Description: A simple jutsu that has no practical battle use but is a form of training for higher level jutsu. The user focuses chakra in a feather and causes it to float by their will and as the user ranks up, the level of control over the feather improves.
Jutsu Name: Omou-Kaihou: Shroud
Jutsu Rank: E
Description: Using the same principle as Float, the user gather feathers into one area and quickly disperses them. This causes feathers to be launched in all direction and can hide the user for a small period of time. That or can be used to disperse feathers for further jutsus as the number of jutsus increases so does the shrouds size.
Jutsu Name: Omou-Kaihou: Light Feet

Description: The user places feathers underneath thier feet and uses Float to make movement easier and lightening their body weight. This in turn makes the user faster and capable of jumping much higher. Flight with this jutsu is impossible but once reaching higher ranks the effects of this jutsu can increase dramatically and even let the user jump hundreds of feet in the air once reaching higher rank.

Description: A low ranked jutsu in which the user grows feathers out of thier body to be used for jutsus. This form of the jutsu is limited to back of the users hands so they are only able to summon 5 or 10 but this can be enough for low ranked jutsus.

Description: A simple but effective jutsu in which the user concentrates chakra into a feather to harden and sharpen it into a weapon. The strength and durability is about half of a regular kunai but is useful when in need of a quick weapon. This jutsu allows the creation of 4 or 5 kunai each time.

Description: An effective shield that is formed by compacting feathers together and hardening them with chakra. The more feathers the larger the shield, and the base amount of feathers needed is more than the Crow feather summoning can give alone. The Seagull Feather summoning is the proper amount for a small shield that covers the forearm.

Description: A follow up jutsu for Shield, as the user uses the Feather shield as a projectile by forcing chakra through the shield and blasting the feathers at the opponent. This impact is enough to knock an opponent off their feet and bruise them. This is the lower form of the jutsu, the higher level form is much stronger.

Description: This jutsu causes a group of feathers to sharpen and fly towards enemies. This uses the basic Float skill and Kunai skill to be used so learning them is required. The amount of feathers used can be up to 100 but this requires 4 C-Ranked Jutsus.

Description: A powerful offensive and defensive jutsu as it requires the user to learn Shield to use it. Once gathering enough feathers to form the Feather Release: Shield the user uses chakra to spin the shield and sharpen the edges. This is powerful enough to cut deep gashes into a persons flesh but is not strong enough to cut through bone.

Jutsu Rank: C
Description: A more effective version of shield as it covers the users skin with hardened feathers. This jutsus uses the feathers from summoning so the user may only armor the parts of their body they are growing feathers from. So the higher rank the more protection.

Description: This higher form of feather summoning and covers arms and shoulders and starts to grow feathers from the side burns of the face. This gives about 200 feathers and is plenty for C ranked jutsus.

Jutsu Name: Omou-Kaihou: Summoning Wings Cherub

Description: A justu which grows wings from the users back(Along with previous summoning side effects) and allows for low atmosphere flight. These wings are enough to support up to 500 pounds so carrying a person will cause the users flight to be slowed. As for speed the user can fly up 40 MPH at top speed and its difficult to reach higher speeds in battle but is possible. The down side to this jutsu is the wings are connected to the bones of the user so if the wings are damaged the user will feel the pain. This jutsu also gies about 600 feathers.

Requirement: 200 Feathers
Description: An extremely perfect clone which is able to use as many jutsus that is given to them, past the chakra needed to summon them. So adding extra chakra to this clone gives it the ability to use more than one jutsu but the amount of available chakra will be made operant when summoned.(Through OOC) The clones durability is the same as a normal clone so one solid attack will take it down which will drain all chakra from it so planning ahead using these clones is important.

Description: A more advanced Version of Barrage and is done by actually focusing feathers on opponents chakra signature so the feathers will continue to follow the target till the feathers are stopped. This jutsus can use up to 500 feathers but costs 3 A ranked jutsus.

Description: An addition onto the rasengan or any variation of it as this jutsus causes feathers to combine with the chakra sphere. The effects of this is the rasengan becomes sharp as the feathers sharpen once combining with the rasengan and makes for a deadly combination and can cause deep wounds and broken bones.

Description: A simple but effective way to improve the Armor jutsus as the feathers sharpen and becomes deadly making taijutsu a painful tactic against the user.

Description: A Full body transformation that grows feathers from every limb and causes wings to sprout from the back. The users eye site increases and flight capabilities are now fluent and natural as the speed of flight is 50-60 MPH at top speed. The users can lift up to a ton making transporting people an easy chore. Wind jutsus in this state are boosted by one rank and feather jutsus become covered in light making them slightly stronger but for the most part is just for appearance. The feathers formed from this jutsu is about 1500 but the feathers from the body are the only ones that boost feather Release.

Description: A powerful Summoning of feathers that summons about 5000 feathers and in the process is used to attack an opponent with a large tornado like jutsu which shreds the body of a target. The feathers them self are sharp fro the start using extra chakra to summon them. This jutsu may only be used once per battle.

Description: A large wall of feathers that can stop any element of attack as chakra is used to harden the feathers making it so this jutsu can even defend from S ranked jutsus. The walls size is about 35 feet high and 30 feet wide. This justu uses 1500 feathers.

Description: A weapon that has the power to cut through stone and scar metal and has the capabilities to cut through human beings like butter. The user may only use glowing feathers made from Angel Wing Summoning. this jutsu requires 50 feathers.

Drawback: Death of the User
Description: The strongest Feather jutsu known created by the first users of feather release. The jutsu is another summoning jutsu but instead of feathers the user summons the gates to the after world. These gates take the form of a circular blue portal above the battle field spanning several miles wide and summon 10 angel servants, through a beam of light, to aid the user in battle. The angels are able to use all feather jutsus and have a direct link to the users chakra. The angels work like regular shinobis as they must preform hand signs to preform jutsu but they have a powerful talent as the more of them that preform the hand signs the more powerful the jutsu. (1 Angel= 1 Rank, 7 Angels= SS Ranked jutsus)
