Personality: Arturo is a soft-spoken, shy individual. He will interact with others but only to a certain extent, and when he does he is very well mannered and proper. Despite his shyness, he seems oddly calm during situations that would never call for that type of emotional state.
Biography: Arturo is a Phoenix, meaning he usually doe not die, but is indeed "reincarnated" every 109 years. The only issue with this trait is that when he is reborn the only memory he has is that he survived some kind of flame-related disaster. Therefore he must be re-taught everything once again. However, his phoenixian instincts and usage of his abilities remain. He is now in his ninth reincarnation cycle and has been admitted to the Dark Rose Academy by his "Family"
