 You might think, because it snows and blizzard's are often made her, you think we live in igloos. WRONG! The Shimokage's builden is a two story builden, made of wood and cement, it has a ^ pointed roof so be careful of falling snow from above in large clumps! The builden looks normal on the outside but it has three levels. The middle level, that people think is the 'bottome level' is just where the secretary is, working his busy self on stuff the kage has not a time for. The top level is a type of waiting room, three chairs sit outside the door to his/her office, the door hanging a sign saying 'Please knock'. Of course when you are allowed entry you wil see the desk is very neat, very rare to see it dirty for a big straight in Shimo is neat freaks in the higher ups. The windows are frosted over unfortunly, one window is never frosted over and shows the sunrises all the time. Two bookcases hold files on every shinobi, every allias, and every enemy. Now the bottom level is a basement of sorts but only the Gyoukage can know how to enter, cool right? It's mostly just a vault to hold...precious forbidden stuff and important documents.

Snores could be heard from the Gyoukage's room, the office where he did his work and assisted his shinobi, but for now he had papers all over the floor, books were open and one was on his lap. His feet propped up on the desk and crossed her, chair tilted back to let him sleep his nap away. The white haired man was Kamui Eli Uchiha, the Gyoukage, with his penguin babies. The original black penguin baby slept on his lap while the book laid on his chest. A pink baby penguin slept on the desk by his feet, a blue one on the other side. A orange one on a shelf and a purple one was the only one awake, it had made the mess without waking him up!

Kamui awoke at the sudden knock, he sat right up, feet to the floor in such a sudden movement. He rubbed his eyes at his messy office and the penguins that were awoken. "Ya, come in..." He yawned.

She then turned around to see the man that was the leader of the village. She glided slowly towards him and then spoke."Hello Gyoukage. I though I would stop by to properly introduce myself. I am Shikai Shirayuki. I just started at the Academy, to which i find has no teachers. What is your name?" She was of up most elegance and poster. She was very formal, and did not step out of line.

Kamui was putting the messy papers on his desk into a neat stack, putting the black penguin on his head. "I'm Kamui Eli Uchiha, you can call me Gyoukage or Eli." He picked up a orange penguin and set it on his desk with a pink one.

Garett Grimm Hajime
As the wind picked up, the windows would blow open and the curtains would be thrown up with the wind. As they fell, a figure would walk out from behind them, approaching the desk of the Gyoukage. He wore a white coat that covered his upper body, white gloves to cover his hands, and white pants to cover his lower body. The only skin that could be seen on him was from his neck and up. After all, he had no reason to hide that. He had a handsome face, own that would be coveted by many. It was flawless. Over his eyes was a pair of glases. His vision wasn't exactly the best, but he could manage without them. He just kept them on because it made things easier. This man's hair was mid-length. It was a deep red. A red that made it seem like it had been soaked in blood. The blood of his victims.
The man looked at the Gyoukage with his sad eyes; eyes that have seen much pain and many bad things in his life. He looked at the Gyoukage for a while before he spoke with his sad voice. "Hello, my old friend. I am glad to see you once more." This man turned to the white-haired female that stood in the office. He looked at her with those eyes of his; the eyes that have seen such sadness. He heard her introduction. "Miss Shirayuki, I should introduce myself. I am the advisor to our Lord Gyoukage. My name is Garett Hajime." Garett did not show as much as even a smile. He did not have feeling, for he was nearly lifeless. He wasn't exactly a human. He was something that made without emotion. He was....a puppet.

I am sure that you will make our village the best of the best."She then turned to the man that had appeared through the window. She looked at him with a blank stare."It is nice to meet you Garett. It seems that this village has some interesting people in it."She would have to get used to the ways of the people. She has taken for count that they like to enter buildings and house through windows. She preferred to use the more usual method, which was going through a door. She then began to take notice of the different colored penguins in the room. This was rather odd to her.

Kamui yawned again and heard the window open it ment only one thing...Grimm was here! He spotty entrance through a window made his jaw drop because his precious papers that he just stacked were back to the floor. "Messy Messy Grimm!" He crossed his arms, surprisnly Kamui looked more femine with how his body was built, curvy and thin and high cheek bones and medium white hair. The orange penguin jumped to Grimm's head, saying hi to the man. The pink penguin merely jumped in a drawer, being shy like three other colors he had yet to obtain! The pink one was part of a neon colored penguins, he only had pink, neon green, and neon blue. He still needed neon yellow and purple. "So your the academy student ready to make genin? I knew it~! I know everything!" He smirked flirtatous with her, clearly he had been sleeping most of the morning so he didn't know.

They were very interesting to her, but she did not show that. She then looked around the office. It was messy and papers were all over the flow. It was simple for a man to be messy. A Woman would never have such a filthy ordeal in her office. She then brushed off her Kimono and then waited for Eli to appoint an instructor.

Garett looked at the kage and sighed lightly. He wasn't too fond of the childish nature of Eli, but they were still the best of friends. They have been together since the last Shinobi War and they have always had each others backs. "Eli, maybe you should act less childish. You are the new leader of this nation, after all." Garett looked back over to the young female. "I might just be able to teach you to be a successful shinobi, young one. After all, I used to be one of the most powerful members of the Sunagakure forces."

Kamui collected his papers and set them on the desk, now they could stand on floor and not his papers. "I'm only the leader because we killed that man who ran this place last. Besides, I'm very happy today! None of those new villages have yet to bother us since i became kage!" He slid books away, a penguin jumping out of the way and onto the girl's shoulder. "Konoha is still better than Sunagakure~ Hehe. Also child, he could teach you but you have to become a genin and since I hate those old tests, your test is to find out what my favorite penguin is in this office, two chances." He smirked, his favorite penguin was the black penguin on his head. It was very special to him and his obsession.

Maybe she could be smart about this."Alright, then what is your favorite penguin then Eli?"By asking, maybe she could trick him into telling her. She was not sure on which one was the right penguin, but she would eventually find out. She then turned her attention to Garett."I would appreciate it if you train me. Its not like there are any other instructors just waiting to teach the fellow students of the village."She didn't mean to sound rude, but it was true. Academy students would grow bored of this place if they didn't get the chance to really do anything.

Garett walked up close to the Gyoukage and whispered into the childish man's ear. "Eli, shouldn't we get to the summit? It will be starting soon and it is of great importance that we attend" Garett turned back to the female that was also in the village. "Well, I will be able to train you once we return from an important mission. Eli, our Lord Gyoukage, can leave behind someone to help you until our inevitable return."

Eli muffled a 'dammit' sound, he dreaded boring meeting but if Garett was gonna be there then it would be ok. He picked the orange penguin off Garett's head and set it gently on the desk. He did the same with the color of penguins on him, putting them down but leaving the black penguin on his head for it would go with him to the meeting. "Yes...Shikai, go to the academy to give a answer, I'm sure you might find a lazy teacher in there. Me and Grimm have to go~" He bowed to Shikai, the black penguin clung to his white hair until he stood straight. He looked to Grimm to nod and say they could go now because he was already going out the door.
