 The object of this game is simple: tell me what the ashes are! Keep in mind they ought to be
something of the color of the drip on the handle, but also keep in mind that these can stand for
what we might perceive as purple (we were leaning towards something venomous, but I want
to see what you guys think). It's that simple!

Because: It's fumes are extremely toxic and cause headaches and worse almost instantly in a room not properly ventilated. Even when a liquid of it hits the skin, it causes a rash and other things to happen if not dealt with quickly.

Because: LSD, “Acid”, “Boomers”, whatever you want to call it, is detrimental to one's mind. Though it has the lowest dependency rating on humans and there have been no documented human deaths as a direct result of the drugs, the chemicals within penetrate the psyche and leave one confused. A hallucinogen, it strips a person of their sensibilities and inhibitions, leaving them unable to think coherently about cause and effect which allows great personal injury or terror to befall a person. The Cruxia could send her enemies into a stupor, causing them to hallucinate and become confused.

Because: In mythology, the stone Amethyst is said to prevent intoxication and drunkenness, leading to a very sober Cruxia. A Greek myth was that the white quartz became purple from wine being poured upon it and staining the stone, which could lead to the Cruxia being able to push the symptoms of intoxication onto others from having “absorbed” it. The stone is still used by spiritualists today, particularly in overcoming alcoholism.

Because: The flower itself means Solitude and the color purple is associated with royalty and pride. A creature that is very pride full of itself. It's favorite activities would be bullying and cause others pain and forcing them into self inflicted Solitude.

Because: Potassium permanganate is a chemical compound with very strong oxidizing properties. Although it looks dangerous, it actually produces no toxic byproducts. In fact, it can be used as an antiseptic and is often more help than harm.
You definitely want to keep it away from alcohol.

Because: A purple mushroom often found near Eucalypts, it is a member of the Cortinarius genus. While not the most dangerous mushroom of it's species, you wouldn't want to eat it.

Because: Also known as Desmoxytes purpurosea, this millipede is a beast when compared to its peers. It shoots cyanide, is covered with spines and about 3cm long. If that isn't reason enough to stay away, I don't know what is.

Because: I've always been fascinated by the purple glow of a black light and how it illuminates things differently than normal light. Seeing a room illuminated in black light makes me feel as if I'm looking into some dark alternate dimension. I dare you to think of a better way to enter ultraviolet light into this competition.

Because: This species of frog is listed as extremely endangered due in part to humanity's effects on the environment. While it isn't poisonous like some frogs, its endangered status makes it seem like it's symbolically staring death in the face, which could make it a good candidate for ashes.

Because: Deceptively unthreatening, lead paint has a sweet taste despite its toxic effects and has been known to kill children who have eaten paint chips or chewed on toys covered with lead dust because they thought of it as candy. Could make a Cruxia who's good at playing those who are a bit naïve.

Because: Sea urchins are slow moving and largely non-threatening creatures, but they have a good line of defense in their spines. And for some, like the purple urchin, the second line of defense is small jaw-like structures that clasp on and inject a painful poison.

TOXIC CONTENTS: DO NOT DRINK.I'll tell you what's inside; here's what I think:Ashes: Digitalis, or Foxglove (can also be called Witch's Gloves, or Dead Man's Bells)
Because: (Huge photo is huge)
This beautiful flower is used in medicine but not without risk. In fact, the use of the flower for it's medicinal properties is going down due to it's true nature as a highly deadly plant. All parts of the plants are toxic even the roots and seeds. Just a nibble from the leaf can cause death. Yet while being so dangerous, its used and marketed as a decorative plant, despite the risk it can bring to the unknowing. It doesn't just stop with humans. Livestock, house pets are also at risk to this natural poison. Digitalis or 'Foxglove' is truely beautiful but deadly.
As a cruxia, some soul that once might have been seen as good, is actually openly known to be quite terrible in the sense they don't care what they must do under the command of Azael. Like the flower that blooms across the world, so does the cruxia find the world worth investigating. They wouldn't truly desire much, just to survive and thrive where ever they were.

Because: [Link] This particular breed of mushroom are purple but mainly chosen because it contains Psilocybin which breaks down into psilocin which is a psychedelic drug and arts depicting psychedelic states usually uses a lot of purple colour.

Because: Well it's an awesome novelty item for one and are a cool purple color for another, but plasma balls are glass orbs filled with a mixture of gases (commonly helium and neon but can be other noble gases such as xenon and krypton) and containing a smaller orb used as an electrode. Plugging the plasma ball in creates a neat light show of plasma filamints extending from the inner orb to the outer's glass surface. Placing a finger to the glass attracts the plasma right to the point of contact. Plasma balls can also interfere with electronic devices if left on for too long and may accumulate harmful Ozone as well for the same reason.

Because: Flamboyant cuttlefish are peculiar little things, just a few inches long and only able to float for a short amount of time due to their small cuttlebone; they instead walk along the sea floor, one of the only cuttlefish species know to do so. However, do not be fooled by their small size and odd locomotion; the flamboyant colors it flashes are not just for show, as this little guy has extremely toxic flesh, making it one of only three toxic cephalopods alongside the striped pyjama squid and blue-ringed octopus.

Because: The red-spotted is really a sheep in wolf's clothing and uses the art of deception to it's advantage. It's a species of butterfly that bastesian mimic's the pipevine swallowtail. The pipevine is bitter and poisonous to birds, so as long as the red-spotted looks poisonous it doesn't really have to be poisonous.
