Rp started on page 22693 in guild.
Mac *struts into the shop, settling himself down carefully, settling the kelp nicely around his tail*
Thalassa shyly peeks into the shop. She squeaks then pulls her head back out spotting Mac.
Mac *gets up and follows the small squeak* "Well hello there"
Thalassa blushes looking at Mac who has come out after her. "I... I... I didn't think anybody was here." She softly squeaked out.
Mac *smiles* "Just me and my buddies, My name is Macrocystis Pyfiera, but most people just call me Mac"
Thalassa blushes more looking at Mac. "Ummmm hi. I'm ummm Thalassa. But but but everyone calls me Thal."
Mac "Thal, that's a pretty name, I think it fits you perfectly" *smiles at her*
Thal blushes a bit more. "Ohhh umm thank you. I ummm like your name too." She put a paw over her face trying to hide her blush.
Mac "Thank you, it's the proper name for the lovely kelp that grows around my tail" *pets his tail gently, smoothing the kelp*
Thal peeps through her paw. "Do you like to swim?"
Mac *grins* "Absolutely! Do you want to go swimming?"
Thal brightens a bit. "I was born for swimming!" She blushed a bit at her bragging.
Mac *laughs* "You're awfully cute when you blush. Shall we find someplace to swim?"
Thal blushed more at his words. "I can take you to my favorite spot if you like."
Mac "Lead the way, I can't wait to see it"
Thal turned then head away from the shop. "It's a little bit away from here. I.... I don't like the others knowing my spot."
Mac *holds up his paw* "I swear I won't tell anyone"
Thal smiled walking into the woods. "So can be our secret then Mac? I've not shown anybody out here. So ummm well cause you look like you well umm like pretty pools of water I'm sharing."
Mac "I definitely do like pretty pools, and thank you for your trust" *follows after her happily*
Thal led him through some bushes. The sound of rushing water could be heard before it could be seen. She led him through the bushes to a beautiful waterfall crashing into a pool below. She felt a bit nervous. "I hope you like it."
Mac *grins* "It sounds just like the beach!!!" *runs and jumps in with a big splash without waiting for her* "Hehe sorry....it's a bit dry around here compared to what I'm used to...I missed the water"
Thal smiled softly then jumped in making the smallest of splashes. "I live here also." She blushed a bit. "So I'm always near water when I'm not out."
Mac "You live here?? That's awesome! I gotta find a place like this for myself!" *splashes around happily*
Thal looked at him blushing a bit. "You....You.... You could live here too." She said in a tiny voice. "If you like."
Mac "Really?" *squeaking a little* "Are you sure?" *super excited at the idea of being near water again*
Thal nods her head blushing still. "Can you hold your breath underwater?" She softly asked. "Cause I'll show you something if you can."
Mac "Absolutely then" *nods* "I can hold it for a bit"
Thal smiled. "Follow me then." Then dove under the water swimming down about ten feet. She was much more graceful under water then on land. She soon disappeared into a hole in the side of the pool wall.

Mac *takes a breath and follows her, attempting to keep up*
Thal waited at the mouth of the hole for Mac before swimming up the tunnel. She emerged into a air filled cavern and crawled up onto the dry land. She waited for Mac to join her before showing him her living area.
Mac *jaw drops open* "Wooowwww! This is amazing!"
Thal softly smiles. "Isn't it pretty?" She walked further into the cavern leading the way. "This is only the small part of it." She showed him that it opened up into a larger cavern. "This is where I sleep." She showed him her little bed she had there. "It was a pain dragging my pillows down here cause they would get wet. So I got some heavy plastic bags and put them in there and sealed it up tight so they would not get wet. Did the same with my blankets." She was quite proud of her bed. It was littered with many pillows and was quite thick and cozy to lay on. And there was more then enough room for at least five other noodles to sleep on it.
Mac *in awe* "You have a nest! My little otter friends used to help me build a nest out of kelp, but yours looks a lot more comfortable than that"
Thal smiled then wandered over to another part of the cavern. "I keep food stuff over here." She pointed at parts of the wall that came out looking almost like shelves. "If you're hungry you can have some."
Mac "Wow you really have a full on set up here" *wanders over to inspect the shelves*
Thal smiled at him. "You can stay down here too if you like. I found this on accident and decided it was safer down here then up there. You know nobody knows it's here so it's a nice little hide away. Specially if you don't wanna be found." She wandered back to her bed then sat down on it. "You can ummmm......" She started blushing once more. "Sleep on my bed too." She said in a shy whisper. "I don't bite and you can have half my bed."
Mac *smiles, scooting a bit closer to her* "That's very nice of you, to offer to share your space with me" *sits down next to her*
Thal looked at him. "Well you look like you would be one to enjoy such a place too." She pointed at the various water creatures within his fur. "I like your friends. They are cute." She had seen such creatures before when she went swimming in the ocean. Course she wasn't a normal fox and was built more for swimming then hanging out on land. "So have you ever met any others that ummm well look like me?" She knew one other and that was Goby she had shared a small pond with him for a little while. But she decided it was to cramped for the two of them and went and found her own place to live.
Mac "I definitely do enjoy a place like this" *looks down at his friends* "OH! I forgot to introduce them! How rude of me," *points at the sea urchins* "These are Huey, Dewey, and Louie" *points at the starfish* "This is Joel," *points at the snail* "And the quiet one is Bernice. I haven't met anyone like you before, are there more of you out there?"
Thal smiled at Mac. If he was nice enough to name his little friends then he had to be a nice fella. "Pleasure to meet all of you." She nodded her head at his question. "Ohhh yes there are more out there like me. Before I came to live here I was living in the pond where my room mates live with a male like myself. His name is Goby. He didn't have much for an attention span. He was a bit umm odd. I think that something wasn't right in his head. But that is my opinion."
Mac *laughs* "you lived with a gobi?? They're such silly creatures! Have you had any other interesting roommates?"
Thal shook her head. "No he wasn't a gobi. His name was Goby. He looks like me erm well sorta. He is brightly colored unlike me." She thought a minute. "Well I lived with a bunch of different foxes. Some had feathery wings, some had wings like umm leather and some had no wings at all. Do you have room mates? Will they get angry if you come live here?"
Mac "I suppose I have room mates, but I haven't really talked to them, there's a couple of robots, one's a bit rusty, a blue girl with some sort of cage over her face, one girl who never takes her nose out of a book....I think theres a few more, but I've only caught glimpses of them. I don't think they'll even miss me."
Thal smiled. "Well then that is nice for you that nobody will miss you. That means you can stay here." She started blushing again. "Well I mean you know if you want to really stay here. You don't have to if you don't want to."
Mac *smiles* "I'd love to stay here, this place is amazing!"
Thal smiled. "I've been a little lonely. Goby wasn't much for a companion to talk to. He didn't ummm have the attention span to keep a conversation going." She stretched out on her bed getting more comfortable. "At least I can get one going with you. So what all do you like to do then?"
Mac *makes himself a bit more comfortable* "Well, I love swimming, and collecting homeless little critters, that's where these guys came from. I've got another buddy, but he seems to have gotten distracted somewhere, he'll find me later though. I like to explore and see new places, stuff like that, what do you like to do?"
Thal scooted a bit closer to Mac. "Ohhh! I love to swim, collect sea shells and go exploring." She was liking the prospect of having someone to go swimming and exploring with. "I love going exploring at the ocean. I'm always finding new shells for my collection."
Mac *smiles* "You like seashells?" *pulls a really fancy conch shell out from under the kelp in his tail* "You can have this one if you'd like it"

Thal's eyes go large. "Are you sure I can have it?" She stared at the shell greedily. She loved shells more then anything. She had a pretty little horde within her cavern. She would show him if he wanted to see it. Course she had never willingly wanted to share her special treasures with anybody.
Mac *smiles and hands it to her* "it's all yours. I can show you where to find shells like that if you'd like"
Thal smiled happily taking the pretty shell. "Ohhh thank you!" She said excitedly. "I didn't have one that looked like this before. She jumped up then ran over to a little nook near the bed then pulled out a rather large basket full of various shells in every color possible. She gently placed it on top of the rest. She had quite a hoard of shells in all shapes and sizes. "Ummm want to see?"
Mac *scoots over and peers at all the shells* "absolutely, where did you find all of these?"
Thal smiled at him. "The ocean! I love to go there and comb the beach and swim in the ocean. I always find something new." She picked out a shell that shone with every color under the sun in it. "This is my favorite one. It's so pretty."
Mac *reaches out to touch it an the little snail crawls up and tries to climb inside* "than is not yours little buddy! It is a beautiful shell"
Thal smiled then offered it to the snail. "If you want you can move into it. I don't mind. I'm sure I can find another shell like this."
Mac *laughs as the snail gave a little squeaky noise and slipped into her new home* "Wow, you're very generous, I'll make sure she takes good care of your shell"
Thal smiled warmly at the snail. "I'm glad you like it." She looked at Mac. "That is very nice of you." She continued to go through the shells showing him various ones. "So do you like them?"
Mac *points at a few of the shells* "I've seen those guys out in the ocean with their critters still inside them. And yes, they're beautiful, but you know what?" *smiles* "I just don't think your collection is big enough yet, we shall have to find you some more."
Thal gave a small sigh then scooted closer to rub against him. A fella after her own heart. "You are extremely sweet Mac." She would be content settling down with him. She moved away blushing from head to toe at her thoughts. No she shouldn't be thinking such things.
