Name: Zankuro Masurao Age: 889 Gender: Female Sexuality: Heterosexual Species: Shinigami Ethnicity: Japanese, Indian Division: First Division Seat: Captain Zanpakuto: Akazaiku Reiatsu Color: Platinum Reiatsu Appearance: Zankuro's reiatsu doesn't really take any shape or form despite how controlled it is, but it does tend to overwhelm the enemy because of how massive it is. Personality: Zan is a pretty relaxed, calm and collected woman. Sweet a button most of the time. Though while she is nice, Zankuro can be merciless--- in every aspect of the word, incorporating her warped sense of humor into her ruthlessness.
~Background~
Height: 5'8" Weight: 143 lbs. Hair: Silky brown, thigh length hair with red streaks here and there. Eyes: Oval crimson eyes. Clothing: Zankuro is dressed in whatever she finds comfortable, such as an altered tube top with some wild fur ruffled on the top. A red skirt with a high slit and animal skin sash around her waist, hakama pants accompanied by a purple leggings and your basic shinigami sandal. Lazy red eyes. Zankuro is covered from head to toe with battle scars as well as tattoo's. beaded jewelry and a decanter of Sake sitting on her hip. Lets not forget those raggedy fingerless gloves and bandages that serve no purpose but to make her look the part of a badass. Physical Appearance: Athletic, Built Past Divisions: Second Division, Eleventh Division History: Like a lot of Shinigami, Zankuro was born and raised as child in the Rukon district. She wasn't anything much at the time, and Zan didn't particularly like that. All she did was brawl with people on the streets. Whether it be a fight for money, a sword, or even food she was always game. Still, she wanted to be something more. Not that she had anything to prove. It was nothing of the sort. Knowing that she had the potential to be something great. So Zan went off and trained. Finding whatever possible hollow she could find and obliterating them.
She got into the Shinigami Academy. Zankuro didn't have too hard a time controlling her inner monster. Only when she really pushed herself. Her ferocious personality and stubborn ways was what kept her hollowed self tamed. Any who; the brute was not doing well in the Academy. She couldn't use Kidou efficiently, nor could she completely grasp other arts. Actually, she failed miserably with most everything. Except for the hand to hand combat classes. She often put her instructor on edge whenever she was in the ring. At the time, she was named one of the most vicious fighter in school.
After six years of school, Zankuro landed a spot with the second division from some ungodly reason. She lacked the element of surprise in battle, often going in head on and striking hollows down. Captain used to get very angry with her because of it. So with all of the Captains frustration, Zan was removed from the second division, and shoved into the eleventh. After that Zankuro was tugged yet again to the third seat of the First Division.
Zan was always a bit of a slacker when it came to paper work. Loathing the chore entirely. Taichou, being who he was often left a ton of paperwork on her desk and ran off to find a place to train. By then she'd have to do it of course. Even though she was lazy, things did get done. But after several years, her she decided to challenge her Captain, feeling as though she was ready. Obviously she came out on top. A few centuries later, Zankuro still reigns powerfully as the as the first court guard captain. Unsurpassed in strength, fearlessness and fun.

Zanpakuto Name: Akazaiku Zanpakuto Type: Tachi Zanpakuto Sealed Appearance: Akazaiku Sealed
Spirit Appearance: Akazaiku Spirit Spirit Personality: Demanding, Grounded, clever, relentless. Spirit Relationship: Zankuro can be a tidbit wild, while Akazaiku is there to keep her from messing around too much. Even so they are great comrades and usually end up on the same level about most things. Spirit Inner World: xxx
Shikai Appearance: In the form of gloves, below. Shikai Release Command: "Jigoku Ageru, Akazaiku: Raise hell, Crimson Sin" Shikai Release Appearance: Gloves Shikai Ability: After summoning her Shikai one will notice that Zankuro's reiatsu will increase, but not too, too much. Unlike the red gloves that she wears these gloves are a bit more bulky and stretch to her upper forearms. When the Shikai is finished being form, you'll notice that a mixed color reiatsu will be emitting from them. Whenever strength is applied, her reiatsu increases. Which could lead to a devastating amount, and strike at a time. Zan focuses all of her reiatsu into her fists for efficient hand to hand, mid, and long range combat. She can also send blasts of spiritual pressure which makes all combat simple for her. Her sense of smell, hearing, and reflex becomes uncannily high. Shikai Attacks: Chakushu - When reiatsu is gathered in her fists, legs, feet, anything, she is able to compress and release them for any means of combat. Jishin : Quake - Zankuro is able to split the ground beneath her and create a rugged terrain, possibly making it more difficult for her opponent to move on while she uses this to her adept advantage.
Bankai Appearance: Akazaiku Bankai Bankai Release Appearance: "Kasou Shakai Ni, Sorera O Harainokeru, Hinan-Zai: Banish Them To The Underworld, Condemned Sin." Bankai Ability: Hinan-Zai is massive in size and power. Being as big as it is, you'd think that it's be sluggish in movement. However it moves with Zankuro at her pace no matter how fast, or slow that may be. While her Bankai is released, she is able to turn off her pain receptors and utilize godly strength. Bankai Attacks: Tsugunai : Atonement - The colossal gauntlet will launch an astounding red like reiatsu ( much like a cero in appearance ) in ones direction, emitting chaotic damage. It takes quite a while to charge. Akumaku : Devil's Grasp - As the name says, her opponent will be grabbed, clenched, squashed, and possibly thrown with this attack. Houshuu : Recompense - After taking substantial damage from her enemy, Zankuro is able to put Houshuu into effect. Houshuu is a cancellation technique. Unorthodox, yes, but helpful. This cancels out her opponents powers as well as her own, then creates a red dome around the two, where an epic display of raw ability without ones reliabilities is put to the test.
