heart HAPPY VALENTINES DAY PURKLES!!! heart
I hope you all are having a fun day, no matter how/if you celebrate! It's at least nice to see the themed backgrounds/sidebars here and neo.
Jason surprised us this morning by leaving gifts for Jade and me when he went to work. I had a huge fluffy hot pink blanket (SOFT!) on my computer chair along with a 'suggestive' Vday card rofl , and Jade had a Bratz bedroom set and a Snoopy card.
We plan to eat out sometime, but I don't know if it will be tonight, this weekend, or next weekend. Jason's on call for work this weekend, so we may put it off until we can go out of town.

Happy Valentine's Day to all of you as well! I was hugging and kissing everyone using the quest threads, so that's an option. Although, when I download the pictures, the avatars aren't showing, just the background. Any ideas?

Yeah, just in the outer forums and not in guilds. I had the same thing when I downloaded the image too, or it showed just one person and not the other, so what I did was do a screenshot and paste the new one over the old one, merge layers, then save. 4laugh

I also used the quest threads to send hugs and kisses. Another place I want was the thread we had for New Year's Eve. I think I sent one to everyone but if I missed anyone, let me know.

i really, really like the way Gaia looks today!
maybe i'll start a petition for a few choices in layout colours, this is so much nicer to look at than that dull blue. and i'm sure it wouldn't be too hard for them to do, a lot of forum sites do it 3nodding

Just a suggestion, whomever I could remember I went to their profile and asked to see their posts (near the link for veiw their guilds and veiw their store on the top right) ... then no matter WHERE someone has posted, you can find it and send them a hug or kiss today.

Back to Valentine's Day celebrating, we weren't planning to eat out today, but after my soup-for-lunch totally didn't cut it, I was dying to eat out! So we went to a local Japanese place, and I had GREAT sushi, and GREAT tempura vegetables, and GREAT edamame (soybeans appetizers), and GREAT Japanese salad, and GREAT Miso Soup!!! One of the best meals I can remember! And the owner came around and made sure everyone was doing well and went out of his way to fetch things and clean tables and help out and be totally gracious, and I loved it!
Oh, and this is killer. The table next to us ordered a HUGE OL' WOODEN BOAT (almost didn't fit on the table!) that was FILLED (and I mean FILLED with sashimi!! I'd never seen anything like it! And I swear, if it had been my whole family, and my parents, and my sister and her husband and daughter, and we ALL ate sashimi, I don't think we could have finished it! And this table just had a couple and their teenage daughter!
