 In today’s world, tattoos are a regular part of life, for those who want them anyways. There’s many variations and styles, everything from writing “Forever Loved” in a ring on your finger to having angel wings on your back. Of course there are birth marks too, some shaped oddly like a star on the back of your neck to just a weird blotch on your side or foot.
Now the weird part is when a birth mark looks like a tattoo. That’s what this story is about. It’s from the day they were born for a certain few. Their birthmarks look like tattoos, but since they don’t seem to be much else and are still considered birth marks, there was no need to have the parents worry about the strange markings. As the children grew up, their marks may have changed, such as growing more marks or even losing some, or simply having the mark completely shift from one symbol/picture to another.
It was approximately 20 years later after the first “Marked” child was born. It was on the night of a New Moon, the dark moon plunging the night into blackness. It wasn’t the normal sort of blackness… It was pitch black… At exactly midnight, the marks of those special “Marked” children started to glow, giving off a strange feeling throughout their bodies. For a whole minute, this remained. At exactly 12:01am, the marks returned to normal and the strange feelings vanished…
The next day, those “Marked” children started to learn of their abilities. The strange marks they received from the day they were born were connected to the types of powers they received on that night of the New Moon. At New Moon, their powers are at their strongest. Full Moon, they’re at their weakest.
What did they get these powers for, however? There is a new evil rising from the depths, demons in fact. They plan to cause destruction around the world, but they must start slow, going from one town to another, then from town to city, city to state, to finally countries and then a continent. These “Marked” children have been drawn to the same city by their marks, and together they must stop these demons.

2.) Note that there are three types of characters here: Marked, Demons, and Humans. Those who are Marked are humans, but with the abilities. Demons are dah evil peoples (duh...). And humans are the extra characters that may play an important role later on.
3.) Those who are Marked have a strange tattoo from birth. It can change over the years, but whatever the tattoo is on the night of the strange New Moon, that is the type of ability they have. Ex: a flame = fire
4.) Demons have come from the unknown shadows. For their bios, you don't have to put much. Any questions about making the Demons' profiles, just PM me and I'll answer them.
5.) Please no doubles in powers. As in two people having the same ability of like Water or something. NO GOD-MODDING WITH POWERS EITHER! I SHALL BAN YOU IF YOU DO!

She only seems cold/isolated on the outside. Inside, she just wants someone to care for her as a good friend. When you do get to know her, she can be extremely caring and loyal, but is still quite stubborn as well Appearance:  History: Nuime grew up as an only child, almost hated by her parents for her strange birth mark. Every year on her birthday, the mark would “grow” along her body, each year getting longer and longer until it traveled just about her entire body. Her parents died in a car accident so she went to an orphanage at age seven. When she was nine, her only family was tracked down to a rather rich aunt. Nuime moved in with her aunt who accepted her with open arms, but Nuime remained to be rather isolated. She got whatever she wanted thanks to her rich aunt. She learned about her powers after the New Moon, and it was easy to practice them since she was mostly alone on her free time. She met Matthew one day when coming home from Archery. He was the first person she really allowed to get close to her and it wasn't long until they got together officially. Power: Medical (healing and hurt) Mark: Stitches that have grown to her hands, arms, legs, feet, back, and even neck. There’s a long “stitch line” going over her left eye as well. (It's a small joke that she looks like a zombie or a doll, both of which slightly annoy her. Appearance: (has 2 sliver ear cuffs on both ears and light blue eyes)  History: About a month after he was born Kaede's mother noticed he was becoming very sick as time went on the illness started getting worse to the point were he was coughing up large amounts of blood which made him dizzy,Kaede's docter didn't know what was wrong but gave him pills to reduce the amount of blood he was coughing up,a few days after his 15th birthday Kaede's mother was the victim of a hit and run and was rushed to a hospital where she died. He keeps his last name Sentou for fight, as a notation of his power. Though he was treated like a little kid, he was determined to prove himself when he came to the human world. He caused destruction in a few cities before spotting a girl he liked. He didn’t want to be a demon anymore, and thankfully he looked more human than demon, but when she found out he was a demon, he had to run away because she hated him for it. He gets emotional when on his own but he just wants to find someone. After a few days of more destruction, mostly out of anger-sadness, he spotted Lucy with Matthew and Nuime. Seeing Matthew and Nuime together, he knew that they were “Marked”, but Lucy wasn’t. If two “Marked” people could be in love, he could find love too, right? Unfortunately, he set his eyes on Lucy, and he’s actually quite nervous when it comes to Matthew and Nuime. If they found out he was a demon, they’d probably chase him out. Power: Special Two-hit Ability - Using a strange style of fighting, he can access the true power within an attack. It requires Speed and Strength, but the point of the move is quite simple. Let’s say he punches a wall. That’s about only half strength for anyone. The Two-hit style is where he’ll alter how he hits the wall/target, extending his fingers slightly to hit the target with his first knuckle, then curls the fingers back and lets the second knuckle hit, creating the two-hit with one blow. It gives extra strength and speed is necessary, but unfortunately there’s no defense to this style. Mark: N/A Weapon(s): N/A.
