No. I don't want a lot of people shoving ideas at me and getting pissy because they're not getting their way or what they want in the plot. Okay. Does anyone have a general idea we can build on? Here's one: The Keeper of Dreams (Main Host) has a mansion where every door is a portal to a different kind of dream style. Well, she's gotten bored visiting the different styles for herself and decided to invite the masses of Gaia to her personal Playhouse to enjoy the different things she enjoys.

Well my idea comes from watching the Never Ending Story the other day.
"Every part, every piece, is apart of humankind's hopes and dreams." - Moonchild.
We could make it like Fantasia. With a ruler in the Ivory Tower and different parts of the land and such.
Also I think it would be totally cool if we recorded our own dreams for a while and tried to incorperate some parts (pg-13 only guys XD) of them into it.

SorceressJacklyn LOL Guess I won't be submitting many dreams. jk I can see your idea but it doesn't sound that good... idk... Lol or are you? XD ♥ Yeah. I need to work on it. but we have plenty of time to get a goode base plot.

The only thing is, is that dream can be tainted easily by things created by others (like books and the internet for example.)

I think the classic 'flying dream' should be used somehow! Maybe like a peter-pan type setting, or an airship.
Obviously I think we need a nightmare room as well~ but maybe it should be either creepy or mock-scary so that we don't get too dark. ♥
I love SorceressJacklyn's idea for the main room so far!
Hmmm~ though it might also be cool to let the hosts pick their dream. Like have them pitch an idea to you as to what type of dream their room will be.
And as to writing down my own dreams, lol. I forget them as soon as I wake up. Unless they're really strange. I think they usually involve fairies, are horrible nightmares, or are random and mimic my daily life.

I was thinking with the main host having the mansion, the room hosts would be able to pick their dream styles. The main room would just be what ties them all together.

Yay! Dream Lands won! xd It wasn't my first choice, but I really think that it would be a super cool idea. Sachie Whitby had several ideas for different rooms that could be done, and she listed them in the themes thread where she suggested Dream Lands to begin with. Anyway, as far as making the dreams unify, I would steer away from the tower idea, just because it sounds too much like the tower of the Seven Deadly Sins. I have two possible ideas for how to organize the dreams:
1) The Seven Dreams of (name goes here) - In this idea, one single person would have seven dreams that were so real that they became actual worlds.
2) I don't have a name for this one, bur bear with me. Something mysterious was swirling in the night air all over Gaia. It breathed a quiet magic through the window that rested upon the brains of the sleeping guests. As each person began to dream, each dream began to merge and flower until seven distinct dream worlds were created. These worlds became so real that dreamers could enter and leave other people's dreams at a whim.
I really think that the plot committee should be working on this. There are some people with excellent ideas, and I don't think we should exclude them for long.
