They had won.
The elation from the massive attack they had launched to defeat what Chaos had brought to the Surrounding still remained. There was also a sense of satisfaction that Nemesis had helped to contribute to it, though a small little part of her wished the rest of the Dream Team had been here to witness it as well.
Chloe had agreed to come and after they had met up, Flora had gathered the Siamese up into her arms and the both of them disappeared off to the Surrounding. It was pretty much safe from the Negaverse and the Dark Mirror Court now, and well, it had been suggested that the Surrounding would be an apt place to have meetings without any distractions. Besides, it would be good to give Chloe some cheerful news; what with Lyra's disappearance and all. Flora didn't want to dwell too much on that right now, but it would be looked into later.
"Well, here we are!" Sailor Flora said with a little bounce as they appeared in the throne room in the Castle, setting Chloe carefully down on the floor. "Welcome to the Surrounding, Chloe!"

As a guardian cat youd think she would have loved the idea of space travel. Coming from the stars to settle on this planet, it should have been a breeze for her. In Theory.
Part of her remembered the feeling, but it still left a sickening feeling in her gut. Sort of like a furball. Thankfully, she kept her stomach down. She was secure in the arms of one of the senshi she tended to, and that alone made even the small siamese feel safe.
Once their feet were firm on the ground once more, she found herself wiggling deeper into the arms of Flora. Mm...even though she would deny is later, she enjoyed the warmth of being carried. Ears pricked up, she scanned the room... eyes wide, mouth slightly agape. "This is the Zodiac HQ?" She did not know a lot about the Zodiacs... but this ornate room was enough to have Chloe gawking.

Flora giggled as Chloe wiggled her way back into her arms, and stroked the cat's head softly. She didn't really mind; having a small furry body to hold felt comforting. It made her feel less tense than she had been ever since the whole situation with the Surrounding had occurred. Perhaps that was why she was adamant to still be a part of a Dream Team; it was an option away from the stress of the Zodiac Court. Not that she hated the Zodiac Court, of course, but to have something normal, that arose from what Eve Summers did and not what Flora was obligated to do, gave her sanity.
"Yep." She confirmed. "The Chronos Outpost. We're in the throne room of the Chronos Castle right now. The barrier and road outside was actually pretty broken when we first got here, but now it's all repaired. I mean, we actually had a triumphant moment!" She twirled Chloe around in her arms.

Zue had abandoned his group in order to check in on who, in his opinion, was more important than anyone else. There was still a part of him that just couldn't grasp why she was so important, but he just knew that she was. But along the way to find the Princess, he came across a pair he recognized. The one, the cat - she saved his furry butt once, and they had some, uh, creative differences where he refused, as Sue, to tell her who he was. The other one he recalled meeting only a few times, but their history went back for nearly an eternity.
"Wow, they're just draggin' anycat up here." The half-human gested, grinning a rather toothy grin while he focused entirely on Chloe. "You, though." Bright blue eyes then flickered towards Flora. "Welcome home." He still wasn't sure why he wanted to extend that sentiment, but he did, and he said it more warmly than he imagined he could.
But as he stared at the girl, he felt something stirr. Something that told him there was a power in her, begging to be released.

Purring up affectionately at the senshi, she found herself in a pleasent mood for once. Maybe it was because of Flora, one of her team, or because they were in space... maybe both. Chloe had been wondering for some time where this HQ for Zodiacs was, now that she knew, it was rather pleasent.
"I am sorry i was not around to help." She heard news of the massive attack of chaos that had tried to claim this land, it did not sit well in her gut. The chaos was ever becoming bold...
"I am glad everyone is safe-
"Wow, they're just draggin' anycat up here."
That voice.
Turning around, the feline looked out from her perch in the senshis arms, and glared at the boy-cat-thing. "The hell are YOU doing here?" It would be clear to Flora in a moment that the two had met... "Any cat indeed." She glared at Sue. "Flora is one of my own so i do not get why you are so against my presence." Chloe considered very few 'her own', Flora was one of the select few she found herself protective of.
Around the same time as Zue, Chloe felt the tingle of power too... eyes wide, blue orbs stared up at the senshi. "Flora, i think you are ready." To upgrade, of course.

"It's alright." Flora reassured Chloe as she continued patting the guardian cat. "After all, we did win--" She too, was cut off when a familiar figure entered the room with a snarky comment. Of course, that was pretty much expected of Zue but oh. Wait.
Judging from what Chloe had snapped back in return, they knew each other. Hardly surprising, of course, they were both technically of the same kind. Flora could only imagine Chloe, Zue and Astraea throwing sarcastic comments at one another as others like ********* tried to make the mood as amicable as possible. If Guardian Cats had meetings, of course. "Hey, both of you are welcome here! Zue technically kind of lives here too, since he's the Zodiac Guardian Cat, and Chloe's the Guardian Cat of the Dream Team." She felt a need to clarify things since they seemed to... not like each other very much.
It wouldn't be nice if they launched into a cat fight, claws and all. Flora grimaced at the thought.
"Ready?" The Senshi of Spring echoed. She had been a Super for such a long time that she had never really thought about the next step from then. "Oh, you mean, I can be... like Pegasus and Nemesis?"

"It's my home, stupid." Zue shot back, still grinning to show off his sharp teeth. "And Flora isn't yours, fuzzbrains." It was somewhat hard to tell, but Zue didn't not like Chloe. He just liked to banter with her. it was fun! "And yes, she is ready. Now go play with some palace spacemice while I upgrade my own." He made shooing motions to the pretty little siamese.
"Err...Sure?" He said to Flora, not entirely recalling who those two were; he had a vague memory, it was on the tip of his tongue, but, eh. Not worth the time it took to remember. The half-human put his hands on his hips, his ears perkeing and his tail swishing. "Ready, Flora?"

"ZODIAC cat?" She quirked a eyebrow, staring back at the cat-in-human form with... sort of a 'stink' face if we go by cat expressions. "Now that is a new piece of information. Good to see you are actually what you claimed previously to be." She of course was commenting on the tail and ears. If not for his scent she would not have known this was the same cat she had met previously. When they first met, he was in human form.
Still keeping her cool.. Chloe felt her tail frizz up a little bit. She felt strange being the only cat around talking with two... well. Almost, humans. Leaping out of Floras arms, she took her own human form mid air to stand with them. Her arms crossed, and tail flicking back and forth with irritation, she stood next to Flora. "I helped train her before YOU were even back in the picture yet, Mousebrain. She is mine by right and i should be the one."
"Yes, just like Pegasus and Nemesis." She said with sarcasm, taking advantage of the fact that she knew what Flora was talking about while Zue did not. While in human form, there was one thing the two of them would probably notice.... She was still short. Just barely shorter than Flora, but she was.

While Flora was pretty much tingling with excitement that she was about to get an upgrade after all this time, oh my god... it was quickly shelved to the side when she realized that the two were arguing. About who should be the one to do the honors. It was like they were playing tug of war with her and Flora could only desperately try to calm them both down. While taking into consideration that she was pretty fond of them both and didn't exactly want to get on the bad side of either of them.
"Well, I'm technically still a Dream Team member, and undeniably part of the Zodiac Court." Flora tried, then grimaced inwardly that she had just blurted out something so stupidly obvious. "I mean, well, both Pegasus and the Princess acknowledge that I can't-- I don't want to be part of only one group." Still, this wasn't really helping. In the end, they would probably turn to look at her and demand for her to choose a side.
But she couldn't! If she picked one, the other would be hurt.
"You two can't possibly do it together, right? I mean, I saw ********* take Hephaistos' henshin pen and do... whatever Guardian Cats do, with it before telling him to say a new phrase." Asking Zue and Chloe to share something when they evidently did not like each other would be hard, but she had to try!

"Zodiac cat." Zue parroted with a proud sneer. He was still getting the ins and outs of what that actually entailed, but he was understanding it just fine for the most part. Plus, it was something to banter about. He just couldn't pass it up! "Good to see you're not too proud to admit your lack of judgement." He gave a slow golf clap when she transformed, just to be a complete a*****e.
"Yes, and I thank you for keeping her skills polished for the Princess, but in the end she's still mine to upgrade." He dusted his hands as though preparing himself for something important, and stepped forward to ruffle the pretty Kitty's hair. "You're so cute, shortypuss. Thinking you own her just because you got to borrow her for a little." That was when he heard Flora pipe up, and an ear twitched as he turned a completely disinterested look at the girl.
"Together?" The disinterested look turned down to the short half-feline under his hand, looking vaguely contemplative. "I dunno, I mean, she is a hairball short up there, if you get my drift." A snicker formed on his lips as he teased.

Before Chloe could even retort; hair bristling at Zue's insult about her height, Flora sighed. It was a loud audible sigh, a 'they're going to argue about this forever, aren't they' sigh, a 'someone please find us and help me, not that it will actually help, but I don't want to deal with this all on my own' sigh. A sigh that made both guardian cats turn to look at her quizzically, and the Handmaiden plastered a quick smile on her face. "Um, sorry, I'm just sort of feeling like the rope in tug of war right now, you know? And I really really can't choose between the two of you and you can't make me, so how about this?" She clapped her hands together, an idea forming in her mind.
"Either you two do it together, or I pop back down to Earth and find Astraea or ********* or some Guardian Cat to do it instead?" Another option had been to mention that Zue had upgraded her to Super and Chloe could do this now, so it was technically fair, but they would argue. Again. And would probably never come to an agreement.
The two Mauvians glanced at each other warily, arms crossed. She was certain with all their argument over whose she was, they didn't want her to run off to another cat. Both were silent, lips set in a straight line, probably waiting for the other to relent first. When Flora rolled her eyes and held up her senshi phone, the both of them broke.
"Fine." Chloe and Zue snapped at the same time, then glared at each other.
"Great!" Flora chirped and held out her henshin pen. "On the count of three?"
Still eyeing each other, they both nodded, slowly, a hand reaching out to take it from her.
"One." Zue started.
"Two." Chloe added.
"Three!" Flora announced, releasing her henshin pen as they both took hold of it. Their eyes squeezed shut, concentrating, and after what seemed like a mere few seconds, it glowed. A different henshin pen, imbued in the same soft greens and pink was thrust out in her direction, with both their hands still firmly grasped on to it.
"Say 'Flora E..." Zue addressed her, but was interrupted by the Siamese.
"...Ternal Make Up!" Chloe finished, and then shot a triumphant grin in the Zodiac Cat's direction.
Flora could only smile, heaving a small sigh of relief that their bickering over her was over... for now. Taking the henshin pen from them, she took a deep breath, and said the magic words, for the very first time.
"Flora Eternal Make Up!"
When the transformation was complete, petals fluttering to the ground, Super Sailor Flora was no more, and replaced by Eternal Sailor Flora. There was now a different aura about her, as evidenced by the white wings that had replaced what had once been a huge pink butt bow.
"I have cool boots!" Flora said delightedly, twirling in happiness before the two cats, and then enveloping them both in a hug. "Thank you, thank you, thank you!"
The Zodiac Handmaiden of Spring was now an Eternal, and was someone that both could take pride in.
...Even if both of them would still bicker about who exactly she belonged to. But now, Flora allowed herself to smile a little as she listened, taking comfort in knowing that the both of them bickered because they cared. And that she would always care for them both, in return.
