 The sun was heading toward the horizon. Moltres was standing in a field, watching the flowers waving in the wind and the bugs going about their business. Occasionally he'd pick one out to snack on. With the dimming of sunlight, his flames were starting to cast their own light around him. At least he never had to worry about finding his way home at night!

 As the sun started to set Zapdos made his way threw fields and woods to find him self a snack before he laid for a rest.he soon spoted a light.He could tell it was fire but smelt no humans so he was lost."Hello?"He said with a questioning tone.He was Brave but he wouldnt take any unneeded chances if he didnt have too.He hope it was someone not evil.

Moltres was pulled from watching the pretty flowers when a voice called out. He hadn't heard anyone coming. Turning in the direction of the voice, made the light from his wings and tail flicker. "Welcome Stranger." He watched curiously, waiting for whoever had spoken to show themselves.

Zapdos once hearing anther voice call back he stepped out into the light to see that is was anther bird that was making the light but not like a normal fire, the fire was coming for it."Well hello there."He was surprised to see anther bird type like him at all.He didnt even think there where others like him.

Moltres bowed his head in greeting. He was rather surprised, and gratified, to see eyes behind a long beak looking at him. "Greeting. I am Moltres. A pleasant night is it not?" He gave the other bird azrein a good look over. Did he see something sparking among the other's feathers? No, that must be the light from his own wings flickering and playing tricks on his eyes.

Zapdos grinned to him self and took ne step closer."I'm Zapdos and its lovely to meet you."He then look to the sky and then the other before speaking again."Yes it is a nice night out.So what bring you out here my flaming friend?""He wondered why anther like him was out here alone.

"A lovely night for making friends." He gave a soft laugh. "Oh not much. Just enjoying the quiet and wishing for company. I feel my wish has been granted with your appearance." Moltres gave the other bird a gaping beak grin.

Zapdos nodded in agreement."well then i guess it has been."Zapdos had to say the the other male was very pretty....this could be his curios side speaking but he wouldn't say it."I've never seen you around before why is that?"

Moltres flipped his wings to settle them. The light was drawing in bugs on its own. There were times he wished he could turn off the flames, or at least dampen them. He snatched a bug out of the air and swallowed before replying.
"That's because I'm new. Just arrived recently. Seeing the sights and what not. Hey, maybe you could point me in a good direction." He grinned. A local to show him around would be excellent. "What about you?"

Zapdos watched the other for a little bit then grinned a bit more before speaking."I would galdly show you around.As for me i guess you could say i've been around.I've seen most of this land but not all of it yet."he watched the bugs before zapping all of the biting ones.

Moltres was pleased when Zapdos agreed to show him around. This bird azrein was intriguing to him. "Great! I've seen a bit, but not a lot." He was surprised when lightning radiated out to drop all the annoying insects. "Wow, neat trick!"

Zapdos grinned a tiny bit at the now dead annoying bug.'Lighting is what i am good at...just like you fire it would seem.You must never get cold."Zapdos found the other interesting to be around."So what parts have you seen?"

Moltres gave an approving nod. The few azrein he'd met already didn't have powers like he and this one did. They seemed to be birds of a feather. "Not often anyhow," he said with a laugh.
"I've seen... not much actually. A bit around here, and the coast line." His fascination with water was also dangerous. Moltres hated it when it rained on him. "I'm pretty much open to anywhere."

Zapdos smiled at the other and looked around."Well then how about we go for a walk and we can get to know each other better.You seem like a very nice guy."He was laying on some of his charm.He want to empress the other.He had been looking for a mate who was a bird like him and it was a shock to even meet anther but he knew his chances where slim since he was a he he after all but he could still try.
