1. Always, ALWAYS, follow Gaia T.o.S.
2. Be respectful to everyone that works and comes into this thread. The first sign of a fight will get you reported and banned from the thread.
3. If there are any complaints, please pm them to the mule. We will take care of them.
4. If the avatar was not designed for you, DO NOT take it.
5. No spamming, page stretching, and please keep quote towers to a maximum of three.
6. Do not quote the first page. The only thing you will be taking from the first page is the order form, and even then you do not quote the first page.
7. I will add more rules as needed.

Below are the volunteers that work to bring you wonderful tekteks. Each have their own specific talents, so you will be able to choose who you want to make your tektek. Each of our tektekers will get their turns in making avvies if you do not pick a preferred person. This will stop any dispute of how I am personally treating someone better than the other. Since we have a lot of people I am putting a starting slot capacity of 2 per which will be cleared once it is all filled.XHeartless-ReaperXX 1.

alright the general layout is set, I'll be adding in information whenever I have breaks today or an hour to be able to sit down and do it, then the general coding (adding in colors and banners and prettyfying it) will be done last.
