hi there..i hope this goes here >.<
im trying to figuare out who to cosplay as my skin isn't too light and i can't pull off any charaters that are blonde (sadly T.T) anyone know of any charaters who have dark hair and not so light skin? xD

Luckily enough there are plenty of characters with dark hair.
That is why I love cosplaying with my hair >.<
As for skin I personally wouldn't worry about it.
However, I know one off the top of my head.
Iris from Pokemon. She is adorable, and you can carry a Pokemon. >.<
