[img][/img]Aftering meeting the fox with the interesting patterns, Isis had returned to her den and rested. A couple days later she went out hunting in the forest that surrounded her, but it was unusually bare at this hour. It took her nearly two hours to find an elk to hunt, but the creature spooked before she had the chance to pounce. Sighing, she looked unhappily to the left and then laid under the shade of an old oak tree. it was rather hot that day and she didn't feel like trying to find more prey. Instead she thought she might take a little nap.

Glitch hadn't really seen another fox since Isis, nor had he traveled much. He had forgotten the path he had came, having planned earlier to return to where he saw Sienna. Though, of course, he forgot. At this point though did it matter? He had seen her siblings recently, each assured him Sienna was alright, and now he was left just wondering.
He had been about to join Lunarie to be with her, but now it seemed he really didn't need to. She seemed to have moved on, then again, had they had anything more? Had he been to much of a hopeless romantic? Possibly. It always seem to come back to him.

After hearing some leaves crunching in the not too far distance, Isis decided that it would be wise to open her eyes and see what the noise was. Just in case it was something that had the potential to get dangerous. However she was shocked when it was none other then that male fox again. Glitch, he had said his name was. He was the one that was always confused about one thing or another. They had had quite an interesting conversation the last time they had met, causing Isis to uncharacteristically smile.
"You're right Glitch...." She chuckled, "You really don't blend in that way....In fact you have the tendency to stick out." She was still curled beneath her tree, seeing no reason to move since she knew Glitch was harmless.

Glitch glanced to the side as a familiar voice called out, ear flicking to the side. Oh? Ah, it was that girl...Isis? Yes. Smiling warmly he chuckled, glancing down at his paws. "Well, that explains why I am terrible at hunting, doesn't it?" The calm male looked up, pure green eyes blinking and scanning her. Did she live here? The strange eyed male smiled, one ear lowering so he can scratch it.
"Though I thought deer were color-blind...or were those dogs?"

"I have never stopped to ask them so I could not tell you." Isis chuckled softly to herself as she smiled. "But the next chance I get I will be sure to ask." Slowly the vixen slid up into a sitting position and stretched in the air. "So Glitch....I didn't think i was going to see you again any time soon. Did you ever find that friend that you were looking for? I knew you were worried about her."

"Ah." He paused in thought, ears flipping back slightly. "No, I haven't seen her, though I'll keep searching." He mused lightly, looking over at Isis. Briefly he wiggled his tail, just for a second. Tapping his claw along his harness the sled-fox looked back at the ground, pure green eyes watching the grass.
"How have you been?" He asked, looking back up at her.

Isis frowned slightly, "I am sorry.....but I have faith that you will find her again if that is truly what you want." She smiled at him, sliding her head to the side on her paw so that it was easier to talk to him. "I have been fine....Nothing out of the ordinary to report."
Isis yawned slightly, then smiled once again at the male. "I imagine it is rather hot over there...why don't you come sit in the shade while we talk?" The vixen shifted slightly to make a spot for him in the shade next to her, "Now tell me Glitch....how have you been...besides your search for your friend?"

He smiled at her request, moving beside her and laying down, careful not to touch her to not offend her, and squirmed so his head could rest on his paws as well, though he decided that wasn't comfortable and raised his head.
"I've been well." He responded with, blinking. "I've been a little bored, honestly. Not much for me to do these days. It's not that I hate being alone, but I do like company from time to time."

Isis smiled, "I can see that. It isn't very entertaining to be by one's self all the time. It's not like you can talk to the birds or the squirrels....." She thought about it and laughed, "Well I suppose that you could but then you would look crazy."
The vixen rolled on her side so she could more easily look at the male beside her. "But then again.....you're not really alone anymore."
