 Cheerfully he half hopped half ran down the path towards where he knew his family often frequented. He had news and for him... it was BIG news. he was hoping some one in his family would be there to share his joy. Nearing the area, he looked around and paused. The place looked... vacant. " Libi? Mom?? Dad?" His ears perked as he looked around. " Ket?" Strange... He figured some one would be within ear shot at least. Flopping down on the ground, he gave a small pout and curled his tail around his feet, ruffling his wings a bit as he waited. Maybe they were all just asleep right? Yeah, that had to be it....

Libidinous trudged home from a night of star gazing alone, and sighed, why was it always so lonely to star gaze by oneself? He noticed a flash of pale pink and grinned, there was his younger brother looking happy, or perhaps out of sorts. He smiled warmly, and walked up, "Abisen! How've you been little brother?"
He was sure to surprise him, and it was going to be entertaining, though he was feeling a bit of the fatigue from being up for so long.

Abi jumped sightly at the sound of his brother's voice but instead of looking cross, he turned with a gleeful look. "Hello Libi... Isn't today just wonderful? Just listen to the birds sing and feel the day's warmth." This was obviously a good day for him giving his mood. "Be happy!" He laughed lightly and embraced his brother excitedly.

Libi couldn't help staring at his usually quiet and reserved brother as he was being bouncy, giddy and otherwise exuberant. He hugged his brother back and then stepped away to get a good look at him, " So what happened? Because you seem to be so much more involved with the world than you were before." He chuckled a bit, knowing his brother's usual demeanor and how this was surely a large change to his younger brother's attitude about life in general.

A large grin painted itself across his maw as his tail swished. "I... Met a girl...." He sat in silence to let this sink in on his brother knowing there was bound to be questions galore and maybe even a bit of teasing. "And she's very nice to me...."

Libi stared at his brother, then grinned, "You met a girl?" There was shock in his tone, as he had thought his brother was likely to end up swinging for the other team, much like their sister had ended up swinging for girls...instead, he was bringing home news of a girl, maybe even a girlfriend...mate? He shook his head silently, "So when should we expect the little ones to be running around and calling mom Granny, and me Uncle?" He chuckled loudly. There was a little jealousy as he'd not found anyone, but it was pleasing at the same time that his brother had gotten over his shyness to at least talk to a female outside of the family.

He coughed and sputtered slightly. "Little ones? Well um.. I just got permission to court her.. I don't think we've gotten THAT far just yet..." His mask turned a brighter, darker pink. "Her name's twilight. and she.. found me in a bush..." He chuckled lightly. "I'll have to bring her by to meet the family I think.. But first.. I want to get to know her further. you know possibly make her my mate?"

He chuckled, "I think it will be quite amazing for you to bring home a girl. And if you're wanting her for a mate, mom and dad will most definitively want to meet this lucky lady that caught their son's heart so swiftly." Curbing the slight jealousy that was trying to pry itself out, "And just think of the ceremony mom will want to have for you two, Anuket will love showing up for that." The thoughts of their parents and younger sister popping up and having so much fun with a mate ceremony, caused Libi to laugh out loud.

He chuckled lightly. "Well.. I'm sure mom would be rather glad.. and Ket would well.. she's likely squeal and pounce the girl to chat her up... Hopefully she doesn't scare twilight away..." He chuckled once more. "She really is nice... we've gone on a picnic and sat and looked at the stars.... really sort of takes my breath away." He realized he'd been jabbering in that romantic fog his head seemed to get when he thought of her and flushed a deep shade of pink with a small apologetic grin.
