I have been to several and I even make and sell weapons for them actually, make good money when I sell them because I can make them so well ^_^ not many people can make shaped weapons sadly, and also I made one that is doing fairly well, but I stepped down from running it everytime because I am fairly busy

Well, a girl at the one I've been to makes weapons good. All the NPC ones are basic, you know...straight and crap...but this Girl made one for her Boyfriend. His Character is a Halforc, so what she did, was make a Rock, with roots grown around it for his weapon. Its amazing. She's really good at making them.

I have never been to a LARP, though I think there is one near me that I might be able to get to. It sounds entertaining. I think I would like to go watch one happen, and then decide if I wanted to join.

Well, I know of 2 that my brother has been to.
For both of them, observer's are allowed, but I would recommend against it.
Why? Well, once it gets started, your going to want to join in! I'd recommend being an NPC. Its MUCH cheaper, and allows you to get a feel for the game. If you PC, you have to pay much more, make your own weapons [or borrow/buy/rent them], and if you die, you need to make another character, whereas NPC's just do whatever the GM tells them to. Usually the GM's arent douchebags.

Me and my friends get together everyonce in a while to show off out new weaponry, and just to beat the living crap out of eachother.

"There's a place to LARP some where around here, but I forgot what it was called. My best friend and her boyfriend used to do it, but they moved away, so I don't think I'll be doing any LARPing soon."

Honestly I think it's to expensive for my tastes. (I love how much moeny people are willing to pay for purple tennis balls made to look like "magic missiles")
