Why do you want to be a Vice Captain/Crew member? I love to help with things, I'm open to ideas, I like to help people with things, etc.
Why do you think that this position is fit for you? I'm good with managing things, helping with things, problems etc. I can take things seriously when I want to. If there is a troll, I'll handle it cool
Are you going to be active? Oh yes, I'm planning on being very active.
How long have you been on Gaia? About... 2007, the summer.
Do you know how to moderate guilds? Yeah, I'm pretty decent when it comes down to it. I think I do pretty good.
Do you know how to RP (level: Advanced, Average, or Poor)? Yes. I use to a lot, I like to write it out in long paragraphs most of the time, and I'm good with adding detail.
Have you been a Vice Captain/Crew member for any other guild before? Yes, I was a crew... and I think I was a Vice Captain before.
Do you know how to post/make threads? Yes, I'm pretty good with it.
Do you let others give you orders? Depends on what rank, level they are. If you're above me then I'll listen, but if you're below me, I'll help out... O: See I treat orders like my color guard, there's people in there I have to listen to, and there's people I give orders to, I think I'm pretty good when it comes down to it.
I'll do what ever the Vice and Captain tell me to do.
Are you respectful? Ah, yes. I'm respectful, I will respect you as long as you respect me, but even if you don't respect me... I will still try and respect you.
Are you literate or semi-literate? I'm pretty literate, it gets on my nerves to see ebonics slang, I'm pretty good when it comes to typing. I look over my words and see if I messed up. Being I type with out looking, I've some times messed up LOL. But I go back and fix it.
Would you invite people to the guild? Oh yes, the more the better, it would make the place more lively and give more variety.

Why do you want to be a Vice Captain/Crew member? Even though I'm new, I feel like I'd be fit for the position and my moderator skills are good.
Why do you think that this position is fit for you? Like I had said in the last question, my moderating skills are good, and I'm willing to enforce rules.
Are you going to be active? Yes, of course. I already love the guild, and being staff of it would deff motivate me more to be even more active.

Why do you want to be a Vice Captain/Crew member?
I feel like i can enforce, and steer the guild / roleplay in a very positive direction. If you consider me at all you should know that I try my best with everything to keep it organized and secure, while still being fun and not too strict.
Why do you think that this position is fit for you?
It's a good experience and offers a way for me to practice security and offers me a position in which I can be beneficial to the guild.
Are you going to be active?
Well of course? Naruto is a daily part of my life...well, not daily...
but you get what i mean. And when something is fun and social I tend to get into it more, so yes.
How long have you been on Gaia?
2 years now. That might be a little younger than most people, but i have grown to be a responsible Gaia user.
Do you know how to moderate guilds?
Well I'm posting, so I'm pretty sure i know how to moderate as well.
Do you know how to RP?
Honestly, average, but if i can get into a role-play well enough i can develop beyond that.
Have you been a Vice Captain/Crew member for any other guild before? Yes, so I've got experience.

Of course! That's very basic isn't it?
Do you let others give you orders?
I won't get pushed around, but i can be direction by suggestions, or commentary if need be. No one likes an enforcer who can't listen to the people he / she is enforcing.
Are you respectful?
Yes. That's all that has to be said.
Are you literate or semi-literate?
Semi, and a little above that. I'm not advanced, but I know how to roleplay beyond others. I can roleplay with long posts, good detail, whatever need be.
Would you invite people to the guild?
Yes! Naruto is a great thing, and inviting others to the guild can help that experience.

Why do you want to be a Vice Captain/Crew member? Because i believe i could be a great asset to your guild in both Population and Forum posts. Why do you think that this position is fit for you? I have much experience with running roleplays so i think that department would be great for me. I also have tons of experience in running things like guilds and keeping things in order for the most part. Do you know how to moderate guilds? I have run a Clan for a good year before it Fell. Im recently trying to revive it. Do you know how to RP (level: Advanced, Average, or Poor)? Id call my self an advanced roleplayer but thats just my opinion, I shall let you decide on that. Here are some samples of battles ive been in. [Sample 1][Sample 2]The Second one isn't complete but it is still a sample. Have you been a Vice Captain/Crew member for any other guild before? Yes I have in fact been Vice and Crew in many guilds Mainly Naruto Community based such as this one. I am also Captain of my own Guild/Clan Do you know how to post/make threads? I do in fact know how to post and make threads. I created the entire Maush Roleplay all by myself. Do you let others give you orders? It usually depends on the person. If i respect the person I wont "obey" them per say, but I will certainly acknowledge their point of view and do the best I can to please them. Are you respectful? I am quite respectful. It comes with being a formal clan leader. You are required to be respectful during meetings. Are you literate or semi-literate? I am literate 100% of the time I am in roleplay mode. Would you invite people to the guild? I would personally direct any Maush members I get to your guild as a sign of alignment.

Why do you want to be a Vice Captain/Crew member? I want to be VC ir C, Because i think that my ideas and other contributions could be a very well advantage to the guild and could help it prosper.
Why do you think that this position is fit for you? Because i have Experience of being every place of a guild, So i know how to Run a guild, Help Run a Guild, and also Just Be a member and be active.
Are you going to be active? Yes, or atleast when i am able to if i am not i text people letting the know sometimes.

I have had those spots in the guild i use to be in with Hiruko. And i believe from his point of view I was kinda decent.

Do you let others give you orders? Depends on their Rank. Higher Levels Sure, But lower levels No. I wont just tell them in a very disresepctful i will just let them know where their bounderies are.
Are you respectful? Absolutely, But If u dont resepct me You won't get any resepct back.
Are you literate or semi-literate? I am Literate, I type very fast though and from time to time i make make a couple of typos but thats all. And sometimes if im really into something else i might just type without looking but if i made a typo i would instantly correct it.
Would you invite people to the guild? Sure, I would invite my friends who i know are good or average at role play and like naruto. But i would run it by the higher ranks to make sure if they dont have any background and made a bad name for their selves.
