Just because some of you are interested - I'm going to leave updates about my pregnancy here. Which will include updates once the baby comes. I'm going to start for the beginning of my relationship with Sam and work my way to the baby.
If this thread makes you uncomfortable for any reason - please just ignore it. This is a big part of my life and I would like to share it with all of my friends, which includes you guys.
The story:
Sam (my boyfriend) and I met at a small store called Tilton's Market in my hometown roughly 3 years ago. At the time I was in college and so I only saw him on the weekends when I came home. During the Summer I went back to working at the store (I had been working on vacations since 2006) and I got to work with Sam. I was currently dating another guy, but was completely miserable. I always enjoyed talking to Sam and apparently he dropped hints that he liked me every day, but I was oblivious. On my last day of work before heading back to school Sam gave me is number and told me to call or text if I ever wanted to talk or hang out.
Once November came around my (now ex) boyfriend decided that he would cheat on me, lie to me, and then break up with me while I was out of state at a thing for school. I was very upset for a few minutes and then came to the realization that I was worth more than he valued me for and for some reason I thought that Sam would be very interested in knowing that I was now single. I sent Sam and I text and he asked if I was okay. By this time I had decided that this was a good thing for me and I told him that I was and that I would talk to him when I got home again.
Once I got home I moved all of my stuff out of my ex's house (we were living together) and back in with my mom. Once that was done, I started to text Sam. I know that I had to empty my inbox on my phone about twice a day so we were sending about 400 texts to each other everyday for two weeks. We then decided to start hanging out. We went to the playground near my house and played on the swings and merry-go-round under the stars. It was very surreal to me and I absolutely loved every moment of it. Sam was always nice and respected my wishes, he even quit smoking because I told him how much of a turn off it was. Sam even went through the trouble of finding a car to borrow so that he could come and visit me while I was at school one weekend. We decided that we would make it official (since everyone thought we were actually dating anyway) on November 23, 2009.
We have been together for almost 2 years now and I have to say that I have never been happier. We went through the process of getting to know each other very rapidly before we started dating (yet again, roughly 400 texts a day for a few weeks) and it made things a lot easier. I knew that he wanted to get married and he wanted to have kids. I knew that he liked to travel and be outside and that he liked to have fun and didn't think that getting older meant you had to grow up. I honestly believe I have found the person that I am meant to be with.
We got an apartment with our friend Josh in August 2010. In March of 2011 I found out that I was pregnant. We were not trying to have kids, but since I would be graduating in May, it didn't really seem like a big deal. We had to move back in with my mom because our roommate got laid off and we couldn't afford to live there on our own.

9/23/11 Took tour of maternity ward at hospital. Crib mattress came in the mail - crib finished.

He moved to my town from pretty far away too after having to drop out of college (financial reasons). He only applied to work at the store because he was sick of working for and living with his father.

I had my tour of the maternity ward at the hospital today. The place was not as large as I thought it would be and I only saw one room being occupied.
They have a really big labor tub though which I'm pretty excited to use.

Thanks - I have been pretty busy. We just put together the crib and I have been washing clothes and blankets non-stop. And thanks - I think it's romantic too.
