, 4th, 13th division Captain, Vice-Captain or Third Seat
Incantation: Heart of the south, eye of the north, fingertip of the west, heel of the east, gather by wind, and scatter by rain.

Bakudou #61 – Rikujoukourou ("Six staves of binding light")
Movement of the opponent is bound by six bands of light.
Incantation: Oh guardians of light I call the to my side, use the powers of six to impede my foe, stop him where he stands.

Bakudo # ?? - Rank A – Hanki ("Reverse Demon")
This technique nullifies an opponent's kidō by hitting them with a perfectly opposite surge of energy. Yoruichi uses this against Soifon's shunkō.

Bakudo # 62 - Hundred Steps Fence (百歩欄干, hyapporankan)
A rod formed of energy is thrown towards the target before it disintegrates into numerous short rods which are used to pin the target to the surroundings and render them immobile. Incantation: unknown/none.

Bakudou #77 - Tenteikuura ("Heavenly rickshaw of the silky sky")
Directly relays a message to any number of target souls.
Incantation: Net of black and white, 22 bridges, 66 peerless domains, footprints, distant thunder, crest of the mountains, volatile earth, enshroud by night, sea of clouds, blue formations, rise into the towering circle and charge across the heavens.

Bakudou #81 - Danku ("Splitting Void")
Creates an energy barrier in the form of a rectangular wall. According to Byakuya, it is capable of stopping destructive spells up to #89.

Bakudou #98 – Kin ("Seal")
Partly immobilizes the body of the target, it will work on up to A rank individuals, and they will still need time to fight through it.
Incantation: Right had of destiny, left hand of fate, eyes of destruction, I command thee, halt his step!

Bakudou #99 - Second Style - Bankin ("Complete seal")
The first song called shiryuu ("halting wrap") constricts the target with a bandage-like cloth. The second song called hyakurensan ("100 joined locks") pierces the target the timber. The final song called bankin taihou ("final prohibition, immense seal") drops an immense boulder over the target.


Suterusu:

Suterusu # 32 - Toku (Hide)
This is a technique which is used to completely hide all traces of the users reiatsu from anything that could possibly detect or interact with it. Toku was first developed for spys and stealth missions.

Suterusu # 52 - Gansaku Shazou (Faked Images)
Gansaku Shazou is a technique which allows the user to completely change their reiatsu level at will. This allows them to fool things sensing them or even make an opponent underestimate them in battle.

Suterusu # 72 - Rei Yume (Ghostly Dream)
This is a technique used by members of the stealth core to infiltrate and/or spy. Whilst this technique is active the user is completely invisible as well as transparent. When in this form they cannot interact with the physical world and it cannot interact with them. Sensors cannot detect shinigami in this mode.

Chiyudo:

- Chiyu # 17 - Tentou Megumi (Heaven's Blessing)
A technique is used by medical shinigami to create a green aura of reiatsu which allows them to heal any wound in three steps. This technique can be used on the go.

Post 1: The wound is cauterized and all bleeding is stopped

Post 2: The wound is stitched back together

Post 3: All traces of the wound are completely removed

- Chiyu # 37 - Kumo Koigokoro (A Spiders Love)
Kumo Koigokoro is a technique that was created to deal with the poisoning of Shinigami on the battle field.

Part 1: Isolates the source of the poison to prevent it from spreading. This can be done while on the go.

Part 2: Removes any trace of the poison all together. This portion of the technique must be done while stationary and requires a cut of any size on the body.

- Chiyu # 58 - Tenshi no Itonami (Angel of life)
An enhanced version of Tentou Megumi which is only used by higher ranking medical shinigami. This technique casts an green reiatsu aura which recovers all wounds on the body, however it cannot be used on the go.

Post 1: All wounds on the body are closed/cauterized.

Post 2: All traces of the wounds are completely removed.


Other:

[ Shirei Hatsuri ] - "Command Bypass"
After achieving Ban Kai, the release phrase for Shikai is no longer necessary. This Technique allows the user to simply release his or her Shikai instantaneously through a higher bond achieved with his/her Zanpaku.
Shikai - Initial Release - B Rank): The first possible stage of release of a zanpakutou. To attain it, one must achieve interaction and synchronization with their zanpakutou.

[ Bankai ] - Final Release
The second possible stage of release of a zanpakutou. Attaining Bankai requires the materialization of the zanpakutou's avatar, and forcing it into submission, which usually takes at least 10 years, even for skilled Shinigami. When Bankai is achieved, the wielder often gains a 5 to 10 fold increase in fighting strength. Even after attaining Bankai, 10 additional years of training are required to master the zanpakutou.

[ Manifestation ]
A shinigami’s bond with his zanpakutou is so strong that he is able to manifest his zanpakutou spirit into the world. This signifies his readiness to begin training for Bankai.

[ Flight ] - B Rank
Simply the power to fly by creating a floor of your Riatsu under your feet. It is usually something most cant do though, and humans almost never figure it out.

[ Kyoumon ] - Mirror Gate
A high-class barrier that reflects attacks from the outside. However, it is easy to break from the inside.
Incantation: Mirror forged and folded, reflect all you see, protect those away from your sight, but never shun the light.

Konsou ] - "Soul Burial"
One of the Shinigami's inherent skills. Konsou entails the liberation of a Plus soul by stamping the kashira of the Zanpakutou upon his/her/its forehead, whereby the said Plus soul will be safely transported to Soul Society.
Requirements: None

[ Reiatsu Noukan ] - "Spiritual Pressure Perception"
The heightened ability of a Shinigami to sense Reiatsu. Its potency and maximum range grows as the user’s Shinigami level rises, and may become advanced enough that he or she may be able to single out the signature of a single entity within range. A target may choose to mask their signature, making their exact location difficult to ascertain. However, the presence of a strong fighter in combat is unmistakable.
Requirements: None

[ Reiraku Takan ] - "Spiritual Thread, Deep Perception"
A special sensory skill reserved only for Shinigami whose capabilities have matured markedly. Reiraku Takan allows the Shinigami to deeply focus upon the spiritual signatures of all surrounding entities within a certain area and manually compress them all into different-colored "threads." The maximum range of this ability is the same as the Shinigami's highest Reiatsu Noukan range. This technique only identifies race, unless the target is within Reiatsu Noukan's range for precision.

Colors are as follows:

White : Normal soul, Plus soul, Quincy
Red : Shinigami, Unmasked Vizard
Black : Hollow
Dark Red : Arrancar, Masked Vizard

[ Chikaihou Shinou ] - "Earthly Law Mastership"
Being dead is far different than living as anyone in Soul Society can attest to and one can sometimes bypass the physical laws of movement that one is normally accustomed to. However, the full extent to which laws can be bent or broken takes quite a bit of experience to fully realize, especially when returning to the world of the living. Examples of this phenomenon include walking on air, phasing through walls in the land of the living and other reality bending feats. True understanding as to what one can and cannot get away with is gained through experience.
Requirements: 3 missions on Earth

[ Reiki ] - "Spiritual Healing"
The most basic form of healing available to Shinigami. This technique is simply a method of flooding injuries with Reiatsu directed through the hands, stimulating the regeneration and repair of damaged tissue. While it is quite effective for small scratches and cuts, healing more serious wounds in this manner is extremely draining and time consuming. Cannot be used in battle.
Requirements: Division 4 Seated Member

[ Eishouhaki] - "Revocation of the Recited Poem"
Allows the user to bypass of the chanting of a Kidou spell and simply state the name. However, this also results in a drop in the efficacy of the bypassed Kidou.

[ Fuubi ] - "Overpower"
When a shinigami is restrained or bound and has been left with no other alternative, they can try to force their way out through sheer strength and raw reiatsu. This is dangerous for the user's soul, particularly against the demon arts.

[ Senkaimon Koshutsu ] - "World-piercing Gate Summoning"
The skill of opening, safely traversing through, and closing the Senkaimon allows the user to travel between Seireitei and the Living Realm. This entails drawing one's Zanpakutou, contracting it with an existing Senkaimon in Seireitei, and thrusting the weapon slowly through the air. A spatial distortion will appear where the Zanpakutou is "inserted," whereby the Shinigami will rotate the weapon like a key, hence opening up the Senkaimon. Note that in most circumstances, a personal Jigokuchou is required to safely travel through the Dangai. While the gates may appear anywhere in the living world as the user wishes, the gates within Seireitei are limited to specific fixed locations.
Requirements: Must have been a 3rd Seat or Above in any Division.


~Spiritual Arts~


Zanjutsu:

Tama ] - Bullet
Tama is a simple technique in which the user will thrust their sword forward at a high speed. Once their sword has been thrusted forward a bullet of air will be sent flying. This bullet will have all the cutting properties of the sword itself, and can easily break through flesh.

[ Yure ] - Vibration
This technique can only be used by focusing ones energy directly through their muscles. By doing this the users sword can cut through flesh, bone and muscle with ease; even a nick will cause a cut clean through target.

[ Hanshoku ] - Multiply
This technique is a more extreme form of Yure and again involves muscle vibration. Once the user has mastered Yure they can multiply the amount of attacks they put out. When this is in use, one slash of a sword will put out three-four cuts. These attacks can be focused around the same area or towards different areas if the user so wishes. This is done to make the opponent pick which to block. If this is combined with Hakabakashii Azukari and Hien then the result is destructive. This cannot be used with Kaze.

[ Kaze ] - Wind
This technique focuses air particles into a visible slash. When the user swings his sword a crescent moon shaped projectile of air is fired at the opponent; the air inside this crescent moon is deadly because of how fast its moving.

[ Hien ] - Flying Swallow
This technique allows the user to extend the range of their sword beyond its normal specifications by focusing reiatsu into it. The reiatsu will extend the length and width of the sword; these extensions are invisible.

[ Kiretsu ] - Fissure
By slamming their sword on the ground the user can create a fissure.

[ Hitotsume: Nadegiri ] - The First: Killing Stroke
This basic technique allows for a precision cut of extreme force and speed, it can casually slice through large, multi-story high opponents protected by steel skin. The opponent can be killed with one swift slash so precise, that they aren't even aware of until after it has taken place.

[ Agitowari ] - Chin & Jaw Splitting
A sword technique where a single sword attack cuts an opponent in half from the jaw down the length of the body until the target is bi-sectioned.

[ Suikawari ] - Watermelon Splitting
A technique where the shinigami comes down with her sword upon the head of a hollow with enough sport to cleanly cut down through the head and mask with ease.

[ Senmaioroshi ] - Thousand-Page Wholesale
A technique where multiple blade movements take place so fast that they can literally shred a target into pieces.

[ Kendo ] - Way of the Sword
A modern Japanese martial art of sword-fighting based on traditional samurai swordsmanship.

[ Ryōdan ] - Bisection
A two-handed sword technique that has the practitioner bring the sword down with enough force that it can cut an opponent in half right down the middle.

Hakuda:

[ Oni Headpoke ] - Oni Dekopin
A technique where a simple finger flick has enough physical force to send an opponent flying a considerable distance away, even with enough power to crash through multiple physical constructs.

[ Raiōken ] - Thunder King Fist
A hakuda technique involving a serial of rapid punches. Using this technique, Yoruchi was able to severely crack Aizen's first form and destroyed a portion of Karakura Town in the process.

Hoho:

[Master:]
Not a technique and more of a qualification, Aisu is regarded as perhaps the fastest Shinigami in Soul Society to date.This is because that so many of his techniques involve speed that training just improved his already supernatural affinity for the trait.

[ Shunpo ]
"Instant Step" is a movement technique that allows the user to move faster than the eye can follow.[2]. The focal point that determines the bases of this technique is speed. As speed is the main point of the technique the method is best characterized by how fast one can get from point A to point B in the least amount of steps. Training and skill are what determines how fast a user of Shunpo can move; those of little skill in the technique or those who haven't used it an extended amount of time would obviously be out of practice, causing those individuals to be considerably slower, which requires the use of more steps to move the same distance and become winded far easier in a shorter amount of time.

[ Tatsujin Shunpo ] - Master Shunpo
The perfect version of Shunpo, in which only truly talented Shinigami can master. It is said that this technique is only known to Captains of the Second Division, and members of the Zero.

[ Shunkō ] - Flash Cry
Yoruichi is also skilled with Flash Cry, a technique that combines hand-to-hand combat and Kidō. It concentrates high-pressure Spiritual Energy around the body, allowing it to be fired at opponents. It can also be used to instantly neutralize an opponent's movement .

[ Senka ] - Flash Blossom
A special Shunpo technique where one moves to their opponents back. Directly attacking and sealing one's "Saketsu (鎖結, Chain Binding)" and "Hakusui (鎖結, Soul Sleep)" in one strike. The movement is so fast that an opponent may not be able to tell whether he was attacked from the front or the back and even an outside observer may find it impossible to tell what the movements are.

[ Utsusemi ] - Cicada
A movement which allows the user to move at great speed leaving an afterimage behind.

[ Tatsujin Utsusemi ] - Master Cicada
An advanced movement which allows the user to move at unparalleled speed that is capable of leaving not only after images but before images.

[ Bakushin ] - Dash
A quick push off of the ground (or air) allows one to effectively move out of the way an incoming attack or close a distance gap between an opponent. This technique only pushes the user about 1 meter (about 3 feet) in the direction they are moving.

[ Tobikomi ] - Jump
Shinigami are generally more capable of jumping distances that would be considered "superhuman" when they were still alive. The highest a normal Jump can reach is about 5 meters (about 16 feet).

[ Tei Waku ] Air Slide
Much like the Dash technique, Air Slide is initiated when the user pushes off of the ground and in a certain direction. However, Air Slide allows one to "glide" across the ground or up a steep surface.

[ Tei Houkou] - Air Walk
The user collects spirit particles at their feet and is able to remain airborne or gain effective footing when sent flying by an opponent.

[ Kontan Tobikomi ] - Soul Jump
The user collects a fairly large amount of spiritual energy at both of their feet then releases all of it at once, sending them flying at high speeds in a single direction. This is generally used to get a higher vantage point or to get atop of higher buildings. This technique is more effective than Jump because it can send a person 15 meters skyward.

[ Idou Senkou ]
This technique is actually quite simple for those who have conditioned their body for high-speed combat movements and have a decent level of control over their reiryoku. Idou Senkou is a technique that can be used by channeling your reiryoku through a specific part of the body to increase the muscular reaction impulses so that the user may move that part of the body at speeds that rival Shunpo (Flash Step). This technique can be very tiring to the user because constantly increasing your muscle reactions strains those muscles. Even for those who are used to high speed movement find that this technique should only be used if they are having issues landing a hit on their opponent(s).

[ Seiten ]
This technique is almost exactly like Senka with the exception for the fact that a Kido is cast instead of the user striking their target with a weapon. So the user casts their kido spell in the instant that they use a high-speed movement similar to the Shunpo technique.

[ Tei Ken ] - Air Blades
Essentially, this technique is a combination of Air Walk and Shunpo. The user applies air walk to hover over a surface then performs Shunpo. This technique is advanced in comparison to a normal shunpo because unlike shunpo it does not require any steps; therefore, there is no friction in the movement. So Air Skate is actually faster than Shunpo.

[ Rei Senkou ] - Doppleganger
The user moves so fast that they are able to create 2 doppelgangers to fight alongside them for a while (two posts, including the post of activation). The doppelgangers can use anything known by the user while in existence.
